بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ (١)
Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)
ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَجَعَلَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ وَٱلنُّورَۖ ثُمَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمۡ يَعۡدِلُونَ١
6:1. If anyone studies the system of creations of the universe, the earth, and ever-changing darkness and lights in the world, he cannot but wonder about the infinite supremacy of Allah and praise Him. According to the same unchangeable rules of Allah, darkness and enlightenment occur in human societies also, depending upon their activities. Even after giving clear-cut explanations about His rules, those who follow other ways of life do not accept.
هُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن طِينٖ ثُمَّ قَضَىٰٓ أَجَلٗاۖ وَأَجَلٞ مُّسَمًّى عِندَهُۥۖ ثُمَّ أَنتُمۡ تَمۡتَرُونَ٢
6:2. It is Allah Who created all of you from the dust of the earth and made it possible for you to live for a particular period. And it is Allah Who sets the term for the life and death of the individual. Similarly, time limits have been set for societies to receive a living state or to be pushed to a lifeless state. The truth is that those who follow alternative policies do not clearly understand this.
That is, communities that follow other than Allah’s guidance can be happy only for a limited time. In the days that follow, it will go astray and perish.
وَهُوَ ٱللَّهُ فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَفِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ يَعۡلَمُ سِرَّكُمۡ وَجَهۡرَكُمۡ وَيَعۡلَمُ مَا تَكۡسِبُونَ٣
6:3. Let there be no doubt that Allah created everything in the galaxies and on the earth. Not only that but also Allah is not unaware of the hidden and obvious activities that take place in the world. So it is true that everyone's good deeds and bad deeds are monitored.
وَمَا تَأۡتِيهِم مِّنۡ ءَايَةٖ مِّنۡ ءَايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ إِلَّا كَانُواْ عَنۡهَا مُعۡرِضِينَ٤
6:4. Even though clear-cut guidance and evidence are placed before them, they are not prepared to accept.
فَقَدۡ كَذَّبُواْ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لَمَّا جَآءَهُمۡ فَسَوۡفَ يَأۡتِيهِمۡ أَنۢبَٰٓؤُاْ مَا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ٥
6:5. Even after receiving Allah’s advice that shows them the most perfect path to a better life for man, they lie it. They take it as sportive, even after warning that they will suffer in life if they act against His guidance. Will those painful destructions not befall, if they refuse to accept them and live spontaneously?
أَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ كَمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِهِم مِّن قَرۡنٖ مَّكَّنَّٰهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مَا لَمۡ نُمَكِّن لَّكُمۡ وَأَرۡسَلۡنَا ٱلسَّمَآءَ عَلَيۡهِم مِّدۡرَارٗا وَجَعَلۡنَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرَ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهِمۡ فَأَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُم بِذُنُوبِهِمۡ وَأَنشَأۡنَا مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡ قَرۡنًا ءَاخَرِينَ٦
6:6. Do they not observe the fact that many societies which have taken the guidance as sportive and lived negligently have perished as per the Pre-Directed Laws of Allah? They had many times more facilities than you. Their country had abundant monsoon rains and waterlogging. However, as they refused to accept Allah’s guidance and lived spontaneously, the selfishness and sinfulness that developed among them led to their destruction. The survivors after that devastation, later on, re-emerged as a society.
Thus, the veracity of Allah’s guidance is explained by the evidence of the creation of the universe and the evidence of historical events. But they, without thinking about these evidences, say that we will accept them only if miracles are performed. All of these things are their hypocrisy to refuse to accept these facts.
وَلَوۡ نَزَّلۡنَا عَلَيۡكَ كِتَٰبٗا فِي قِرۡطَاسٖ فَلَمَسُوهُ بِأَيۡدِيهِمۡ لَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحۡرٞ مُّبِينٞ٧
6:7. So they say that if We drop a scripture written on paper in front of them, they too will touch it and accept that there is truth in it. These are all their pretensions for their refusal. Even if their demand is fulfilled, then they will disown it saying it is just a miracle.
وَقَالُواْ لَوۡلَآ أُنزِلَ عَلَيۡهِ مَلَكٞۖ وَلَوۡ أَنزَلۡنَا مَلَكٗا لَّقُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ ثُمَّ لَا يُنظَرُونَ٨
6:8. “Should not an angel* have been sent to us as proof that this Scripture is true? Whoever claims to be a Reformist appears to be just like us ”(see 25: 7). If We are to send the angel* as per their choice, their lives would have come to an end. Then they would not have had any chance.
The term “Malaika” refers to the universal forces which have been created by Allah to keep the world functioning smoothly. But religious people construe it as “angels”
The main task of the reformists is to prevent society from going astray and perishing. But there is no precaution in sending the so-called “angels”. The task of the “angels” is to bring about consequences according to the action of the individuals or societies. It is also clear from this passage that the sending of “angels” from Allah is an event of destruction to the community.
وَلَوۡ جَعَلۡنَٰهُ مَلَكٗا لَّجَعَلۡنَٰهُ رَجُلٗا وَلَلَبَسۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم مَّا يَلۡبِسُونَ٩
6:9. Even so, sending an “angel” can be only in human form as they – they natural forces are not visible to anyone. Even if the “angel” is sent as a messenger, they will be immersed in the same confusion and not believe it.
وَلَقَدِ ٱسۡتُهۡزِئَ بِرُسُلٖ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِٱلَّذِينَ سَخِرُواْ مِنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ١٠
6:10. This is how they ignore the messages that give perfect guidance for social upliftment and so they take it as sportive resulting destruction of societies. Previous societies have done the same. The situation of the people now is still the same. It is their negligence that pushes them into disgrace.
قُلۡ سِيرُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ثُمَّ ٱنظُرُواْ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ١١
6:11. Do not think that this is just a threat. Look around the world. Ask them to visualize the miserable fate of those who have denied Allah’s guidance.
قُل لِّمَن مَّا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ قُل لِّلَّهِۚ كَتَبَ عَلَىٰ نَفۡسِهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَةَۚ
6:12. Ask them, “Who owns what is all found in the universe and on the earth?” They immediately say that they belong to Allah. Just as all the creations in the universe were fully developed and commanded to function better, so also Allah finalized to inform His guidelines to man for his better life in the world.
لَيَجۡمَعَنَّكُمۡ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ لَا رَيۡبَ فِيهِۚ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ١٢
This guidance is given to fulfill it. All peoples will be united as one community during the period when the people of the world will act according to this guidance. There is no doubt about it. But those who do not accept the guidance of Rabbu, the Nourisher of the world will take this greatness sportive and incur a great loss to themselves.
۞وَلَهُۥ مَا سَكَنَ فِي ٱلَّيۡلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِۚ وَهُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ١٣
6:13. So everything that happens during day or night is the same for Allah. So, keep in mind that any of your actions will not go unnoticed by Him.
That is, it does not make any difference to Allah whether the man has a radiant life and his life is surrounded by darkness.
قُلۡ أَغَيۡرَ ٱللَّهِ أَتَّخِذُ وَلِيّٗا فَاطِرِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَهُوَ يُطۡعِمُ وَلَا يُطۡعَمُۗ
6:14. Tell them, “Do you seek refuge in anyone other than Allah, the Almighty, who created the galaxies and the earth without the support of any object? Do you get the food you need by your own arrangement? Do you think that Allah needs food?”
قُلۡ إِنِّيٓ أُمِرۡتُ أَنۡ أَكُونَ أَوَّلَ مَنۡ أَسۡلَمَۖ وَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ١٤
Tell them, “I have been commanded to be the foremost among those who obey the command of Allah alone. I will not do anything parallel to or against His guidance.” (See 6:106))
قُلۡ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ إِنۡ عَصَيۡتُ رَبِّي عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ١٥
6:15. Say, "I am afraid that if I deviate against His guidance, I too will suffer severely under the law of “the ultimate result of human action.”
مَّن يُصۡرَفۡ عَنۡهُ يَوۡمَئِذٖ فَقَدۡ رَحِمَهُۥۚ وَذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡمُبِينُ١٦
6:16. Whoever saves himself from such a state, means that he has received the grace of Allah. Isn’t this a huge success? And let them all know that this alone will be a clear victory.
وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ ٱللَّهُ بِضُرّٖ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهُۥٓ إِلَّا هُوَۖ وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ بِخَيۡرٖ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ١٧
6:17. If one acts in defiance of the guidance of Allah and is caught up in misery, one can be protected from its consequences only by doing good deeds in accordance with the instructions of Allah. He cannot be freed by any other means than this. As well as continuing to do creative good deeds, no one can stop the benefits that result from that. Least there be any doubt that none of the creations in the world is out of the control of Allah.
وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ١٨
6:18. And so no one can escape from the grip of this law of Allah. Allah has the power to know the deeds of all and to yield “the consequences of everyone’s deeds.”
The condition of the people of the world today bears witness to the fact that the growth and decline of nations take place in accordance with these permanent laws of Allah mentioned above. All those who have creatively devised and worked for social welfare schemes are having bright life. Notice that societies that go astray without developing their skills and abilities suffer a lot.
قُلۡ أَيُّ شَيۡءٍ أَكۡبَرُ شَهَٰدَةٗۖ قُلِ ٱللَّهُۖ شَهِيدُۢ بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَكُمۡۚ وَأُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ لِأُنذِرَكُم بِهِۦ وَمَنۢ بَلَغَۚ
6:19. “Therefore, guidance from Allah which is given through this Qur'an is to show the most perfect path necessary for the better life of man. Tell them, “The universe created and implemented by Allah is a sufficient witness to this. (See 3:18) What better witness could there be between you and Me than this? I am only blessed with the Qur'an, which contains the revelation of guidance. With this, I am commanded to warn you and all those whom this reaches out about the dire consequences of wrongdoing.”
أَئِنَّكُمۡ لَتَشۡهَدُونَ أَنَّ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ ءَالِهَةً أُخۡرَىٰۚ قُل لَّآ أَشۡهَدُۚ قُلۡ إِنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهٞ وَٰحِدٞ وَإِنَّنِي بَرِيٓءٞ مِّمَّا تُشۡرِكُونَ١٩
“Can you give such an assurance by following other ways in line away from the guidance of Allah? Can never. Because only Allah, Who created and sustains me and you, can give such assurance. So I act only according to His guidance. I abstain from what you worship equating with Allah.”
ٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ يَعۡرِفُونَهُۥ كَمَا يَعۡرِفُونَ أَبۡنَآءَهُمُۘ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ٢٠
6:20. What is the difficulty in knowing the fact that the guidance revealed in this Book is from Allah? Just as a person identifies his child, so does he recognize the Scriptures without any doubt. But those who refuse to accept this are the ones who inflict great loss on themselves.
وَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوۡ كَذَّبَ بَِٔايَٰتِهِۦٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُفۡلِحُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ٢١
6:21. And what a great injustice it is to narrate those things which Allah has not revealed in His Book or to say that the word of Allah is a lie. How will such people achieve the goal of success in their lives?
Thus, in the absence of Allah’s guidance, selfishness develops in society, lives according to their will and pleasure, becomes addicted to bad habits, and thus spreads evils such as fighting, strife, murder, robbery, and eventually civil strife, war, and coercions. This condition which occurs according to the Laws of Allah is also ‘Hashar’. That is, "the period in which the effects of actions come to force."
وَيَوۡمَ نَحۡشُرُهُمۡ جَمِيعٗا ثُمَّ نَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُوٓاْ أَيۡنَ شُرَكَآؤُكُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كُنتُمۡ تَزۡعُمُونَ٢٢
6:22. During this ‘hashar’ period, the question will arise as to where the imaginary deities you have been worshiping in parallel to Allah are? You will also be questioned as to where your associates who have been co-teaching you are doing. Does any of them come to your rescue today?
These are the things that happen in this world. The Quran says that human life continues after death. There too, you will be asked about the deeds done in this world. This is also called 'Mahshar Day'.
ثُمَّ لَمۡ تَكُن فِتۡنَتُهُمۡ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُواْ وَٱللَّهِ رَبِّنَا مَا كُنَّا مُشۡرِكِينَ٢٣
6:23. At the time of such "Hashar", there will be nothing but the hue and cry, “Ya Rabbana, our Nourisher, we have never been idolaters.”
ٱنظُرۡ كَيۡفَ كَذَبُواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡۚ وَضَلَّ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَفۡتَرُونَ٢٤
6:24. Take a look at the position of those who go astray by telling fictions about Allah and those who deny the guidance of Allah.
وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَسۡتَمِعُ إِلَيۡكَۖ وَجَعَلۡنَا عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ أَكِنَّةً أَن يَفۡقَهُوهُ وَفِيٓ ءَاذَانِهِمۡ وَقۡرٗاۚ وَإِن يَرَوۡاْ كُلَّ ءَايَةٖ لَّا يُؤۡمِنُواْ بِهَاۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءُوكَ يُجَٰدِلُونَكَ يَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّآ أَسَٰطِيرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ٢٥
6:25. These are the people when Scriptural advice was placed before them, they pretended as if they were listening to it. But they did not want to understand them. Therefore, according to the canon of Allah, their minds and ears got sealed. No matter how much evidence you show, they will not accept it. Even then they will say, “The quotes about “Mahshar day” is nothing but fiction. Nothing like that will happen.”
وَهُمۡ يَنۡهَوۡنَ عَنۡهُ وَيَنَۡٔوۡنَ عَنۡهُۖ وَإِن يُهۡلِكُونَ إِلَّآ أَنفُسَهُمۡ وَمَا يَشۡعُرُونَ٢٦
6:26. Not only that they do not listen to Allah’s advice, but also prevent others from listening to it. Thus, they and their dependents become seekers of destruction. They do not realize this fact either.
وَلَوۡ تَرَىٰٓ إِذۡ وُقِفُواْ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ فَقَالُواْ يَٰلَيۡتَنَا نُرَدُّ وَلَا نُكَذِّبَ بَِٔايَٰتِ رَبِّنَا وَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ٢٧
6:27. When you see them in agony as a result of their wrongdoing, you will find them crying, “Alas! Will we not have a chance to recover from these pains? If given the opportunity, we would certainly not deny the teachings of Allah. We would be completely submissive to them and act accordingly.”
