بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)
PREFACE: This chapter speaks about the revival that would take place if a society functions according to His guidance. Further explanations of its continuation come here.
إِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ ٱنفَطَرَتۡ١
82:1. With the research of the vast expanses of the galaxies, the hidden treasures in them will be explored.
وَإِذَا ٱلۡكَوَاكِبُ ٱنتَثَرَتۡ٢
82:2. Studies of stars and planets will also be carried out.
وَإِذَا ٱلۡبِحَارُ فُجِّرَتۡ٣
82:3. Deep-sea research will also be carried out. Sea voyages and trade will grow rapidly.
وَإِذَا ٱلۡقُبُورُ بُعۡثِرَتۡ٤
82:4. The treasures beneath the earth will be brought out through research.
عَلِمَتۡ نَفۡسٞ مَّا قَدَّمَتۡ وَأَخَّرَتۡ٥
82:5. Thus the country will move forward fast. At such a time, everyone will reap the rewards of their actions. This includes what you have done so far and what you are doing now.
Thus, the system of governance is created under the guidance of Rabbu to develop human resources rapidly and to preserve humanity. When the truth is like this,
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ ٱلۡكَرِيمِ٦
82:6. O, Man! You have dared to oppose this regime to this extent! What motivated you to do so?
ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّىٰكَ فَعَدَلَكَ٧
82:7. Do you oppose the rule of the One Rabbu, who has created you in a beautiful form (95: 4), after passing many stages and organizing you well?
فِيٓ أَيِّ صُورَةٖ مَّا شَآءَ رَكَّبَكَ٨
82:8. As per Rabbu's program of such creation, has He not fitted each organ of the body perfectly? Did you create all these by yourself?
كَلَّا بَلۡ تُكَذِّبُونَ بِٱلدِّينِ٩
82:9. Is it fair to think that the law of “consequences of human deeds” prescribed by Allah is false? And yet what is going to happen if you lie?
وَإِنَّ عَلَيۡكُمۡ لَحَٰفِظِينَ١٠
82:10. Dignified guards have been appointed to monitor all your actions.
كِرَامٗا كَٰتِبِينَ١١
82:11. So nothing you do will escape their view.
يَعۡلَمُونَ مَا تَفۡعَلُونَ١٢
82:12. That is the law that Rabbu has ordained for "the consequences of human deeds."
إِنَّ ٱلۡأَبۡرَارَ لَفِي نَعِيمٖ١٣
82:13. The “Abrars” are those who are doing creative good deeds according to this law and they are to get all the facilities and live better with satisfaction.
وَإِنَّ ٱلۡفُجَّارَ لَفِي جَحِيمٖ١٤
82:14. On the contrary, if human unity is disrupted and divided into many factions and enmity develops between them, then the development itself will be stunted and the society itself will become miserable. (2:27)
يَصۡلَوۡنَهَا يَوۡمَ ٱلدِّينِ١٥
82:15. The consequences of the actions they have taken will come to the force. When those pains will be visualized.
وَمَا هُمۡ عَنۡهَا بِغَآئِبِينَ١٦
82:16. Remember! Even now they are not unaware of the facts about those sufferings. Just they are aware. (29:54) (79:36) That is what "Yaumuth dheen" means.
وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا يَوۡمُ ٱلدِّينِ١٧
82:17. Do you know what "Yaumuth Dheen" means?
ثُمَّ مَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا يَوۡمُ ٱلدِّينِ١٨
82:18. Can anyone but Rabbu explain to you about "Yaumuth Dheen"?
يَوۡمَ لَا تَمۡلِكُ نَفۡسٞ لِّنَفۡسٖ شَيۡٔٗاۖ وَٱلۡأَمۡرُ يَوۡمئِذٖ لِّلَّهِ١٩
82:19. ‘Yaumuth Dheen” is the term used to describe the period in which the "effects of human actions" appear. Then no one will have the strength to do anything to help others. The whole of the ruling power will be held within the laws prescribed by Allah. Individual domination will not go there. This is called "Yaumuth Dheen" (1: 3). This will take place in this world and the next
