بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)
وَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلۡبُرُوجِ١
85:1. Gaze at the glittering planets in the sky and their movements-
وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡمَوۡعُودِ٢
85:2. And the Qur’an repeatedly insists on the great uprising that will take place in this world -
وَشَاهِدٖ وَمَشۡهُودٖ٣
85:3. The Messenger of Rabbu and his government who witnessed it -
Think about these. You will understand the truth. That is to say, the constitution is made according to His guidance to safeguard the welfare of all sections of the people. Social activists are eager for it. But the refuters have decided to overcome this. But
قُتِلَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡأُخۡدُودِ٤
85:4. It shows that they are ready to fall into a painful fireball.
ٱلنَّارِ ذَاتِ ٱلۡوَقُودِ٥
85:5. Those pains will continue in their lives.
إِذۡ هُمۡ عَلَيۡهَا قُعُودٞ٦
85:6. And all sections of people get together in their plan against the regime!
وَهُمۡ عَلَىٰ مَا يَفۡعَلُونَ بِٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ شُهُودٞ٧
85:7. And they take it sportive to act against the followers who are the social workers!
All of these show that they are doomed to failure in the end.
وَمَا نَقَمُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ إِلَّآ أَن يُؤۡمِنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَمِيدِ٨
85:8. What is the reason for opposing the regime of Allah to this extent? Is it a crime for them to accept the plans of Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise? They do not seem to have any other reason than that to avenge the followers.
ٱلَّذِي لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٌ٩
85:9. Is it their fault that they accepted the guidance of Rabbu who created the galaxies, the earth and put everything in them under His control? The greatness of Allah, the One and Only Rabbu are merged in every creation. Don't they know this?
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ فَتَنُواْ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمۡ يَتُوبُواْ فَلَهُمۡ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابُ ٱلۡحَرِيقِ١٠
85:10. Warn them not to interfere against men and women who are engaged in community development work with full faith in Allah's creative programs. Be warned that they would suffer greatly if they do not change their attitudes. And let them know that they will have to lose everything.
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُمۡ جَنَّٰتٞ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡكَبِيرُ١١
85:11. On the contrary, those who take part in the execution of Allah's plans with full faith will have a happy life in the present and also in the future. They will get rich living facilities that would last forever. Isn’t this the biggest success they can achieve?
إِنَّ بَطۡشَ رَبِّكَ لَشَدِيدٌ١٢
85:12. Let those who are now acting against the rule of Rabbu, not be immersed in joy. This is because the grip of the law of "Ultimate consequences of human deeds” that Rabbu has ordained is very strong.
إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبۡدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ١٣
85:13. It is by His power that He created the raw materials of each object and created them in such a way as to produce the effects He determined.
وَهُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلۡوَدُودُ١٤
85:14. The creations in the universe are for all people to live safely. It reflects the infinite mercy of Allah.
ذُو ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱلۡمَجِيدُ١٥
85:15. Thus, Allah is the Almighty, the Creator of the universe, and He has control over their activities.
فَعَّالٞ لِّمَا يُرِيدُ١٦
85:16. So all the creations of the universe are created according to the plan of Allah.
He has established the rules for each of His creations according to His plan. No one has any authority to interfere in this. He is the one Who determines how every object should function. The project of Allah, which has established fixed rules that would not change forever, is called “Allah's Mashiyath” This is the pursuit of Allah.
It is based on the same plan of Allah that man was given the great treasure of self-deciding power. At the same time, man must face the consequences according to how he acts based on this power he has been given. Man is not given the power to change those effects. So the reformists laid down the rules of what is the effect of any human action. But man seeks to act spontaneously without accepting it. References to societies that functioned and perished in this way are scattered throughout the Qur’an. In that order,
هَلۡ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ٱلۡجُنُودِ١٧
85:17. Have you ever heard the historical messages of the great forces against those who created the social system based on the program of Rabbu?
فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَثَمُودَ١٨
85:18. Did you receive the news, especially about armies of Fir’aun and Samoodh community?
بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي تَكۡذِيبٖ١٩
85:19. Do those who refuse to accept Rabbu's guidance still seek to thwart Rabbu's plans?
وَٱللَّهُ مِن وَرَآئِهِم مُّحِيطُۢ٢٠
85:20. The law of Allah, “The consequences of human deeds” (System) surrounds them! And they do not understand that they cannot escape from it.
بَلۡ هُوَ قُرۡءَانٞ مَّجِيدٞ٢١
85:21. It is through this Qur’an that the noble principles for the development of humanity and superior qualities have been proclaimed as advice.
فِي لَوۡحٖ مَّحۡفُوظِۢ٢٢
85:22. This is what we call "Louhul Mehfooz" - that is, unchangeable. This means that if it is modified or acted upon, it will only affect humans.