بَلۡ بَدَا لَهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يُخۡفُونَ مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَلَوۡ رُدُّواْ لَعَادُواْ لِمَا نُهُواْ عَنۡهُ وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَكَٰذِبُونَ٢٨
6:28. However, they do not regret the mistakes they have made. They lament that the truths which they have hidden so far have been exposed to others. And yet if they get a chance again, they will do the same thing that was forbidden to do. So there is no point in giving them a chance again. Of course, they are liars.
وَقَالُوٓاْ إِنۡ هِيَ إِلَّا حَيَاتُنَا ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَبۡعُوثِينَ٢٩
6:29. What were the things they were hiding from people? “Our life ends with this worldly life itself. It does not continue after death. It is nonsense to say that we will be resurrected and that we are accountable for what we have done.” This lie of theirs has been exposed.
وَلَوۡ تَرَىٰٓ إِذۡ وُقِفُواْ عَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمۡۚ قَالَ أَلَيۡسَ هَٰذَا بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ قَالُواْ بَلَىٰ وَرَبِّنَاۚ قَالَ فَذُوقُواْ ٱلۡعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَكۡفُرُونَ٣٠
6:30. If you happen to see them facing such a situation as per Pre-Directed Laws of Allah, it will be like asking, “Is not the word of Allah true?” and replying, “Yes. the sayings of Allah are proved to be true.” “What’s the use of accepting it at that moment? It's all over. Throughout your life, you have been involved in wrongdoing as per your will and pleasure. Your mind never accepted the advice of Allah. The result will be the prescribed torments.”
قَدۡ خَسِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِلِقَآءِ ٱللَّهِۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَتۡهُمُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ بَغۡتَةٗ قَالُواْ يَٰحَسۡرَتَنَا عَلَىٰ مَا فَرَّطۡنَا فِيهَا وَهُمۡ يَحۡمِلُونَ أَوۡزَارَهُمۡ عَلَىٰ ظُهُورِهِمۡۚ أَلَا سَآءَ مَا يَزِرُونَ٣١
6:31. Then those who lie and live according to their desires, daring that they could face the consequences of their deeds according to the prescribed Laws of Allah, will be the great losers. When their unintended consequences appear before them, they would blame their negligence to date. They will not be gained by lamenting like this. They will be crushed under the burden of sins. Think of how cruel tragedy that would be!
وَمَا ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَآ إِلَّا لَعِبٞ وَلَهۡوٞۖ وَلَلدَّارُ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةُ خَيۡرٞ لِّلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَۚ أَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُونَ٣٢
6:32. The reason is that they have taken this worldly life as a futile game. And they lived according to their own whims, regardless of the consequences of their activities in the future. Thus, the problems in their lives will grow widely and come before them. On the contrary, the present and future sustainable lives of those who fear the rule of "the ultimate result of human action" prescribed by Allah will be better. (See: 2:201 &202) Do they not understand this?
Meeting with Allah?
Occasionally there are sayings in the Holy Quran about meeting Allah or meeting Rabbu, the Nourisher. Such expressions mean a period in which everyone would receive the fruits of his deeds according to the Pre-Directed Laws of Allah. That is, good deeds bring good results and evil deeds bring evil consequences. When viewed in terms of the societies or nations of the world, they meet the benefits according to the efforts of the people of the respective country and the evil consequences according to their evil deeds. These things will be revolving constantly in this world.
The benefits of these good deeds or the ill effects of evil deeds do not appear immediately. They come to the surface after a certain period according to their respective deeds as prescribed by Allah. This period can be as long as a few days. It can be months. Why? Maybe on an annual or decades basis. Just as Allah has set a time for a seed to grow into a plant or a tree, He has set this interval time. This is what the Quran calls ‘Ajal’ (time- frame). The purpose of this saturation time is to allow a community or an individual to rectify. (See: 16: 61) Most people do not have the intellectual maturity to understand this fact when told. So they are indifferent to the fact that everything that is said to happen is a lie and will suffer later.
Secondly, his actions in the personal matter may or may not come across the consequences in this worldly life. This will suit the circumstances of his life. At the same time, man's life is the one that will continue after his death (see 2: 28,37: 58,40: 11,44: 56). (See 7: 8-9) Thus, the Quranic phrase "meeting Allah" or "meeting Rabbu" means that an individual or a community facing the consequences
according to what they do.
If we refuse this fact and say that we will meet Allah directly on the Day of Resurrection, it would mean that we are locking Him under a space. This is a contradictory opinion to the Holy Qur’an. The reason is that he declares many times that there is no place without Him. (57:4)(58:7)
قَدۡ نَعۡلَمُ إِنَّهُۥ لَيَحۡزُنُكَ ٱلَّذِي يَقُولُونَۖ فَإِنَّهُمۡ لَا يُكَذِّبُونَكَ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ بَِٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ يَجۡحَدُونَ٣٣
6:33. O Messenger of Allah’s guidance! When you tell people these facts, We know that you are deeply concerned about their refusal of the fact. They do not deny you but, they deny the plans and programs of Allah? What a great injustice this is!
وَلَقَدۡ كُذِّبَتۡ رُسُلٞ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ فَصَبَرُواْ عَلَىٰ مَا كُذِّبُواْ وَأُوذُواْ حَتَّىٰٓ أَتَىٰهُمۡ نَصۡرُنَاۚ وَلَا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَٰتِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَكَ مِن نَّبَإِيْ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ٣٤
6:34. Thus, lying and ignoring is nothing new. This has been going on for a long time. This is how the people reacted to many reformists who came before you. But without taking their speeches very seriously and overcoming their opposition, the reformist continued to do their work well. As per the fixed time, help came to them as promised by Allah. This is the unchangeable law of Allah. The history of those reformists has come to you.
وَإِن كَانَ كَبُرَ عَلَيۡكَ إِعۡرَاضُهُمۡ فَإِنِ ٱسۡتَطَعۡتَ أَن تَبۡتَغِيَ نَفَقٗا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَوۡ سُلَّمٗا فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَتَأۡتِيَهُم بَِٔايَةٖۚ
6:35. You still have the anxiety that they are seeking destruction without accepting the scriptural advice. It shows your attachment to them. But what to do? Even if you call them with a thousand sources, they are not prepared to accept this. If possible, dig a hole in the ground, make a tunnel or climb with a ladder to the sky and bring proof before their eyes, even then they would find some pretext or the other to deny it.
وَلَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَجَمَعَهُمۡ عَلَى ٱلۡهُدَىٰۚ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡجَٰهِلِينَ٣٥
They are not all forced to accept the law, because man has been given complete freedom. Had it been a project to make the man just as other creatures live according to their nature, Allah would have no difficulty in doing so. So, do not waste your precious time worrying about such people and become one of the people who do not use knowledge.
۞إِنَّمَا يَسۡتَجِيبُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡمَعُونَۘ وَٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ يَبۡعَثُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ثُمَّ إِلَيۡهِ يُرۡجَعُونَ٣٦
6:36. So, those who apply their mind and listen will accept and act on this Scriptural advice. You cannot bring those on the right path who live like corpses without thinking about anything. Such people will suffer little by little and will experience hardships and losses from time to time, after which they will awaken. They must eventually come to the side of this guidance if they have to come to a meaningful life. Until then centuries will pass.
وَقَالُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ عَلَيۡهِ ءَايَةٞ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦۚ قُلۡ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَادِرٌ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يُنَزِّلَ ءَايَةٗ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ٣٧
6:37. Such people say that this Reformist should have brought any wonderful proof from Rabbu, the Nourisher. The question is not whether Allah has the power to send down such wonders. There are rules for attaining such powers as per the law of Allah. But all these things do not bring any benefit to human life. Man must live full of intelligence and use knowledge to know what is good and what is bad. Allah’s guidance leads to this. This is the Will of Allah. (See: 25:73) Most people do not realize this.
Magical tricks are all the art of the individual. One can know the corresponding method on his own initiative. But they can yield momentary scenes. The man who sees it will be mesmerized and delighted. So, they will not yield long-term benefits in human life. But what remains to be seen is whether the guidance can clearly and intellectually articulate the way for all the people of the world to live a life with lasting happiness. So, there is no role for magicians here. The position of the Qur’an is that no reformist was required to perform such miracles or illusions.
وَمَا مِن دَآبَّةٖ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا طَٰٓئِرٖ يَطِيرُ بِجَنَاحَيۡهِ إِلَّآ أُمَمٌ أَمۡثَالُكُمۚ مَّا فَرَّطۡنَا فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِن شَيۡءٖۚ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمۡ يُحۡشَرُونَ٣٨
6:38. No other creature has been given so much freedom as given to man. Look at the crawling animals on the earth and the bird species that fly with their wings. They are creatures like you. However, they all live within the limits set by Allah. That is, their life is based as per the terms of its nature. They cannot act as a substitute for it. That’s why they all live better together. So there is no problem.
But the condition of man is not like that. He has been given complete freedom to choose a path of his choice by claiming that Allah’s commandments are not right. He may also think that's the right way to go.
وَٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بَِٔايَٰتِنَا صُمّٞ وَبُكۡمٞ فِي ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِۗ مَن يَشَإِ ٱللَّهُ يُضۡلِلۡهُ وَمَن يَشَأۡ يَجۡعَلۡهُ عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ٣٩
6:39. But darkness surrounds their lives, as deaf and dumb people follow the wrong paths which they have thus chosen. Thus, as per the Pre-Determined Laws of Allah, they go astray. On the contrary, those who apply minds and act as per the guidance of Allah on everything live better.
قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتَكُمۡ إِنۡ أَتَىٰكُمۡ عَذَابُ ٱللَّهِ أَوۡ أَتَتۡكُمُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ أَغَيۡرَ ٱللَّهِ تَدۡعُونَ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ٤٠
6:40. Tell them, “Sometimes in your life, you face calamities caused by natural disasters or caused by riots according to the rules prescribed by Allah. Under such a situation do you call on the deities whom you worship for help to recover from this? Not at all. You seek help only from Allah's means of relief! Have you ever thought about this?”
بَلۡ إِيَّاهُ تَدۡعُونَ فَيَكۡشِفُ مَا تَدۡعُونَ إِلَيۡهِ إِن شَآءَ وَتَنسَوۡنَ مَا تُشۡرِكُونَ٤١
6:41. Yet even if you call on those deities whom you worship, you will not get any benefit from them. So, forgetting them all, you are dealing with the relief measures that Allah has established. You save only what you can save by the prescribed Laws of Allah. However, after the relief, you rush to the side of the imaginary deities, who cannot help at all.
وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أُمَمٖ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُم بِٱلۡبَأۡسَآءِ وَٱلضَّرَّآءِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَضَرَّعُونَ٤٢
6:42. O Messenger of Our guidance! We sent our Messengers to many communities before you. They too preached Our Guidance and brought reformations. But later on, the people started neglecting them and as per the Pre-Directed Laws Allah, they began to suffer from poverty and disease. Couldn't they have thought about it and brought changes in their life?
فَلَوۡلَآ إِذۡ جَآءَهُم بَأۡسُنَا تَضَرَّعُواْ وَلَٰكِن قَسَتۡ قُلُوبُهُمۡ وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ٤٣
6:43. But they did not take the small dangers as a precaution because their thinking
power had faded to that extent. And all the evil deeds they did appear to be very beautiful to them. To that extent, they were addicted to the control of their satanic desires.
Since Allah accepts the responsibility of taking care of all the universes, He does not place any deficit anywhere in the matter of man's livelihood. (See: 17: 18-20) It is another matter that they do not accept the scriptural advice and form the social system accordingly.
فَلَمَّا نَسُواْ مَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِۦ فَتَحۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ أَبۡوَٰبَ كُلِّ شَيۡءٍ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فَرِحُواْ بِمَآ أُوتُوٓاْ أَخَذۡنَٰهُم بَغۡتَةٗ فَإِذَا هُم مُّبۡلِسُونَ٤٤
6:44. As the doors of livelihood are open to all, the opportunities for facilities are increasing in line with his efforts. So, while they are on the float of happiness on one side, on the other hand, society goes to the side of degeneration due to the influences of evil habits among them. Thus, when the torments finally come upon them unexpectedly, their deadly intellect cannot find any means of recovering from that destruction.
فَقُطِعَ دَابِرُ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْۚ وَٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ٤٥
6:45. Thus, communities that engage in atrocities are destroyed. Only then will the world could return to normalcy. Thus, such provisions of Allah, the Nourisher of all the universes, become worthy of thousands of praises.
That is, think of historical events that have taken place in the world over time. Some people think that all the knowledge and thinking power which they have is better than others. Thus, when it comes to Allah’s guidance, they think it is not necessary and so ignore it.
قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِنۡ أَخَذَ ٱللَّهُ سَمۡعَكُمۡ وَأَبۡصَٰرَكُمۡ وَخَتَمَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِكُم مَّنۡ إِلَٰهٌ غَيۡرُ ٱللَّهِ يَأۡتِيكُم بِهِۗ ٱنظُرۡ كَيۡفَ نُصَرِّفُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ ثُمَّ هُمۡ يَصۡدِفُونَ٤٦
6:46. Ask them whether their hearing ability, vision power, and intelligence are all their own creations. Ask them, “Is it not Allah who bestowed them to you?” “If these abilities get rid of you, can you get them back?” They look forward to the magical displays without even thinking about all the evidence they have! Explain this to them in detail, as they still refuse to accept Scriptural advice.
قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتَكُمۡ إِنۡ أَتَىٰكُمۡ عَذَابُ ٱللَّهِ بَغۡتَةً أَوۡ جَهۡرَةً هَلۡ يُهۡلَكُ إِلَّا ٱلۡقَوۡمُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ٤٧
6:47. So, if the torments caused as per the Pre-Directed Laws of Allah occur unexpectedly or as per precautions given by the Messengers of Allah, will any other society that does not do wrong suffer? Not at all. Aggressive societies must experience these pains themselves.
