Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)

Preface: As we have already mentioned, every reformist worked tirelessly day or night to establish a regime based on Our guidance. In that line, Muhammad Nabisal was also active in this work. However, in many ways, he had to face difficulties and obstacles. So, there was a time delay in the realization of his ambitions. He was a little nervous. This chapter is set to inspire him.

You do not have to worry about the results of working tirelessly day and night to create this great system as time lags in achieving its benefits. The problems and darkness that existed before Our guidance are no more. When these guidelines became available and began to form the regime all the problems will be solved.

94:1

94:1. O, Social reformist! After getting these guidelines, you acquired extensive ways through relentless efforts to complete all the projects which you thought you could not do.

As well as extensive experiences and thinking powers developed within you. Everything that seemed like a mountain now seems to be easy to you. That level of courage and broad-mindedness has grown within you. (20:25)

94:2

94:2. When stating these guidance facts, consider the hard work that went on in the early days and its bitter experiences.

94:3

94:3. Then the burdens of responsibilities were breaking your back. Gradually those burdens began to subside after a sense of camaraderie developed among the people as per Rabbu’s framed laws and they also participated in your project.

No one came forward to listen to your speech with interest in the early days. When your teachings spread, ridicule, mockery, and opposition from all quarters intensified. But gradually this situation changed.

94:4

94:4. Now if they talk about you, they are talking with due respect. Your name and fame are spreading far and wide. You have received the full benefit of being born human. The popularity of Quranic guidance is on the rise.

94:5

94:5. When striving for such lofty ideals, difficulties will inevitably arise in the beginning. But the solemn message from Rabbu is that no matter how many difficulties one faces if he is firm in Our ideals (2: 153-157) those difficulties will be resolved in the course of time and easy ways will be born.

94:6

94:6. We reiterate. The easiest way can be achieved with the energy to face difficulties.

94:7

94:7. One more thing to keep in mind. If the constitution is formed based on these guidelines, do not assume that your mission is over. After this, new chapters will begin. Accordingly, the whole world will have to pave the way for such good governance. You will have to act boldly for this too.

94:8

94:8. So after you have passed the first stage, prepare for the next stage of your Rabbu's project.

Postscript: Dear intellectuals! Although this chapter is narrated to Nabisal, whoever comes forward to implement this program, the message of this chapter will apply. Those who come forward to do so should always keep one thing in mind. That is when the project is successful and in practice, their focus should not be diverted.

That is, great leaders who have come to this world have risen with their ambitions. They told people to take big development projects. But when they succeeded and rose to prominence, they let their ambitions fly. This is the greatest betrayal they have ever committed. You as a follower, should not behave like that. On the contrary, despite many difficulties and successes, your every action should be for the fulfillment of the plan laid down by Rabbu. (110: 1-3)
