Takwir

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)

Preface: The city of Makkah was under imperial rule during the time of the revelation of the Qur’an, and the tyrannical regime of Quaiser in the Iranian Empire. The flag of the Croatian (Khmer) was the moon. The moon split in the time of Muhammad Nabisal and brought an end to that rule (54-1). The flag of Iran (Shams) was the sun. This tyranny was destroyed during the reign of Umar (Razi) after the demise of Muhammad Nabisal. This chapter talks about the subsequent emergence of democracy in the country and its aftermath. This will be the change that will take place in the future of the rule of law that falls into the hands of those who have accepted the principles of the Quran instead of the arbitrary rule of imperialism.

إِذَا ٱلشَّمۡسُ كُوِّرَتۡ١

81:1. Then the imperialist regime will be overthrown.

وَإِذَا ٱلنُّجُومُ ٱنكَدَرَتۡ٢

81:2. The domination of the smaller states operating under that regime will also begin to weaken.

وَإِذَا ٱلۡجِبَالُ سُيِّرَتۡ٣

81:3. The situation of the nobles who have mounted wealth will begin to stumble.

وَإِذَا ٱلۡعِشَارُ عُطِّلَتۡ٤

81:4. All cattle like camels etc. that are the sources of their income will go unattended.

Dear Intellectuals! Coming to the four verses above, we have figuratively referred to the sky as an imperial rule, the stars as small regimes, and the mountains as rich rulers. The literal meaning of these words would mean that the world is doomed. We have given such metaphorical meaning as such changes in the regimes are taking place in this world.

وَإِذَا ٱلۡوُحُوشُ حُشِرَتۡ٥

81:5. The marginalized and vulnerable people in the country will come and join the side of this new way of life.

وَإِذَا ٱلۡبِحَارُ سُجِّرَتۡ٦

81:6. Sea voyages and trade will be vigorous.

That is, multinational trade will grow and the specialties of this regime will spread throughout the world. The standard of living of people living in coastal areas will also rise. Thus

وَإِذَا ٱلنُّفُوسُ زُوِّجَتۡ٧

81:7. All people living in the surrounding country will relate to each other.

وَإِذَا ٱلۡمَوۡءُۥدَةُ سُئِلَتۡ٨

81:8. Women who were so far buried alive in the name of ritual will be questioned about the injustice done to them.

بِأَيِّ ذَنۢبٖ قُتِلَتۡ٩

81:9. Women are miserably marginalized in a state of helplessness. An Inquiry will be conducted to find out the reason for this. Thus they will be given equal status in society.

وَإِذَا ٱلصُّحُفُ نُشِرَتۡ١٠

81:10. Newspapers and communication devices will spread to every nook and corner.

وَإِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ كُشِطَتۡ١١

81:11. Secret screens in the sky will be removed with space research.

Because of this growth, Rabbu’s projects will begin to act quickly. This is how a regime that can function. Justice and fairness will eventually emerge.

وَإِذَا ٱلۡجَحِيمُ سُعِّرَتۡ١٢

81:12. Then the punishments of social enemies will be severe.

وَإِذَا ٱلۡجَنَّةُ أُزۡلِفَتۡ١٣

81:13. On the contrary, the lives of those who support that regime will become like paradise.

عَلِمَتۡ نَفۡسٞ مَّآ أَحۡضَرَتۡ١٤

81:14. That is, the duties of each person during that time will be allocated? It will become clear what the benefits are.

Do not think that something is being said with imagination. All this will certainly happen. These facts are interpreted as the source of the universe. If you conclude that they are all true with their research, accept that the above things are also true. First

فَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِٱلۡخُنَّسِ١٥

81:15. Notice that the twinkling stars in the sky slowly rise and fall backward. (53: 1) (56:75)

ٱلۡجَوَارِ ٱلۡكُنَّسِ١٦

81:16. Notice that they all swim in their given orbits, move forward, and disappear.

وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذَا عَسۡعَسَ١٧

81:17. Notice the night that comes and goes quietly.

وَٱلصُّبۡحِ إِذَا تَنَفَّسَ١٨

81:18. Take care of the dawn with daily refreshments.

إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوۡلُ رَسُولٖ كَرِيمٖ١٩

81:19. If all this is true, then all that has happened and will happen in the world are the words of a dignified messenger.

None of the cosmic creations can function on its own. It can only function under the control of the One Rabbu (16:49 & 50) Just as man is part of this universal creations. So, he too must live in obedience to the word of that one Rabbu. And the reformist can never do anything arbitrarily. Therefore,

ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِي ٱلۡعَرۡشِ مَكِينٖ٢٠

81:20. These messages that are revealed are from the Almighty, the Creator, and Sustainer of the universe.

مُّطَاعٖ ثَمَّ أَمِينٖ٢١

81:21. Therefore the Messenger of Rabbu (Messages) is the object of faith. He will not make any changes to the messages which He submits.

As well as establishing a better regime based on it. So it is incumbent upon you to follow him. There is no other way but to establish a regime with stable values.

وَمَا صَاحِبُكُم بِمَجۡنُونٖ٢٢

81:22. Do not think that your companion (now this Quran) is talking something senseless. Everything said will happen.

وَلَقَدۡ رَءَاهُ بِٱلۡأُفُقِ ٱلۡمُبِينِ٢٣

81:23. All these things are said from the highest level of wisdom. So the reformist presents them to everyone as a direct commentary. (53: 1 - 7)

وَمَا هُوَ عَلَى ٱلۡغَيۡبِ بِضَنِينٖ٢٤

81:24. And he does not conceal for himself the messages which are obtained by revelation. Rather he elaborates them to all.

وَمَا هُوَ بِقَوۡلِ شَيۡطَٰنٖ رَّجِيمٖ٢٥

81:25. These are not emotional words but are realistic declarations.

فَأَيۡنَ تَذۡهَبُونَ٢٦

81:26. Where do you go away from His guidance that shows the right path?

If these are ignored, the consequences will be for you human beings and not Allah. Further, this advice is not meant for a particular country or community.

إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكۡرٞ لِّلۡعَٰلَمِينَ٢٧

81:27. Rather, these are good advice for people of the whole world.

لِمَن شَآءَ مِنكُمۡ أَن يَسۡتَقِيمَ٢٨

81:28. So, if you belong to any community in the world, with this guide you can achieve the right path in life.

وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ٢٩

81:29. But you shall forsake the unwanted rites which may come upon you from time to time and unite with Allah, who cares for all the worlds with a pure heart.

Thus the pursuit of Allah and your aspiration should be in the same direction to create a better society for the benefit of all human beings. (74:56) (76:30) Only then can you succeed in your goal.