وَمَا نُرۡسِلُ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ إِلَّا مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَۖ فَمَنۡ ءَامَنَ وَأَصۡلَحَ فَلَا خَوۡفٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا هُمۡ يَحۡزَنُونَ٤٨
6:48. Therefore, the purpose of the reformists is to make it clear as to what the consequences will be for the actions of the people. It is their duty to point out the benefits of any creative good deeds and the consequences of any evil deeds. A society that accepts them and acts accordingly will have a peaceful life free from fear and grief (See also: 5:92 & 99)
وَٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بَِٔايَٰتِنَا يَمَسُّهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفۡسُقُونَ٤٩
6:49. Rather, any society that denies and disproves these scriptural teachings is bound to suffer. The consequences will be due to their own improper actions.
قُل لَّآ أَقُولُ لَكُمۡ عِندِي خَزَآئِنُ ٱللَّهِ وَلَآ أَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبَ وَلَآ أَقُولُ لَكُمۡ إِنِّي مَلَكٌۖ إِنۡ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَيَّۚ قُلۡ هَلۡ يَسۡتَوِي ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ وَٱلۡبَصِيرُۚ أَفَلَا تَتَفَكَّرُونَ٥٠
6:50. Tell them, “I am one of the reformists. (See - 36: 3) So I do not tell you that I have the treasures of Allah, that I know the unseen forces, or that I am an angel - superman as you think. I do not follow anything other than what has been revealed to me from Allah. So, just as the blind and the vision cannot become equal, do those who by accepting Allah's guidance live better, and those who by rejecting them live blindly can be equal? Don't you think about it?”
وَأَنذِرۡ بِهِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ أَن يُحۡشَرُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمۡ لَيۡسَ لَهُم مِّن دُونِهِۦ وَلِيّٞ وَلَا شَفِيعٞ لَّعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُونَ٥١
6:51. Moreover, issue warnings to those who fear that they would have to face the ultimate consequences determined by Rabbu. And that if they act against His guidance, there would be no one to save or intercede for them at the time they face its consequences.
Generally, the weak and the poor will be the first to come and join in following Allah’s guidance. The rich and the ruling class will not be attracted to it.
وَلَا تَطۡرُدِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدۡعُونَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلۡغَدَوٰةِ وَٱلۡعَشِيِّ يُرِيدُونَ وَجۡهَهُۥۖ مَا عَلَيۡكَ مِنۡ حِسَابِهِم مِّن شَيۡءٖ وَمَا مِنۡ حِسَابِكَ عَلَيۡهِم مِّن شَيۡءٖ فَتَطۡرُدَهُمۡ فَتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ٥٢
6:52. Guide those who seek the blessings of Allah, embrace those who call upon Allah day or night, and do not hate them. So none others will be responsible for anyone being the poor or rich. These will depend on their hard work and skill. So don’t exclude them because they are poor. If you do so you will become one of those who do injustice. (See 8: 62-64,11: 27-30,18: 28,26: 111-114 & 80: 1-11)
وَكَذَٰلِكَ فَتَنَّا بَعۡضَهُم بِبَعۡضٖ لِّيَقُولُوٓاْ أَهَٰٓؤُلَآءِ مَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِم مِّنۢ بَيۡنِنَآۗ أَلَيۡسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَعۡلَمَ بِٱلشَّٰكِرِينَ٥٣
6:53. The rich in the community ridicule, “Has Allah chosen to bless only poor in the community?” They joke about how they can sit with the poor. But Allah is fully aware of who among them are in gratitude and faith and who behave with arrogance?
وَإِذَا جَآءَكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بَِٔايَٰتِنَا فَقُلۡ سَلَٰمٌ عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ كَتَبَ رَبُّكُمۡ عَلَىٰ نَفۡسِهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَةَ أَنَّهُۥ مَنۡ عَمِلَ مِنكُمۡ سُوٓءَۢا بِجَهَٰلَةٖ ثُمَّ تَابَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ وَأَصۡلَحَ فَأَنَّهُۥ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ٥٤
6:54. Tell your followers who come there, “You have nothing to fear. This social system will make all the arrangements for your well-being. Do not listen to the ridicule of the rich. It is incumbent upon this social system to pave the way for the blessings of Allah to be available to all of you. So if you give up the sinful deeds that you have done in ignorance, repent and do creative good deeds according to the law of this system, you will be provided with a safe life. This is the greatest mercy of Allah.”
وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ وَلِتَسۡتَبِينَ سَبِيلُ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ٥٥
6:55. It is clearly stated in order to make it clear as to who are the perpetrators of the crime and who seeks refuge from crime?
قُلۡ إِنِّي نُهِيتُ أَنۡ أَعۡبُدَ ٱلَّذِينَ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِۚ قُل لَّآ أَتَّبِعُ أَهۡوَآءَكُمۡ قَدۡ ضَلَلۡتُ إِذٗا وَمَآ أَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلۡمُهۡتَدِينَ٥٦
6:56. O Messenger of Our guidance! Tell the rich, “I have been commanded to abstain from deities whom you worship as god instead of following His guidance.” So, I cannot act according to your wishes. If I do, I will go astray. After that, I will not be on the list of those who have been guided.”
قُلۡ إِنِّي عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٖ مِّن رَّبِّي وَكَذَّبۡتُم بِهِۦۚ مَا عِندِي مَا تَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَ بِهِۦٓۚ إِنِ ٱلۡحُكۡمُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِۖ يَقُصُّ ٱلۡحَقَّۖ وَهُوَ خَيۡرُ ٱلۡفَٰصِلِينَ٥٧
6:57. “I act according to the clear guidance I receive from my Rabbu, the Nourisher. But you say it is not right. If I say that suffering will come in life, if you turn away from His guidance, you are in a hurry to know when it will come. It is not under my authority to bring suffering. They are, according to the Pre-Directed Laws of Allah, based on “the consequences of human deeds.” Its knowledge is with Allah alone. This Scripture of Allah shows the right path of human life. Therefore, the law of Allah never wrongs in giving justice according to His deeds.”
قُل لَّوۡ أَنَّ عِندِي مَا تَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَ بِهِۦ لَقُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَكُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ٥٨
6:58. Tell them, “If had it been a matter of my authority, the affair between us would have ended long before. But Allah alone knows when the consequences of wrongdoing will come into effect.”
۞وَعِندَهُۥ مَفَاتِحُ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ لَا يَعۡلَمُهَآ إِلَّا هُوَۚ وَيَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي ٱلۡبَرِّ وَٱلۡبَحۡرِۚ وَمَا تَسۡقُطُ مِن وَرَقَةٍ إِلَّا يَعۡلَمُهَا وَلَا حَبَّةٖ فِي ظُلُمَٰتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا رَطۡبٖ وَلَا يَابِسٍ إِلَّا فِي كِتَٰبٖ مُّبِينٖ٥٩
6:59. Not only that, but Allah created the laws to make all these universes function. Only Allah knows the secrets of their activities. He also knows what is in the ocean and on the earth. Not a leaf falls without His knowledge. In the depths of the earth, the seed that grows in darkness, green and withers, is all in the knowledge of Allah. The working forms of all works and their mechanisms are clearly documented.
As mentioned above, all creation in the universe operates according to the laws of nature created by Allah. He has all the wisdom because it is Allah who creates and directs them. Scientists will study these facts and their action patterns (keys) which are known to Allah and find out as much as they can. (See 3:7, 35:27-28)
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي يَتَوَفَّىٰكُم بِٱلَّيۡلِ وَيَعۡلَمُ مَا جَرَحۡتُم بِٱلنَّهَارِ ثُمَّ يَبۡعَثُكُمۡ فِيهِ لِيُقۡضَىٰٓ أَجَلٞ مُّسَمّٗىۖ ثُمَّ إِلَيۡهِ مَرۡجِعُكُمۡ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ٦٠
6:60. Man gets life in this world on the basis of the same projects that have been made for the workings of the universe. Accordingly, the man falls asleep at night. So he is able to work during the day. Thus, he lives for a certain period. All the implications of what he does go towards the goal of its own consequences, as determined by Rabbu, the Nourisher. On the day when their effects finally come to light, everyone will know what he has done in his life.
According to this text, human life is divided into two parts. The first is about the physical life of man. It is designed just like any other creature. Breathing, hunger, thirst, sleep, sex, life, and death are all involved. All these acts are according to the law prescribed by Allah. The second aspect of human life is related to the “human self. or Personality” Since man is given complete freedom, there is no direct intervention or control of Allah as far as his actions are concerned. But the “consequences” of what he does are subject to the rule of Allah. No one in the world can escape from it. This is the true meaning of “Allah’s Wishes.”
وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۖ وَيُرۡسِلُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ حَفَظَةً حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ تَوَفَّتۡهُ رُسُلُنَا وَهُمۡ لَا يُفَرِّطُونَ٦١
6:61. In this way, man is bound by the law of “the consequences of human deeds” prescribed by Allah. All his actions are monitored so that he does not escape from its impacts. As his life ends and death approaches according to the canon of Rabbu, his life that continues after death will be as per His laws. No one can escape this rule. (See 32:11)
ثُمَّ رُدُّوٓاْ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ مَوۡلَىٰهُمُ ٱلۡحَقِّۚ أَلَا لَهُ ٱلۡحُكۡمُ وَهُوَ أَسۡرَعُ ٱلۡحَٰسِبِينَ٦٢
6:62. Thus, he enters the next phase of his life. The benefits and consequences will then be revealed as per the deeds he did in this world. Only the law of Allah will operate there. There will be no interference from anyone else. There will be no delay in passing judgment according to the deeds he has done.
قُلۡ مَن يُنَجِّيكُم مِّن ظُلُمَٰتِ ٱلۡبَرِّ وَٱلۡبَحۡرِ تَدۡعُونَهُۥ تَضَرُّعٗا وَخُفۡيَةٗ لَّئِنۡ أَنجَىٰنَا مِنۡ هَٰذِهِۦ لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلشَّٰكِرِينَ٦٣
6:63. “If you are in danger at sea or on earth, by whose arrangements do you recover? In such a dire situation, you humbly and silently pray to Us. You also assure Us that if We save them from that misery they will always obey Our commands with full faith. Is this true or not? ” Ask them.
قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يُنَجِّيكُم مِّنۡهَا وَمِن كُلِّ كَرۡبٖ ثُمَّ أَنتُمۡ تُشۡرِكُونَ٦٤
6:64. You get relief from those dangers and all other hardships through the security arrangements made by Allah. But as far as other matters of your life are concerned, you seek the other means and follow them. This leads to your destruction.
قُلۡ هُوَ ٱلۡقَادِرُ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يَبۡعَثَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ عَذَابٗا مِّن فَوۡقِكُمۡ أَوۡ مِن تَحۡتِ أَرۡجُلِكُمۡ أَوۡ يَلۡبِسَكُمۡ شِيَعٗا
6:65. So in societies that select the wrong way, tragedies occur from many angles. Sometimes disasters and destructions occur within the upper strata of society. Sometimes problems arise in the lower class of the community. Thus, law and order are disrupted. Sometimes this acts as the reason for the division among the nation.
وَيُذِيقَ بَعۡضَكُم بَأۡسَ بَعۡضٍۗ ٱنظُرۡ كَيۡفَ نُصَرِّفُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَفۡقَهُونَ٦٥
As a result, society will be divided into many sections causing riots and conflicts. All of these are in accordance with the rules set by Allah as “the consequences of human deeds”. Such clear guidelines are given to you to keep this in mind and to act following the instructions of Allah.
وَكَذَّبَ بِهِۦ قَوۡمُكَ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَقُّۚ قُل لَّسۡتُ عَلَيۡكُم بِوَكِيلٖ٦٦
6:66. Even after giving such clear evidence, most of you do not agree. So, tell them, “I am not an officer of monitoring you. You are responsible for your actions.”
لِّكُلِّ نَبَإٖ مُّسۡتَقَرّٞۚ وَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ٦٧
6:67. “And there is a deadline set for each action you do and for its consequences. You will understand when the effects come out.”
وَإِذَا رَأَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخُوضُونَ فِيٓ ءَايَٰتِنَا فَأَعۡرِضۡ عَنۡهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ يَخُوضُواْ فِي حَدِيثٍ غَيۡرِهِۦۚ وَإِمَّا يُنسِيَنَّكَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ فَلَا تَقۡعُدۡ بَعۡدَ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ مَعَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ٦٨
6:68. So, if you find people arguing in vain about guidance, try to distract them from it. Beyond that, if they persist in it, leave them wisely. Sometimes when you too are inspired by those discussions, stay away from them when you are reminded of Allah's advice, "Do not sit with such unjust crowd."
وَمَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ مِنۡ حِسَابِهِم مِّن شَيۡءٖ وَلَٰكِن ذِكۡرَىٰ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُونَ٦٩
6:69. It is not the responsibility of the followers of Allah’s guidelines to admonish those indulged in vain arguments. The purpose of advising you to stay away from such people is to avoid you indulging in such vain activities.
وَذَرِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُواْ دِينَهُمۡ لَعِبٗا وَلَهۡوٗا وَغَرَّتۡهُمُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَاۚ وَذَكِّرۡ بِهِۦٓ
6:70. Instead of focusing on the constructive things that build humanity, many are addicted to the mere amusements and the pleasures of luxury. Leave them in their course. It is a universal theory that they will be surrounded by the dangerous consequences of their willful activities. Advise them and warn them about this as much as possible. There is no other way but the way of Allah to recover from their misery.
أَن تُبۡسَلَ نَفۡسُۢ بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ لَيۡسَ لَهَا مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيّٞ وَلَا شَفِيعٞ وَإِن تَعۡدِلۡ كُلَّ عَدۡلٖ لَّا يُؤۡخَذۡ مِنۡهَآۗ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُبۡسِلُواْ بِمَا كَسَبُواْۖ لَهُمۡ شَرَابٞ مِّنۡ حَمِيمٖ وَعَذَابٌ أَلِيمُۢ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكۡفُرُونَ٧٠
Once those effects appear, no one's recommendation will work to change. It is not possible to avoid the consequences of their sinful deeds by compensating for all the wealth they have earned. Thus, the wrong deeds they have done will ruin their lives. As they refuse to accept Allah’s guidance and act as a substitute for it, a situation will arise in which they have to suffer without getting even the essential needs of life. Mention these facts and try to correct them.
قُلۡ أَنَدۡعُواْ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَنفَعُنَا وَلَا يَضُرُّنَا وَنُرَدُّ عَلَىٰٓ أَعۡقَابِنَا بَعۡدَ إِذۡ هَدَىٰنَا ٱللَّهُ كَٱلَّذِي ٱسۡتَهۡوَتۡهُ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينُ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ حَيۡرَانَ لَهُۥٓ أَصۡحَٰبٞ يَدۡعُونَهُۥٓ إِلَى ٱلۡهُدَى ٱئۡتِنَاۗ
6:71. “So, should we leave the guidance of Allah and follow other means which do not bring any benefit? The imaginary deities you worship have no power to do good or harm. Will we retreat even after Allah has outlined the straight path of human life? Do we have any other friend who calls us to the right path at every stage of life? Do you want us to befriend the one who stumbles and falls without any grip on life?
قُلۡ إِنَّ هُدَى ٱللَّهِ هُوَ ٱلۡهُدَىٰۖ وَأُمِرۡنَا لِنُسۡلِمَ لِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ٧١
So, the way that Allah shows is the rightest way. We are commanded to obey only the guidance of Allah, the Creator, and Sustainer of all the universes.”
وَأَنۡ أَقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَٱتَّقُوهُۚ وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ إِلَيۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ٧٢
6:72. Not only that, but establish a system of co-ordination called, “Salath” (see 29:45) which refrains the people of the community from wrongdoing and provides ways to do good deeds, and to lead the society accordingly by following the advice of Allah. Keep in mind that there is surely a day when you will be answerable for every activity you do.
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ وَيَوۡمَ يَقُولُ كُن فَيَكُونُۚ قَوۡلُهُ ٱلۡحَقُّۚ وَلَهُ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ يَوۡمَ يُنفَخُ فِي ٱلصُّورِۚ عَٰلِمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ٧٣
6:73. So, the creation of the galaxies and the earth was not purposeless. They are all created for highly creative purposes. This is the truth. So, if Allah wants to create anything, they evolve according to their respective time scale* Similarly, Allah's guidance is not given in vain. That too is blessed for lofty purposes. All the assurances given in it are proof that they are based on truth. Since the universes operate under His authority, He knows what is happening at present and what is going to happen in the future. As such, conflicts with evil forces thus become inevitable during the period of the formation of a sound system of governance according to His guidance. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware.
All of Allah's creations evolve over many stages according to the law of evolution. The duration of each phase of development is thousand years according to human reckoning (32:5) and the time taken to transcend the stages of evolution in the creation of the universe is fifty-fifty thousand years. (70:4). The creations of the universe are created in the most comprehensive chronological order based on the ages according to Allah's plan. So, all of His projects are long-term sustainable projects. People who do not understand this are arguing with the Reformists in vain. Thus intensifying conflicts of opinion too.
۞وَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ ءَازَرَ أَتَتَّخِذُ أَصۡنَامًا ءَالِهَةً إِنِّيٓ أَرَىٰكَ وَقَوۡمَكَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ٧٤
6:74. Recall the history of conflicts between Realities and Superstitions that took place between Reformist Ibrahim Nabi and his father. Reformist Ibrahim Nabi criticized his father, Azar for worshiping idols as deities. He complained that his father and his community were openly misguided.
وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُرِيٓ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ مَلَكُوتَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلِيَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُوقِنِينَ٧٥
6:75. Thus, the reformist Ibrahim Nabi was well aware of the true state of Allah's creations of vast galaxies and the earth. He also knew that the powers of Allah only were under function in all creations.
فَلَمَّا جَنَّ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلَّيۡلُ رَءَا كَوۡكَبٗاۖ قَالَ هَٰذَا رَبِّيۖ فَلَمَّآ أَفَلَ قَالَ لَآ أُحِبُّ ٱلۡأٓفِلِينَ٧٦
6:76. He once addressed to the worshipers of the stars and said, “if you think it to be my Rabbu, it appears at night and disappears during the day. So how can I take it as Rabbu for something that can disappear like that?”
فَلَمَّا رَءَا ٱلۡقَمَرَ بَازِغٗا قَالَ هَٰذَا رَبِّيۖ فَلَمَّآ أَفَلَ قَالَ لَئِن لَّمۡ يَهۡدِنِي رَبِّي لَأَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ٧٧
6:77. After that, he said to the worshipers of the moon, shining at night, “If I take this as Rabbu, that too disappears. So, if my Rabbu had not guided me, I too would have become one among the misguided communities.”
فَلَمَّا رَءَا ٱلشَّمۡسَ بَازِغَةٗ قَالَ هَٰذَا رَبِّي هَٰذَآ أَكۡبَرُۖ فَلَمَّآ أَفَلَتۡ قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ إِنِّي بَرِيٓءٞ مِّمَّا تُشۡرِكُونَ٧٨
6:78. After that, he said to the people of worshiping the powerful sun, which shone brightly, “This is the greatest of all. So, this is what you call my Rabbu. But it does set in the evening. So how can it be my Rabbu? Oh, my people! I have refrained from worshiping the creations of Allah equating with Him. ”
إِنِّي وَجَّهۡتُ وَجۡهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ حَنِيفٗاۖ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ٧٩
6:79. He added, “I pay full attention to the guidance shown by Rabbu who created the galaxies and the earth. I will not accept the worship of His creation.”
وَحَآجَّهُۥ قَوۡمُهُۥۚ قَالَ أَتُحَٰٓجُّوٓنِّي فِي ٱللَّهِ وَقَدۡ هَدَىٰنِۚ
6:80. But his community did not accept those teachings. They argued with him in many ways. He spoke to the people about the guidance that Allah has given to man. But they kept arguing because they did not have any decisive wisdom in it. He told them firmly that he was on the right path as shown by Rabbu.
وَلَآ أَخَافُ مَا تُشۡرِكُونَ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ رَبِّي شَيۡٔٗاۚ وَسِعَ رَبِّي كُلَّ شَيۡءٍ عِلۡمًاۚ أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ٨٠
He would not go away from it and accept the ways in which they were worshiping. He explained, “If you stop worshiping, you are afraid that something dangerous will happen. But good or evil will happen according to your activities as per the Pre-Directed Laws of Allah. Because He has put everything under His control and executed it. So none of your actions will go unnoticed. Don't you understand this?”
وَكَيۡفَ أَخَافُ مَآ أَشۡرَكۡتُمۡ وَلَا تَخَافُونَ أَنَّكُمۡ أَشۡرَكۡتُم بِٱللَّهِ مَا لَمۡ يُنَزِّلۡ بِهِۦ عَلَيۡكُمۡ سُلۡطَٰنٗاۚ فَأَيُّ ٱلۡفَرِيقَيۡنِ أَحَقُّ بِٱلۡأَمۡنِۖ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ٨١
6:81. Ibrahim Nabi told them, “So you worship something as associating partners with Allah for which there is no evidence from Him. Why are you afraid of it though? When the truth is thus, why should I be afraid of movement-less idols? So the guidance of my Rabbu calls to the side of a prosperous life. So, let’s see which of our two categories deserves to live a fearless life. If you are really intelligent, answer this.”
ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَلَمۡ يَلۡبِسُوٓاْ إِيمَٰنَهُم بِظُلۡمٍ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡأَمۡنُ وَهُم مُّهۡتَدُونَ٨٢
6:82. Further, he told the gatherings, “Any society that accepts Allah's guidance, protects it from regression, lives by it fairly and will have a prosperous life. They are the ones who are guided.”
وَتِلۡكَ حُجَّتُنَآ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهَآ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ عَلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِۦۚ نَرۡفَعُ دَرَجَٰتٖ مَّن نَّشَآءُۗ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ حَكِيمٌ عَلِيمٞ٨٣
6:83. These are the true incidents in which Reformist Ibrahim Nabi spoke out against the superstition of his community. Only those who strive for social reform under Our guidance will get the highest rank and status. Know that the guidance of Rabbu, the Nourisher of the world is full of wisdom and knowledge.
وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهُۥٓ إِسۡحَٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوبَۚ كُلًّا هَدَيۡنَاۚ وَنُوحًا هَدَيۡنَا مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِۦ دَاوُۥدَ وَسُلَيۡمَٰنَ وَأَيُّوبَ وَيُوسُفَ وَمُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ٨٤
6:84. This high position and status did not end with him. He was succeeded by his son Isaac and his grandson Jacob. They all stood in Our way and they were committed to the betterment of society. So, We gave them a high post too. This is how Reformist Nooh, who came before Ibrahim Nabi, brought about reforms in the world. And from the descendants of Ibrahim Nabi, the Reformists Dhawood Nabi, Sulaimon Nabi, Ayyub Nabi, Yousuf Nabi, Moosa Nabi, and Haroon Nabi were the ones who received Our guidance and worked for the betterment of society. In the same way, We will reward all those who do good for society.
وَزَكَرِيَّا وَيَحۡيَىٰ وَعِيسَىٰ وَإِلۡيَاسَۖ كُلّٞ مِّنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ٨٥
6:85. Also, the reformists Zakaria Nabi, Yahya Nabi, Easa Nabi, and Elias Nabi were the ones who left the mark of the great reformist who performed the most powerful deeds and made reforms in the history of the world.
وَإِسۡمَٰعِيلَ وَٱلۡيَسَعَ وَيُونُسَ وَلُوطٗاۚ وَكُلّٗا فَضَّلۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ٨٦
6:86. Also in this order are the Reformists Ismael Nabi, Alyssa’a Nabi, Younus Nabi, and Looth Nabi, who are on the list of world record-breaking heroes.
وَمِنۡ ءَابَآئِهِمۡ وَذُرِّيَّٰتِهِمۡ وَإِخۡوَٰنِهِمۡۖ وَٱجۡتَبَيۡنَٰهُمۡ وَهَدَيۡنَٰهُمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ٨٧
6:87. Moreover, the ancestors, descendants, and brothers of these prophets also lived as subjects of Our choice. They are the ones who stood on the right path and created achievements in the world.
The rise and dignity do not mean that it is available only to the Nabis or Rasools. This text is proof that such high status was also available to their relatives. So, guidance for them was not revealed directly from Rabbu. They reached that goal by following the scripture given through the Nabis who lived with them. Thus, after the demise of the Reformist Muhammad Nabi, his associates who were with him followed the noble guidance and led society in the finest way. As well as in today’s time frame, we can also achieve that goal if we follow this guidance.
ذَٰلِكَ هُدَى ٱللَّهِ يَهۡدِي بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَلَوۡ أَشۡرَكُواْ لَحَبِطَ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ٨٨
6:88. Thus those who work with high ideals are the ones who deserve to receive guidance from Allah. Now that guidance is blessed through this Qur’an. Those who seek to follow this path will find guidance, elevation, and dignity. On the contrary, all their actions will be in vain if they follow other methods in parallel.
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَٱلۡحُكۡمَ وَٱلنُّبُوَّةَۚ فَإِن يَكۡفُرۡ بِهَا هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ فَقَدۡ وَكَّلۡنَا بِهَا قَوۡمٗا لَّيۡسُواْ بِهَا بِكَٰفِرِينَ٨٩
6:89. Thus, those who seek guidance and work tirelessly for it received the guidance of Allah. By working in accordance with the guidance they gained the power to rule their countries. They had the opportunity to learn many things they did not know through the experiences of those regimes. So if they act contrary to the instructions of Allah, the responsibility of governance will be handed over to other communities. They will continue to be in charge of the regime until they turn away from Our guidance.
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ هَدَى ٱللَّهُۖ فَبِهُدَىٰهُمُ ٱقۡتَدِهۡۗ قُل لَّآ أَسَۡٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ أَجۡرًاۖ إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكۡرَىٰ لِلۡعَٰلَمِينَ٩٠
6:90. All the above Reformists worked in the way shown by Allah and attained high ranks. So We inform these things so that you too can follow these guidelines and live better like them. Tell the people, “I do not inform this in anticipation of any reward from you, but I speak for your benefits only.” Explain to the people the truth that all these teachings are nothing but good pieces of advice to all the people of the world.
وَمَا قَدَرُواْ ٱللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدۡرِهِۦٓ إِذۡ قَالُواْ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ بَشَرٖ مِّن شَيۡءٖۗ
6:91. But the people are talking baseless things about Allah in various ways. So, they do not perform in the way that should honor Allah’s guidance. That is why they simply say that Allah does not give any guidance to ordinary human beings.
قُلۡ مَنۡ أَنزَلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ ٱلَّذِي جَآءَ بِهِۦ مُوسَىٰ نُورٗا وَهُدٗى لِّلنَّاسِۖ تَجۡعَلُونَهُۥ قَرَاطِيسَ تُبۡدُونَهَا وَتُخۡفُونَ كَثِيرٗاۖ
Ask them, from whom did the Scriptural advice come, which Moosa Nabi left behind? They were also the best guide to man's enlightened life. The man who brought that scripture too was an ordinary man. But how do they behave? They divide the Scriptures into several parts and present to the people only a few things that are favorable to them. They hide most of them from the public because they are against the Sharia laws they have created themselves,
وَعُلِّمۡتُم مَّا لَمۡ تَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنتُمۡ وَلَآ ءَابَآؤُكُمۡۖ قُلِ ٱللَّهُۖ ثُمَّ ذَرۡهُمۡ فِي خَوۡضِهِمۡ يَلۡعَبُونَ٩١
Everything is said in the scriptures about things that neither they nor their ancestors knew. Tell them that it is Allah who has revealed this, Scripture. If they still do not accept this Scripture then leave them in their course. Let them deliberately keep the scripture and play as they please.
وَهَٰذَا كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ مُبَارَكٞ مُّصَدِّقُ ٱلَّذِي بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ وَلِتُنذِرَ أُمَّ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ وَمَنۡ حَوۡلَهَاۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦۖ وَهُمۡ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمۡ يُحَافِظُونَ٩٢
6:92. So also, We have revealed this Scripture, Al Qur’an with the best plans to create a prosperous society. It reveals the true contents of the Scriptural counsel to them. So first call the people of the town where you were born and raised, then the people around you and point out the reasons for the destruction of the communities and warn them to act safely. So those who accept the truth of Allah’s guidance and the gift of the “ultimate consequences of human deeds” ordained by Him will believe these biblical truths. And they will safeguard the system by strictly following the rules of law that He has shown.
For this, the messages received through Allah’s guidance should not contain any contamination, impractical things, or untrue fiction. Is it right to use the name of Allah to spread such rumors among the people and leave out those who create chaos? Any regime that aims for peace and tranquility will take action against them and punish them accordingly. They will be ready to face if the opponents take the action against this regime.
وَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوۡ قَالَ أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ وَلَمۡ يُوحَ إِلَيۡهِ شَيۡءٞ وَمَن قَالَ سَأُنزِلُ مِثۡلَ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُۗ
6:93. So will there be anyone who is the most unjust? The one (1) who tells people imaginary things about Allah, (2) who tells lies about what Allah has not said, (3) who claims that revelation from Allah can be received directly by anyone, and (4) who claims that he himself can bring better guidance like this scripture - who could be a worse wrongdoer than such?
وَلَوۡ تَرَىٰٓ إِذِ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ فِي غَمَرَٰتِ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ بَاسِطُوٓاْ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ أَخۡرِجُوٓاْ أَنفُسَكُمُۖ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ تُجۡزَوۡنَ عَذَابَ ٱلۡهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَقُولُونَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ غَيۡرَ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَكُنتُمۡ عَنۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ تَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ٩٣
If you happen to see the pitiable situation of such wrongdoers facing death, the universal forces who carry out Rabbu’s plans as saying to them, “Where is your arrogance now? Bring it out now. You have received these torments and insults in return for what you have been doing to this day. Because you used the name of Allah to spread falsehood among the people! And you have acted arrogantly, despising Allah’s guidance!”
وَلَقَدۡ جِئۡتُمُونَا فُرَٰدَىٰ كَمَا خَلَقۡنَٰكُمۡ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٖ وَتَرَكۡتُم مَّا خَوَّلۡنَٰكُمۡ وَرَآءَ ظُهُورِكُمۡۖ
6:94. And if you look at their condition after death, it will be as if Allah’s system informs them, “When you were born into the world, you were born one by one. As well as today each of you has come to me individually. You have given up all the wealth you have earned. Now none of them stand by you”.
وَمَا نَرَىٰ مَعَكُمۡ شُفَعَآءَكُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ زَعَمۡتُمۡ أَنَّهُمۡ فِيكُمۡ شُرَكَٰٓؤُاْۚ لَقَد تَّقَطَّعَ بَيۡنَكُمۡ وَضَلَّ عَنكُم مَّا كُنتُمۡ تَزۡعُمُونَ٩٤
And “You no longer have the people whom you once relied on as protectors. Your connection with them will also be severed. What you relied on has now been proved to be a misguidance.”
That is, this verse depicts the situation after death, according to the Pre-Directed Laws of Allah, the condition of each person will be the same. And the question arises as to who Allah is. Understand that too well.
۞إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ فَالِقُ ٱلۡحَبِّ وَٱلنَّوَىٰۖ يُخۡرِجُ ٱلۡحَيَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمَيِّتِ وَمُخۡرِجُ ٱلۡمَيِّتِ مِنَ ٱلۡحَيِّۚ ذَٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤۡفَكُونَ٩٥
6:95. When you sow the grains and the seeds, they germinate in the earth as per the system of Allah. The inanimate earth comes to life with rainwater and becomes green. The One who makes such a great arrangement is Allah.
Today's scientific world calls these natural creations and explains how each of them works. They do not mention the Almighty Allah who is behind those natural creations. We call Allah the Creator of them. And we need to know how these things perform according to the laws of nature. The life, growth, and decline of each society will be based on the laws of nature depending on the functioning of the communities.
فَالِقُ ٱلۡإِصۡبَاحِ وَجَعَلَ ٱلَّيۡلَ سَكَنٗا وَٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَ حُسۡبَانٗاۚ ذَٰلِكَ تَقۡدِيرُ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡعَلِيمِ٩٦
6:96. When darkness falls, it dawns according to the rules of law prescribed by Allah. So by this system, you can remove the fatigue and work during the day. With the occurrence of day and night, it is possible to know the account of the day, week, month, and year. Thus the sun and the moon were created and acted upon with great precision. Allah is the All-Powerful, the All-Powerful, the All-Knowing.
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلنُّجُومَ لِتَهۡتَدُواْ بِهَا فِي ظُلُمَٰتِ ٱلۡبَرِّ وَٱلۡبَحۡرِۗ قَدۡ فَصَّلۡنَا ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لِقَوۡمٖ يَعۡلَمُونَ٩٧
6:97. In addition, the stars are created as poses in the vast expanse of sky and you can find your way around them at night (desert) as you travel through the deserts and seas. You can also get different types of benefits with the research of the stars. The facts about the works of Allah are explained to people who can use knowledge.
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَكُم مِّن نَّفۡسٖ وَٰحِدَةٖ فَمُسۡتَقَرّٞ وَمُسۡتَوۡدَعٞۗ قَدۡ فَصَّلۡنَا ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لِقَوۡمٖ يَفۡقَهُونَ٩٨
6:98. Not only that but look at the matter of human creation. The origin of human creation is based on the single atom of a living cell. The cell is implanted in the mother's womb and stays there for about a period (approximately 300 days) before becoming a baby. Allah is the one who made this arrangement. Surely this, is a sign for people who reflect.
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَأَخۡرَجۡنَا بِهِۦ نَبَاتَ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ فَأَخۡرَجۡنَا مِنۡهُ خَضِرٗا نُّخۡرِجُ مِنۡهُ حَبّٗا مُّتَرَاكِبٗا وَمِنَ ٱلنَّخۡلِ مِن طَلۡعِهَا قِنۡوَانٞ دَانِيَةٞ وَجَنَّٰتٖ مِّنۡ أَعۡنَابٖ وَٱلزَّيۡتُونَ وَٱلرُّمَّانَ مُشۡتَبِهٗا وَغَيۡرَ مُتَشَٰبِهٍۗ ٱنظُرُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ ثَمَرِهِۦٓ إِذَآ أَثۡمَرَ وَيَنۡعِهِۦٓۚ
6:99. And by the great provision of Allah, it rains from the sky. All kinds of grains are grown by that rainwater. They include green foliage and trees, densely fleshed plants, and fruit clusters hanging from large trees. Not only this, with the help of vineyards, pomegranate and jasmine plants have the same taste and different flavors. You will notice that they bloom and ripen.
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكُمۡ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّقَوۡمٖ يُؤۡمِنُونَ٩٩
You can't feel the speed at which they grow. Yet it slowly ripens step by step crossing many degrees. There are many signs of this for people who accept the guidance of Allah.
That is, if you examine the functions of natural creations, you will find that they all function in a very precise manner. Nothing happens there based on sudden events. In the same way, in the case of human beings, everything goes according to order. There is no change in terms of sudden miracles. The consequences will be systematic, depending on the duration of the action. But these things happen in such a way that human beings are unable to realize them. That is why these things are revealed through this guidance.
وَجَعَلُواْ لِلَّهِ شُرَكَآءَ ٱلۡجِنَّ وَخَلَقَهُمۡۖ وَخَرَقُواْ لَهُۥ بَنِينَ وَبَنَٰتِۢ بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٖۚ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ١٠٠
6:100. But people who do not know all these facts are worshiping invisible powers as their Creator. They do not know that it is Allah who created those forces. People who do not know these facts, imagine sons and daughters for Allah. But tell them that the power of Allah is beyond their imagination, pure and infinite.
Thus, they live in a state of mindless disobedience to the guidance of Allah and seek destruction. Those destructions also grow at a point where they do not feel like natural creations. Then there will be no one to help them. That is why these guidelines are given as a precaution.
Man also researches natural creations and creates many new wonderful objects as needed. That is, man can create many new creations. However, man can create new things only by keeping the raw materials created by Allah. But
بَدِيعُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لَهُۥ وَلَدٞ وَلَمۡ تَكُن لَّهُۥ صَٰحِبَةٞۖ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيۡءٖۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ١٠١
6:101. Allah has such unsurmountable powers by which He created the galaxies and the earth without the support of any substance. When the truth is thus, the word that He has a child is nothing more than a fantasy. Because having a wife is necessary to have a child. All such talks are imaginary. Allah is the One who created all things and knows everything in them. Does He need a child to help Him?
ذَٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّكُمۡۖ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ خَٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ فَٱعۡبُدُوهُۚ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَكِيلٞ١٠٢
6:102. Thus Allah, the Almighty, created all things without the aid of any raw material and is the Supreme controller who made all the arrangements for all of you to live. So, live only in obedience to His commands. Do not follow any other method equating with it. The reason is that there can be no better method than His guidance. And know that every action is subject to the law of “The consequences of human action” as determined by Him.
لَّا تُدۡرِكُهُ ٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرُ وَهُوَ يُدۡرِكُ ٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرَۖ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ١٠٣
6:103. So, you can never see Allah with your eyes. But the natural provisions of Allah are watching over everything you do. And these provisions of Allah are not blind. But are entirely based on the most accurate wisdom.
That is, human vision and imagination have their limitations, beyond which they cannot reach. So, while Allah is the Almighty with His vast powers, how can the man bring Him within his vision that is limited to a dust size? (7: 155)
قَدۡ جَآءَكُم بَصَآئِرُ مِن رَّبِّكُمۡۖ فَمَنۡ أَبۡصَرَ فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ وَمَنۡ عَمِيَ فَعَلَيۡهَاۚ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ عَلَيۡكُم بِحَفِيظٖ١٠٤
6:104. So give up the thoughts of seeing Allah and imagining Him. Think and accept the intellectual guidance given by Him with your inner vision and act accordingly. They are the ones that would give benefits to your life. Those who live blindly without paying any attention to the guidance will be harmed. Therefore, neither Allah nor the Reformist will be held responsible for your activities, except you.
وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُصَرِّفُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ وَلِيَقُولُواْ دَرَسۡتَ وَلِنُبَيِّنَهُۥ لِقَوۡمٖ يَعۡلَمُونَ١٠٥
6:105. Thus, We explain each and everything many times from different angles so that you can better understand Our guidance and act in the right way. But those who live blindly make fun of saying that this is a duplicate copy of the previous Scripture. But these are well imprinted in the minds of those who seek to think and understand these Scriptural truths.
ٱتَّبِعۡ مَآ أُوحِيَ إِلَيۡكَ مِن رَّبِّكَۖ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ وَأَعۡرِضۡ عَنِ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ١٠٦
6:106. And follow only the revelation that has come to you from Rabbu, the Nourisher of the world. Do not obey any command other than that. And in matters of guidance, stay away from the “Mushriks” who live according to their own will and pleasure. (See 6:14)
وَلَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مَآ أَشۡرَكُواْۗ وَمَا جَعَلۡنَٰكَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ حَفِيظٗاۖ وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيۡهِم بِوَكِيلٖ١٠٧
6:107. If it had been Allah's plan to make all human beings live according to the same nature as other living beings, He could have created man in the same way. But since His plan is to give man complete freedom, (see 18:29) there is no compulsion in the matter of guidance for life (2:256). So, “O Reformist! We did not make you a guardian over them. So, you are not appointed to supervise them.”
وَلَا تَسُبُّواْ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَيَسُبُّواْ ٱللَّهَ عَدۡوَۢا بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٖۗ كَذَٰلِكَ زَيَّنَّا لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ عَمَلَهُمۡ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِم مَّرۡجِعُهُمۡ فَيُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ١٠٨
6:108. At the same time, do not slander those deities whom they worship, just because they do not accept Allah’s guidance. Thus, hatred and enmity will develop instead of reconciliation between you. And they will blaspheme Allah in retaliation. Because everything they do appears to be so beautiful to them. But when the ultimate result of their actions appears before them as per the Pre-Directed Laws of Allah, it will become clear to them.
وَأَقۡسَمُواْ بِٱللَّهِ جَهۡدَ أَيۡمَٰنِهِمۡ لَئِن جَآءَتۡهُمۡ ءَايَةٞ لَّيُؤۡمِنُنَّ بِهَاۚ قُلۡ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡأٓيَٰتُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِۖ وَمَا يُشۡعِرُكُمۡ أَنَّهَآ إِذَا جَآءَتۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ١٠٩
6:109. As of now, they swear by Allah that if you perform a miracle from Allah, we will surely believe. When many of the great miraculous creations of Allah are before them, you must understand their intentions behind the demand for magical miracles. Even if you perform any miracle, they will demand something else and will not accept the guidance.
The chief mission of the Reformist is to convey Allah’s guidance. His mission is not to perform miracles and call to the side of religion.
وَنُقَلِّبُ أَفِۡٔدَتَهُمۡ وَأَبۡصَٰرَهُمۡ كَمَا لَمۡ يُؤۡمِنُواْ بِهِۦٓ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٖ وَنَذَرُهُمۡ فِي طُغۡيَٰنِهِمۡ يَعۡمَهُونَ١١٠
6:110. Before this, Allah’s guidance was given to them by the Reformists. Because they blindly followed their ancestors, they lost the attitude to accept Rabbu's counsel. The situation is the same now. The blockade appears in their hearts and eyes, and most of them are swept away by the deluge of superstition. There is no other way for such persons to be guided, so he has to wander here and there from time to time.
Part - 8
۞وَلَوۡ أَنَّنَا نَزَّلۡنَآ إِلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ وَكَلَّمَهُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ وَحَشَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ كُلَّ شَيۡءٖ قُبُلٗا مَّا كَانُواْ لِيُؤۡمِنُوٓاْ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ يَجۡهَلُونَ١١١
6:111. Even if the universal forces are sent down in the form of “angels” to such people, if the dead are raised again and spoken to, if all wealth is brought before them, they will never accept the guidance of Allah. The reason is that they are the ones who are expecting magic tricks. Allah is not in need of playing magic tricks to make them accept His guidance. It is the will of Allah to guide only those who seek guidance. (See 18:29) But most people are unaware of this fact.
وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ عَدُوّٗا شَيَٰطِينَ ٱلۡإِنسِ وَٱلۡجِنِّ يُوحِي بَعۡضُهُمۡ إِلَىٰ بَعۡضٖ زُخۡرُفَ ٱلۡقَوۡلِ غُرُورٗاۚ
6:112. Their behavior of this type is nothing new. Since the beginning of the revelations, whenever the Reformists preached Our guidance, those who were in the self-governance of the urban and rural peoples in that community raised several objections. The leaders of the two tribes deceived the people by making secret agreements with each other.
وَلَوۡ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ مَا فَعَلُوهُۖ فَذَرۡهُمۡ وَمَا يَفۡتَرُونَ١١٢
If Allah had willed to create man and is bound to live like other creatures as per His prescribed Laws, these people would not have done so. They are thus able to resist because they have been given complete freedom. So, let those who deviate from the truth and live by fiction without thinking of anything lead their life as per their customs.
وَلِتَصۡغَىٰٓ إِلَيۡهِ أَفِۡٔدَةُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَلِيَرۡضَوۡهُ وَلِيَقۡتَرِفُواْ مَا هُم مُّقۡتَرِفُونَ١١٣
6:113. Such people do not think about the consequences of their actions. So, everything they do appears to be beautiful to them, so they are satisfied and happy with it. So, they continue to engage in such misconduct. Yet they also want no one to interfere.
Thus, without worrying about the future sustainable life and acting only for the sake of temporary happiness, social degradation occurs, many problems arise and eventually lead to destruction. This is the destination of such people. As the future life of the individual continues after death, some of the rewards for what he has done here will certainly be found in this world and the rest in the afterlife. This is the gift of the individual as stated in the Holy Qur’an.
أَفَغَيۡرَ ٱللَّهِ أَبۡتَغِي حَكَمٗا وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنزَلَ إِلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ مُفَصَّلٗاۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ يَعۡلَمُونَ أَنَّهُۥ مُنَزَّلٞ مِّن رَّبِّكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمُمۡتَرِينَ١١٤
6:114. “So even after Allah has revealed the Qur’an with full details of all matters relating to human life and the consequences of all actions, how can I avoid it and follow other means? The followers of the previous Books knew that all the guidance given in it was based on truth and that it came from Rabbu.” So, make it clear to people that no one should have any doubts about this.
وَتَمَّتۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ صِدۡقٗا وَعَدۡلٗاۚ لَّا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَٰتِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ١١٥
6:115. And your Rabbu has finished giving you all the guidance you need for the smooth life of man. Nothing was left unsaid. Until the world exists, all events will take place under the same rules of Rabbu, the Nourisher of the world. None of this will change at any time. For everything is from Allah, the Almighty, the All-Knowing. (See also 15: 9)
وَإِن تُطِعۡ أَكۡثَرَ مَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ يُضِلُّوكَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَإِنۡ هُمۡ إِلَّا يَخۡرُصُونَ١١٦
6:116. Even after giving such comprehensive guidance, it would not be right for most people to follow a different path. If you follow that, you will go astray from the path shown by Allah. Because there is no evidence for the method that most people follow. So, the sustainable benefits they expect are unlikely to be available. They are just immersed in imagination. So don’t assume everything they do is right.
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعۡلَمُ مَن يَضِلُّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦۖ وَهُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِٱلۡمُهۡتَدِينَ١١٧
6:117. Surely, Allah knows best those who go astray from the path which Allah has shown them. As well as knowing well who is going in the way he showed. Keep this in mind for you.
فَكُلُواْ مِمَّا ذُكِرَ ٱسۡمُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡهِ إِن كُنتُم بَِٔايَٰتِهِۦ مُؤۡمِنِينَ١١٨
6:118. O followers of Allah’s guidance! If you truly want to accept the scripture of Allah, then eat in the name of Allah and what He has made available for you.
Because every action you take must be to fulfill the plans of Allah. So, whatever you do, you have to keep this in mind. (See -6: 162)
وَمَا لَكُمۡ أَلَّا تَأۡكُلُواْ مِمَّا ذُكِرَ ٱسۡمُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡهِ وَقَدۡ فَصَّلَ لَكُم مَّا حَرَّمَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِلَّا مَا ٱضۡطُرِرۡتُمۡ إِلَيۡهِۗ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرٗا لَّيُضِلُّونَ بِأَهۡوَآئِهِم بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٍۚ
6:119. And there should be no interference in the matter of what is forbidden and what is allowed (halal haram). So, what is there on eating the permitted ones mentioning the name of Allah? If there is such a compulsion such as physical health, you can personally avoid the permitted ones. Otherwise, generally forbidden ones have already been announced by Allah. But most of the people do not understand this properly and those who act according to their own will and pleasure, intervene in the authority of Allah by preparing lists on their own accord and saying that they all are forbidden. (See 16: 116)
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِٱلۡمُعۡتَدِينَ١١٩
This, in the course of time, will pave the way to intervene in other things and go astray. Let those who transgress know that they cannot escape the watchful eye of Allah.
وَذَرُواْ ظَٰهِرَ ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَبَاطِنَهُۥٓۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَكۡسِبُونَ ٱلۡإِثۡمَ سَيُجۡزَوۡنَ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَقۡتَرِفُونَ١٢٠
6:120. O followers of Allah’s guidance! Stay away from any sinful acts that degrade humanity and morals whether they are open or secret. Take care that such an act does not take place in society. Beyond that, those who engage in it deserve to be punished.
And some may wonder what is the harm in chopping animals and eating food materials without mentioning the name of Allah. Even if the matter is small it can lead to indifference in other matters over time if left unchecked. Therefore
وَلَا تَأۡكُلُواْ مِمَّا لَمۡ يُذۡكَرِ ٱسۡمُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡهِ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَفِسۡقٞۗ وَإِنَّ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ لَيُوحُونَ إِلَىٰٓ أَوۡلِيَآئِهِمۡ لِيُجَٰدِلُوكُمۡۖ وَإِنۡ أَطَعۡتُمُوهُمۡ إِنَّكُمۡ لَمُشۡرِكُونَ١٢١
6:121. Do not eat anything that is not prepared without mentioning the name of Allah. Of course, it will take you to the wrong path in other things over the course of the day. Some people of arrogant characters argue with you on this matter. If you listen to them and act, you too will become one of their allies.
أَوَ مَن كَانَ مَيۡتٗا فَأَحۡيَيۡنَٰهُ وَجَعَلۡنَا لَهُۥ نُورٗا يَمۡشِي بِهِۦ فِي ٱلنَّاسِ كَمَن مَّثَلُهُۥ فِي ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ لَيۡسَ بِخَارِجٖ مِّنۡهَاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ١٢٢
6:122. We can illustrate this with an example. We give life to someone who lives in a deadly state without knowing anything. For this, We provide enlightening guidelines. He makes his life better with it. Another’s life is trapped in the darkness and so he is suffering. But he never wants to get out of it. Are these two persons equal? Thus, the actions of those who refuse to accept Allah’s guidance appear to be beautiful to them. But that is not the truth.
That is, for those who reject Allah’s guidance, it is bliss to be in the dark like a frog living in a well. It is bitter for him to come to the light. It is bitter for them to be told to use the name of Allah. The reason was that they were happy with the rituals they had created for themselves.
وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرۡيَةٍ أَكَٰبِرَ مُجۡرِمِيهَا لِيَمۡكُرُواْ فِيهَاۖ وَمَا يَمۡكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ وَمَا يَشۡعُرُونَ١٢٣
6:123. This is the state of mind of religious leaders who want to keep society in the darkness. Whenever the Reformists tried to create a system for the betterment of the community according to Allah’s guidance, the social enemies devised many conspiracy schemes to prevent it from growing. If they had thought a little, they would have understood that this is for everyone’s benefit. As they are delighted to live in darkness, they did not want to come to the enlightened life. So, they do not know that their conspiracy theories against this social system will affect them only.
وَإِذَا جَآءَتۡهُمۡ ءَايَةٞ قَالُواْ لَن نُّؤۡمِنَ حَتَّىٰ نُؤۡتَىٰ مِثۡلَ مَآ أُوتِيَ رُسُلُ ٱللَّهِۘ ٱللَّهُ أَعۡلَمُ حَيۡثُ يَجۡعَلُ رِسَالَتَهُۥۗ سَيُصِيبُ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجۡرَمُواْ صَغَارٌ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَعَذَابٞ شَدِيدُۢ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَمۡكُرُونَ١٢٤
6:124. And if a reformist comes to them with a revelation, they say that they should receive a revelation directly from Allah, just as the revelation comes to the Messenger. They say, “We will not accept that guidance until it comes to us”. The system of revelation is as per the plans of Allah. Accordingly, Allah knows best as to whom the message is to be submitted, how, and where.? So, tell the hypocrites that those who act against His guidance will receive severe punishment according to His prescribed Laws.
Unlike other creations, man is not under pressure to live in particular directions because he has been given complete freedom. Had he been so created he would have lived according to his nature like any other living beings and would not have found any progress in this world. For example, horses that lived ten thousand years ago still live in the same condition today. But the quality of life of man is not like that. So Allah’s plan is to select someone from that community and give him the message of the gospel by revelation, to convey it to the people, to nurture the capabilities within the community, and to make them grow faster (see 42:52).
فَمَن يُرِدِ ٱللَّهُ أَن يَهۡدِيَهُۥ يَشۡرَحۡ صَدۡرَهُۥ لِلۡإِسۡلَٰمِۖ وَمَن يُرِدۡ أَن يُضِلَّهُۥ يَجۡعَلۡ صَدۡرَهُۥ ضَيِّقًا حَرَجٗا كَأَنَّمَا يَصَّعَّدُ فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يَجۡعَلُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلرِّجۡسَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ١٢٥
6:125. Those who seek the guidance of Allah according to this plan will be guided by this Quran to a peaceful and prosperous life without any shortcomings. This is what Islam is all about. On the contrary, those who seek to go astray will find themselves trapped in a web of rituals, like those who are trapped in a vacuum in the sky and unable to move. This is the harm that befalls those who refuse to accept Allah’s guidance and go astray.
وَهَٰذَا صِرَٰطُ رَبِّكَ مُسۡتَقِيمٗاۗ قَدۡ فَصَّلۡنَا ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لِقَوۡمٖ يَذَّكَّرُونَ١٢٦
6:126. Therefore, the advice given by Rabbu, the Nourisher of the world to a thoughtful community shows the right path to attain a permanently prosperous life.
۞لَهُمۡ دَارُ ٱلسَّلَٰمِ عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡۖ وَهُوَ وَلِيُّهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ١٢٧
6:127. As a result of the able deeds of such people, they will form a society like Paradise with peace and tranquility according to the canon of Rabbu Who takes care of them. The guidance of Allah will always support such people.
وَيَوۡمَ يَحۡشُرُهُمۡ جَمِيعٗا يَٰمَعۡشَرَ ٱلۡجِنِّ قَدِ ٱسۡتَكۡثَرۡتُم مِّنَ ٱلۡإِنسِۖ وَقَالَ أَوۡلِيَآؤُهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡإِنسِ رَبَّنَا ٱسۡتَمۡتَعَ بَعۡضُنَا بِبَعۡضٖ وَبَلَغۡنَآ أَجَلَنَا ٱلَّذِيٓ أَجَّلۡتَ لَنَاۚ
6:128. The evil ones will be summoned and interrogated during the period of mobilizing the urban population and the rural population. They will be asked, “Haven't you ever acted in favor of one another in the evil and criminal acts that corrupted society?” The urbanites will admit, “It is true that we have helped each other in this matter. The day is approaching when we will have to face the consequences of our actions. The time we have lived in that way is over.”
قَالَ ٱلنَّارُ مَثۡوَىٰكُمۡ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۗ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ حَكِيمٌ عَلِيمٞ١٢٨
The ultimate situation will inform them, “All of you will have to go to hell as a whole for the crimes you have committed so far. There is no chance of anything happening except what should be eternal according to the law of Allah.” None of this will be happening blindly but will be based on the Judgment of clear wisdom.
وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُوَلِّي بَعۡضَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ بَعۡضَۢا بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ١٢٩
6:129. And no one usually commits illegal acts alone. They have to work together. So, in the case of punishment, it is necessary to connect them all.
They do not know that such a situation will arise in the case of this punishment and beg to be forgiven.
يَٰمَعۡشَرَ ٱلۡجِنِّ وَٱلۡإِنسِ أَلَمۡ يَأۡتِكُمۡ رُسُلٞ مِّنكُمۡ يَقُصُّونَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ ءَايَٰتِي وَيُنذِرُونَكُمۡ لِقَآءَ يَوۡمِكُمۡ هَٰذَاۚ قَالُواْ شَهِدۡنَا عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِنَاۖ وَغَرَّتۡهُمُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَشَهِدُواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ أَنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ كَٰفِرِينَ١٣٠
6:130. O people of the urban and of the tribes! “Did not the reformist come to you to preach the guidance of Allah and say that you will be punished like this if you do not change your mind.?” To this, both the communities will reply, “This is true. We had many reformists who came from our side. But the pleasures of worldly life have fascinated us. So, we ignored those warnings. Now our sinful deeds are coming against us.” They will testify against themselves.
That is, when committing sins, there won’t be any distinction between good and bad. It doesn't matter even if they know it. So, they immerse themselves in enjoying temporary comforts. But when the consequences of those evil deeds come to light, they will think and regret their wrongdoings.
The second is that this verse addresses the community of the civilized and the jinn. Asked if the Reformists did not come from these two races, they reply that they certainly came. So Quran 12:109 says that all the Messengers are human beings. So, it proves that the word "jinn" refers to human beings. The tribes and hillside people who lived at that time can also be taken to mean the countryside.
Also, the word, "jinn" appears in the Quran to mean “invisible”. (See 6: 100) But in the verses where these two words, ‘jinn’ and ‘ins’, are used, then the word “jinn” would mean nomadic, hillside people, or aborigines.
ذَٰلِكَ أَن لَّمۡ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ بِظُلۡمٖ وَأَهۡلُهَا غَٰفِلُونَ١٣١
6:131. So, Allah will not destroy any society unless it is guided by warnings about the unjust acts that corrupt society. Thus, they face destruction due to neglect of advice. So no injustice is ever done to anyone by Allah.
Dear Intellectuals! The revelation series is over. The Reformists will no longer come. So do not think that Allah will not punish us. The Holy Quran has been graced and submitted to all over the world. It is the duty of every intellect to read, study, know it thoroughly and guide the people (see 3: 104 & 110) Remember! Ignorance is not the way to escape from punishment. (6: 156-157)
وَلِكُلّٖ دَرَجَٰتٞ مِّمَّا عَمِلُواْۚ وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِغَٰفِلٍ عَمَّا يَعۡمَلُونَ١٣٢
6:132. So, the devastation that befalls every society depends on what he does. As well as those who do capable good deeds get elevation and dignity. So the law of "consequences of human action" set by Rabbu Who created and sustains you will always be watching over you.
وَرَبُّكَ ٱلۡغَنِيُّ ذُو ٱلرَّحۡمَةِۚ إِن يَشَأۡ يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ وَيَسۡتَخۡلِفۡ مِنۢ بَعۡدِكُم مَّا يَشَآءُ كَمَآ أَنشَأَكُم مِّن ذُرِّيَّةِ قَوۡمٍ ءَاخَرِينَ١٣٣
6:133. None of Allah's Pre-Determined plans depend on any individual or society. There is no need for that. These guidelines are given for the well-being of man. A society that adheres to these and develops the ability to act creatively will mean to be a “living society”. Those who are not qualified to do so cannot survive in this world. Instead, powerful people from another society will dominate the world.
This is normally mentioned as the Survival of the Fittest.
إِنَّ مَا تُوعَدُونَ لَأٓتٖۖ وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُعۡجِزِينَ١٣٤
6:134. Do not think that this is just a threat. Such a situation will certainly occur. No one can stop that from happening. With this in mind, continue to strive to eliminate social ills.
قُلۡ يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱعۡمَلُواْ عَلَىٰ مَكَانَتِكُمۡ إِنِّي عَامِلٞۖ فَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ مَن تَكُونُ لَهُۥ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلدَّارِۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُفۡلِحُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ١٣٥
6:135. If they do not want to change their position beyond this, “You act as you wish. We too are performing creatively according to the guidance of Rabbu, the Nourisher of the world. You will soon see who finally gets a better prosperous life. Remember, of course, that a wicked society can never succeed in its goal.”
How can they think about these things? Their speech and attention are on trivial matters. Their rituals would be astonishing. Notice also how their situation is.
وَجَعَلُواْ لِلَّهِ مِمَّا ذَرَأَ مِنَ ٱلۡحَرۡثِ وَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ نَصِيبٗا فَقَالُواْ هَٰذَا لِلَّهِ بِزَعۡمِهِمۡ وَهَٰذَا لِشُرَكَآئِنَاۖ فَمَا كَانَ لِشُرَكَآئِهِمۡ
6:136. They separate a portion from the agricultural products available to them and the cattle as a part to Allah. That too was given to man by Allah only. But according to their superstition, they set aside a share to Allah and a share to the deities whom they associate with Him. They say that the share that is set aside for deities reaches Allah.
فَلَا يَصِلُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۖ وَمَا كَانَ لِلَّهِ فَهُوَ يَصِلُ إِلَىٰ شُرَكَآئِهِمۡۗ سَآءَ مَا يَحۡكُمُونَ١٣٦
But it should have gone to the neediest, as Allah has ordained. But it does not reach so. And the part that is divided for the deity never reaches them! What a big hoax this is!
That is, the share allotted for Allah is not distributed to the poor and needy as prescribed by Allah. Clergy and priests swallow them in the name of Allah. Not only that, but they also take what is divided for their imaginary Gods. Can their behaviors be considered to be good? In the name of Allah and in the name of the Awliya, the custom of enjoying tasty foods saying them as Fathiha, Dharood, and Uroos. They along with their relatives enjoy these foods and these rituals take place among Muslims. Think of such methods that do not work for the development of the community.
وَكَذَٰلِكَ زَيَّنَ لِكَثِيرٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ قَتۡلَ أَوۡلَٰدِهِمۡ شُرَكَآؤُهُمۡ لِيُرۡدُوهُمۡ وَلِيَلۡبِسُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ دِينَهُمۡۖ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مَا فَعَلُوهُۖ فَذَرۡهُمۡ وَمَا يَفۡتَرُونَ١٣٧
6:137. Their superstitions do not stop with this. Most of them, out of sheer affection for the imaginary deities they worship, do not hesitate even to sacrifice the child they have given birth to. They also think that this is a very pious thing. All such mechanisms have evolved because man has been allowed to live with complete freedom. Man creates them and thinks that they are the most beautiful deeds. Had Allah planned to make them live in the same nature as other living beings, he would not have acted in this way.
وَقَالُواْ هَٰذِهِۦٓ أَنۡعَٰمٞ وَحَرۡثٌ حِجۡرٞ لَّا يَطۡعَمُهَآ إِلَّا مَن نَّشَآءُ بِزَعۡمِهِمۡ وَأَنۡعَٰمٌ حُرِّمَتۡ ظُهُورُهَا وَأَنۡعَٰمٞ لَّا يَذۡكُرُونَ ٱسۡمَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡهَا ٱفۡتِرَآءً عَلَيۡهِۚ سَيَجۡزِيهِم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفۡتَرُونَ١٣٨
6:138. They also say that people of other communities have no share in the livestock and yields they raise. They have made their own Shariah laws to decide to whom they should give and to whom they should not. As well as prohibiting some of the livestock from riding and carrying loads. They also forbid the mention of the name of Allah when slaughtering some of the animals. They deceive the people by saying that all these are the commands of Allah. But these are also their own fantasies. There is no evidence to support their claim. They are responsible for the damage caused. They can never escape from it.
وَقَالُواْ مَا فِي بُطُونِ هَٰذِهِ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ خَالِصَةٞ لِّذُكُورِنَا وَمُحَرَّمٌ عَلَىٰٓ أَزۡوَٰجِنَاۖ وَإِن يَكُن مَّيۡتَةٗ فَهُمۡ فِيهِ شُرَكَآءُۚ سَيَجۡزِيهِمۡ وَصۡفَهُمۡۚ إِنَّهُۥ حَكِيمٌ عَلِيمٞ١٣٩
6:139. Among the superstitions they follow is that all the cubs in the stomachs of their pet animals belong only to men and not to women. They say that if it is stillborn, then women will also be involved. These are all the customs that are rooted out of their superstition. The consequences of doing so will be theirs. Surely, all the guidance of Allah is based on complete wisdom! Let them know that they are continuously monitored by Allah.
قَدۡ خَسِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَتَلُوٓاْ أَوۡلَٰدَهُمۡ سَفَهَۢا بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٖ وَحَرَّمُواْ مَا رَزَقَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱفۡتِرَآءً عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ قَدۡ ضَلُّواْ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُهۡتَدِينَ١٤٠
6:140. So, those who kill their children unknowingly and blindly, thinking that it is Allah’s act and those who forbid what Allah has permitted for you without any proof, will be included in the list of the misguided. Such people will be at a huge loss. i.e. declare that there will be severe punishments for such illegal acts.
۞وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَ جَنَّٰتٖ مَّعۡرُوشَٰتٖ وَغَيۡرَ مَعۡرُوشَٰتٖ وَٱلنَّخۡلَ وَٱلزَّرۡعَ مُخۡتَلِفًا أُكُلُهُۥ وَٱلزَّيۡتُونَ وَٱلرُّمَّانَ مُتَشَٰبِهٗا وَغَيۡرَ مُتَشَٰبِهٖۚ كُلُواْ مِن ثَمَرِهِۦٓ
6:141. Rather, generous livelihoods have been created by Allah for the survival of mankind from all walks of life and all other living beings. They include vines spread in pandals, non-spreading plants, and oases with trees such as periwinkles. Not only this, you get varieties of vegetables. There are also olive and pomegranate trees that look the same and different. Eat generously of them which are beneficial for your physical health.
إِذَآ أَثۡمَرَ وَءَاتُواْ حَقَّهُۥ يَوۡمَ حَصَادِهِۦۖ وَلَا تُسۡرِفُوٓاْۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ١٤١
When you harvest them, give them to the workers who helped them, and also to the Food Corporation, the surplus you have. The Food Corporation knows everyone's needs and distributes them accordingly. In this way, the yields will be safeguarded and not wasted. And Allah never loves those who waste.
وَمِنَ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ حَمُولَةٗ وَفَرۡشٗاۚ كُلُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ خُطُوَٰتِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوّٞ مُّبِينٞ١٤٢
6:142. Also, some of the livestock are for load-bearing and some for food. Take advantage of what Rabbu, the Nourisher of the world has given you. Instead, do not follow the rules enacted by your desires or your imagination. It will disrupt all the health plans of your life.
ثَمَٰنِيَةَ أَزۡوَٰجٖۖ مِّنَ ٱلضَّأۡنِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِ وَمِنَ ٱلۡمَعۡزِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِۗ قُلۡ ءَآلذَّكَرَيۡنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِ أَمَّا ٱشۡتَمَلَتۡ عَلَيۡهِ أَرۡحَامُ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِۖ نَبُِّٔونِي بِعِلۡمٍ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ١٤٣
6:143. There are eight types of cattle. There are a total of four types of sheep and goats comprising male and female. But what do they do? Male in pregnancy is said to be inaccessible to women and female ones for both the male and female (6: 139). “Has such a restraining order come from Allah? Has it ever been said by Allah? Is there any evidence for that? If so, ask them to bring it.”
وَمِنَ ٱلۡإِبِلِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِ وَمِنَ ٱلۡبَقَرِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِۗ قُلۡ ءَآلذَّكَرَيۡنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِ أَمَّا ٱشۡتَمَلَتۡ عَلَيۡهِ أَرۡحَامُ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِۖ أَمۡ كُنتُمۡ شُهَدَآءَ إِذۡ وَصَّىٰكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِهَٰذَاۚ
6:144. In addition to the four types of cattle mentioned above, there are four other types. they are camel – male and female, cow – and bull. Has ever Allah restricted to share a calf in the womb of these two types of oxen? Do you say that Allah has forbidden it to women? (6: 139) Are you the witnesses to this? Ask them out well.
فَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبٗا لِّيُضِلَّ ٱلنَّاسَ بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٍۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ١٤٤
Who can be more unjust than those who imagine and say that Allah has said without any evidence and misled the people? Those who do such injustice will never find the guidance of Allah.
Man lives in the world and uses the animals in their regions as food. In Eastern countries, reptiles such as snakes and frogs are also eaten. There is no harm to their physical condition. These cannot be banned if you happen to go there to invite towards Islamic principles. Only those forbidden in 5: 3 have to be prevented. Instead, if you keep a table of edible animals and say that this is the right way to go, then that guidance will become a regional one. It cannot be common guidance for the people of the world. Therefore
قُل لَّآ أَجِدُ فِي مَآ أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّمًا عَلَىٰ طَاعِمٖ يَطۡعَمُهُۥٓ إِلَّآ أَن يَكُونَ مَيۡتَةً أَوۡ دَمٗا مَّسۡفُوحًا أَوۡ لَحۡمَ خِنزِيرٖ فَإِنَّهُۥ رِجۡسٌ أَوۡ فِسۡقًا أُهِلَّ لِغَيۡرِ ٱللَّهِ بِهِۦۚ فَمَنِ ٱضۡطُرَّ غَيۡرَ بَاغٖ وَلَا عَادٖ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ١٤٥
6:145. O Messenger of Allah’s guidance! Tell the people, “I do not see anything in guidance that is forbidden to eat, except spontaneous deaths, flowing blood, and pork,". Because no one can doubt that these are unclean. It is also forbidden to chop in the name other than Allah. Because it is a commandment of Islamic principles. But in a difficult situation, it is not a crime to eat them.
In some of the food matters, the restraining order may be according to the health condition of the people in certain regions at certain times. That is a personal matter. In South India, for example, buffalo beef cannot be eaten. The reason is that it is high in fat content. This can quickly lead to illness and death. But in northern India, it is eaten freely. The climate there is conducive to that.
وَعَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ حَرَّمۡنَا كُلَّ ذِي ظُفُرٖۖ وَمِنَ ٱلۡبَقَرِ وَٱلۡغَنَمِ حَرَّمۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ شُحُومَهُمَآ إِلَّا مَا حَمَلَتۡ ظُهُورُهُمَآ أَوِ ٱلۡحَوَايَآ أَوۡ مَا ٱخۡتَلَطَ بِعَظۡمٖۚ ذَٰلِكَ جَزَيۡنَٰهُم بِبَغۡيِهِمۡۖ وَإِنَّا لَصَٰدِقُونَ١٤٦
6:146. Like that, it came from the prohibition order for the Jews to eat things with claws. In addition, except for the fat that adheres to the backs, stomachs, and bones of animals, other fats in them were forbidden to eat. The ban was meant to remove their sluggishness and laziness. This is the real thing.
Sometimes doctors will prescribe certain foods due to physical conditions. It is a personal restraining order issued to a particular patient. Similarly, the prohibition order imposed on Jews who received guidance texts was personally imposed on that community for some time. But since this Qur’an is universal, it is not possible to impose personal laws on people in a particular region.
فَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقُل رَّبُّكُمۡ ذُو رَحۡمَةٖ وَٰسِعَةٖ وَلَا يُرَدُّ بَأۡسُهُۥ عَنِ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ١٤٧
6:147. O followers of Allah’s guidance! If they say that all these things are not true, then say that the arrangements for nourishing system of your Rabbu are very extensive. Let it be known that the perpetrators of such a ban and the spread of this wrong guidance will not escape punishment.
سَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُواْ لَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مَآ أَشۡرَكۡنَا وَلَآ ءَابَآؤُنَا وَلَا حَرَّمۡنَا مِن شَيۡءٖۚ
6:148. But look at those who live according to their own will and pleasure. They say, that what they have forbidden in matters of food is according to the Will of Allah. They say that if Allah had not wished, they and their forefathers would not have equated His laws. So, they say everything is according to the Will of Allah. (See 43:20)
كَذَٰلِكَ كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ حَتَّىٰ ذَاقُواْ بَأۡسَنَاۗ قُلۡ هَلۡ عِندَكُم مِّنۡ عِلۡمٖ فَتُخۡرِجُوهُ لَنَآۖ إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَإِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا تَخۡرُصُونَ١٤٨
This is not new. This is what their predecessors used to say. They spoke thus until they were caught in the grip of the consequences of the wrong deeds they had done. There was nothing that they could do about it. If they have evidence to support this claim, ask them to bring it. All the Shariah laws which they have created are based on mere guess works They do not follow anything other than them.
قُلۡ فَلِلَّهِ ٱلۡحُجَّةُ ٱلۡبَٰلِغَةُۖ فَلَوۡ شَآءَ لَهَدَىٰكُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ١٤٩
6:149. “But surely Allah has a record of all things with conclusive evidence. If there had been a plan by Allah to force you to live according to the same nature as other creatures, He would have created just like that. Then all of them would have followed the same way.”
But since man has been given complete freedom he makes laws as he wishes and thinks that they are right.
قُلۡ هَلُمَّ شُهَدَآءَكُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَشۡهَدُونَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ حَرَّمَ هَٰذَاۖ فَإِن شَهِدُواْ فَلَا تَشۡهَدۡ مَعَهُمۡۚ
6:150. Ask them, “If what you forbid is as per the advice of Allah, then bring the proof.” Beyond that, if they persist in their speech, know that they are liars. There is no need for your witness to testify in support of your claim.
وَلَا تَتَّبِعۡ أَهۡوَآءَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بَِٔايَٰتِنَا وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَهُم بِرَبِّهِمۡ يَعۡدِلُونَ١٥٠
Do not follow those who do not accept our guidance and law of “the ultimate result of human actions.” Because they are the ones who follow their own methods instead of Allah’s guidance.
۞قُلۡ تَعَالَوۡاْ أَتۡلُ مَا حَرَّمَ رَبُّكُمۡ عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ أَلَّا تُشۡرِكُواْ بِهِۦ شَيۡٔٗاۖ وَبِٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ إِحۡسَٰنٗاۖ
6:151. Come on. Leave all these behinds and find out what is forbidden by Allah. It is forbidden to create other means equating with the guidance of Allah. You are obligated to look after the welfare of the parents who brought up you.
وَلَا تَقۡتُلُوٓاْ أَوۡلَٰدَكُم مِّنۡ إِمۡلَٰقٖ نَّحۡنُ نَرۡزُقُكُمۡ وَإِيَّاهُمۡۖ
Do not prevent your children from getting an education due to fear of poverty. Otherwise, their future will go gloomy. Do not ruin your children’s future like this. The governing body of Rabbu, the Nourisher of the world will shoulder the responsibility for the livelihoods of you and your children. (See 11: 6)
وَلَا تَقۡرَبُواْ ٱلۡفَوَٰحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنۡهَا وَمَا بَطَنَۖ
Indecent activities that could spoil social harmony are forbidden. Whether they happen openly or secretly, are all crimes.
وَلَا تَقۡتُلُواْ ٱلنَّفۡسَ ٱلَّتِي حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ وَصَّىٰكُم بِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ١٥١
And do not give the death penalty to anyone without a valid reason in the court of law. Thus, the guidelines of Allah are clarified to make you aware of these rules and act properly.
وَلَا تَقۡرَبُواْ مَالَ ٱلۡيَتِيمِ إِلَّا بِٱلَّتِي هِيَ أَحۡسَنُ حَتَّىٰ يَبۡلُغَ أَشُدَّهُۥۚ
6:152. And the guardians who look after the orphans' property must protect them until they reach maturity, both physically and mentally. Do not abduct their belongings by mixing your unwanted materials with them (see 4: 6).
وَأَوۡفُواْ ٱلۡكَيۡلَ وَٱلۡمِيزَانَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِۖ لَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفۡسًا إِلَّا وُسۡعَهَاۖ
Establish the relevant legal provisions for the Uniform Weight and Measurement system in society. Take care that injustice never happens in society. (See 5: 8) None of these social orders are meant to put you in hardship, but for the development of your capabilities.
وَإِذَا قُلۡتُمۡ فَٱعۡدِلُواْ وَلَوۡ كَانَ ذَا قُرۡبَىٰۖ وَبِعَهۡدِ ٱللَّهِ أَوۡفُواْۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ وَصَّىٰكُم بِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ١٥٢
So when testifying in court, do not abandon justice, even if the victim is a close relative. Fulfill the promise you made to the people in the matter of the rule of Allah. Such advice is given to keep these in mind and act wisely.
وَأَنَّ هَٰذَا صِرَٰطِي مُسۡتَقِيمٗا فَٱتَّبِعُوهُۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ ٱلسُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمۡ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ وَصَّىٰكُم بِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَتَّقُونَ١٥٣
6:153. Let the people of the world know openly that these are the right paths which they have to follow. So, appeal to all people to follow suit. Do not follow others’ instructions. Otherwise, you will deviate from the straight path. Therefore, if you act in defiance of the command of Allah, you have nothing but to wait for the evil consequences and hardship. So, We advise you to live in fear of it. Explain these facts to the people of the world.
ثُمَّ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ تَمَامًا عَلَى ٱلَّذِيٓ أَحۡسَنَ وَتَفۡصِيلٗا لِّكُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٗ لَّعَلَّهُم بِلِقَآءِ رَبِّهِمۡ يُؤۡمِنُونَ١٥٤
6:154. Giving such teachings and advice is not new. Since the beginning, this advice has been given from time to time (see 42:13) and in that order, We gave Reformist Moosa Nabi a scripture on the same basis. It gave the assurance that those who did creative good deeds would receive immeasurable blessings according to the canon of “Benefits worthy of human efforts.” And everything in it was clearly described. It was to show the right path for a better life for man. It was also warned that if one acted as a substitute for that guidance, he would surely face the consequences prescribed by Rabbu.
وَهَٰذَا كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ مُبَارَكٞ فَٱتَّبِعُوهُ وَٱتَّقُواْ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُونَ١٥٥
6:155. O Mankind! Al Qur’an is given on the same basis. It guarantees a prosperous and happy life to the communities that follow it. Fear that if you act against it, you will face repercussions according to Rabbu's canon of “the ultimate results of human action.” Thus, this Scripture is for you to get better ways of life.
أَن تَقُولُوٓاْ إِنَّمَآ أُنزِلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ عَلَىٰ طَآئِفَتَيۡنِ مِن قَبۡلِنَا وَإِن كُنَّا عَن دِرَاسَتِهِمۡ لَغَٰفِلِينَ١٥٦
6:156. Such scriptural counsel has already been sent to people all over the world. (See 14:4) These guidelines are given in your language so that you do not find fault with Allah that the guidance was previously given only to Israel and the Christians, and that no guidance came to us. (See 14:4)
أَوۡ تَقُولُواْ لَوۡ أَنَّآ أُنزِلَ عَلَيۡنَا ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ لَكُنَّآ أَهۡدَىٰ مِنۡهُمۡۚ فَقَدۡ جَآءَكُم بَيِّنَةٞ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٞۚ
6:157. Or no one could claim, “If the scripture had been given to us, we would have performed more honestly than the previous communities did.” That is the reason why you have received very clear Scriptural advice from your Rabbu and guidance that shows the right path for the better life of man.
فَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَّبَ بَِٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَصَدَفَ عَنۡهَاۗ سَنَجۡزِي ٱلَّذِينَ يَصۡدِفُونَ عَنۡ ءَايَٰتِنَا سُوٓءَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصۡدِفُونَ١٥٧
So, any society that belies the guidance of Allah and abandons them will be drowned in the Great Monastery. Thus, let those who live blindly away from the guidance of Rabbu, the Nourisher of the world, know that they will suffer the miserable consequences of their wrongdoing.
هَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن تَأۡتِيَهُمُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ أَوۡ يَأۡتِيَ رَبُّكَ أَوۡ يَأۡتِيَ بَعۡضُ ءَايَٰتِ رَبِّكَۗ يَوۡمَ يَأۡتِي بَعۡضُ ءَايَٰتِ رَبِّكَ
6:158. Do you disregard all these instructions and imagine that Allah and the natural forces, (angels) will spread out in the sky and settle your grievances? (See also 2:210) But Allah has not created any such plan to help directly.
لَا يَنفَعُ نَفۡسًا إِيمَٰنُهَا لَمۡ تَكُنۡ ءَامَنَتۡ مِن قَبۡلُ أَوۡ كَسَبَتۡ فِيٓ إِيمَٰنِهَا خَيۡرٗاۗ قُلِ ٱنتَظِرُوٓاْ إِنَّا مُنتَظِرُونَ١٥٨
So, there will be no benefit for those who do not accept these guidelines and do creative good deeds in time before the consequences of their deeds appear according to the Pre-Directed Laws of Allah. Such people will be in great trouble. Still, if they do not wish to follow, tell them, “We look forward to the reward of our good works. Expect the rewards of your deeds.”
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ فَرَّقُواْ دِينَهُمۡ وَكَانُواْ شِيَعٗا لَّسۡتَ مِنۡهُمۡ فِي شَيۡءٍۚ إِنَّمَآ أَمۡرُهُمۡ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفۡعَلُونَ١٥٩
6:159. O Messenger of Allah’s guidance! Those who disintegrate society by saying different things with regards to this guidance, have nothing to do with you. It means that they cut off their relationship with you. Their deeds will have their consequences according to the Pre-Determined Laws of Allah. Those consequences will inform the status of their wrongdoing.
مَن جَآءَ بِٱلۡحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُۥ عَشۡرُ أَمۡثَالِهَاۖ وَمَن جَآءَ بِٱلسَّيِّئَةِ فَلَا يُجۡزَىٰٓ إِلَّا مِثۡلَهَا وَهُمۡ لَا يُظۡلَمُونَ١٦٠
6:160. So, whoever does creative good deeds, will grow in society and bring many benefits. So also, the evil deeds will spread in society and multiply their consequences in the same way. No injustice will be done to anyone in this.
قُلۡ إِنَّنِي هَدَىٰنِي رَبِّيٓ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ دِينٗا قِيَمٗا مِّلَّةَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ حَنِيفٗاۚ وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ١٦١
6:161. O Messenger of Allah’s guidance! Issue open statement to the people, “Truly my Rabbu guides me to the straight path. They are the permanent law applicable at all times throughout the world. This was the guidance of Reformist Ibrahim Nabi too. He never followed any other path equal to the guidance of Allah.”
قُلۡ إِنَّ صَلَاتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحۡيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ١٦٢
6:162. Declare, “The social system that I establish and follow according to the Scriptural instructions, that I dedicate myself to it, that my life and death, are all in series of obeying the commandments of Allah, the Creator and Sustainer of the universe.”
لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُۥۖ وَبِذَٰلِكَ أُمِرۡتُ وَأَنَا۠ أَوَّلُ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ١٦٣
6:163. “I will not mingle any other laws to His guidance. This is the command I was given. And I am the foremost among you to obey the command of Allah.”
قُلۡ أَغَيۡرَ ٱللَّهِ أَبۡغِي رَبّٗا وَهُوَ رَبُّ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖۚ وَلَا تَكۡسِبُ كُلُّ نَفۡسٍ إِلَّا عَلَيۡهَاۚ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٞ وِزۡرَ أُخۡرَىٰۚ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُم مَّرۡجِعُكُمۡ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ فِيهِ تَخۡتَلِفُونَ١٦٤
6:164. When Allah is the Creator and Sustainer of all the universes, will I accept anyone other than Him as Rabbu? Allah created all creations. Only those who leave his guidance and go astray will be harmed. The consequences of sinful deeds committed by one cannot be borne by others. (See also 17:15) And every action of man has its own consequences according to the rules prescribed by Allah. The consequences of your actions will continue to occur. At such a time you will come to know the facts of what you were arguing about.
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَكُمۡ خَلَٰٓئِفَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَرَفَعَ بَعۡضَكُمۡ فَوۡقَ بَعۡضٖ دَرَجَٰتٖ لِّيَبۡلُوَكُمۡ فِي مَآ ءَاتَىٰكُمۡۗ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ سَرِيعُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَغَفُورٞ رَّحِيمُۢ١٦٥
6:165. As per the plans of Allah, Man has been entrusted with the responsibility of governing the world. Guidance of Rabbu, the Nourisher of the worlds is also given to know the correct path. He is also given full freedom to examine who is leading the society better according to Allah’s guidance. So, there will be ups and downs in the world depending on the activities of every nation. No one can ever escape the consequences of the evil deeds from your Rabbu. At the same time, it is His mercy that He is announcing the steps through you for secure life of all
