بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)
سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ١
61:1. All that is in the universe and on earth are working at full speed to accomplish the plans of Allah. Thus, they all testify to the supreme power of Allah and the fact that all His plans are based on clear wisdom.
O follower of Our guidance! All the creations in the world are so beautiful because they function so perfectly in accordance with the command of Allah. None of them are inactive. But
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفۡعَلُونَ٢
61:2. You have taken charge of fulfilling the promises made to the people. Why do you promise to do which you can't do?
كَبُرَ مَقۡتًا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُواْ مَا لَا تَفۡعَلُونَ٣
61:3. To say that you do what you cannot do is the most hateful thing according to the law of Allah.
This advice applies not only to those in charge of governance but also to those in charge of power and the general public. Only then you can gain respect and admiration. You will not be subject to their hatred.
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَٰتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِۦ صَفّٗا كَأَنَّهُم بُنۡيَٰنٞ مَّرۡصُوصٞ٤
61:4. So, Allah never likes those who speak empty words. On the contrary, those who dedicate themselves to the cause of Allah’s schemes, if and when necessary, fight in battle with firm determination and in a concrete way, are worthy of the love of Allah.
Even in the case of earlier reformists, their communities tried to circumvent their command by making some excuses or the other. Especially
وَإِذۡ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِۦ يَٰقَوۡمِ لِمَ تُؤۡذُونَنِي وَقَد تَّعۡلَمُونَ أَنِّي رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ إِلَيۡكُمۡۖ فَلَمَّا زَاغُوٓاْ أَزَاغَ ٱللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ٥
61:5. Reformist Moosa said to his people, “I am a reformist sent to you from Allah. So why do you persecute me for ignoring Rabbu's instructions? O, Reformist! The people now are just like them. When they strayed from the right path, their hearts slipped as per the canon of Allah. Thus, they left the straight path and went astray. Allah does not guide such people.
وَإِذۡ قَالَ عِيسَى ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ يَٰبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ إِلَيۡكُم مُّصَدِّقٗا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيَّ مِنَ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةِ وَمُبَشِّرَۢا بِرَسُولٖ يَأۡتِي مِنۢ بَعۡدِي ٱسۡمُهُۥٓ أَحۡمَدُۖ فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ قَالُواْ هَٰذَا سِحۡرٞ مُّبِينٞ٦
61:6. Similarly, Reformist Easa, son of Maryam, said to his people Israel, “I am a reformist sent from Allah. I have come to put into practice the biblical Thourath that you have. He also said, “I have come to say that a Reformist by name Ahamed will come after me.” Thus, even after giving them clear evidence and explaining to them, they refused to accept saying that they are vain talks to deceive the people.
وَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡكَذِبَ وَهُوَ يُدۡعَىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلۡإِسۡلَٰمِۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ٧
61:7. Who can be more unjust than the one who rejects it and preaches those things which Allah did not reveal? The guidance given is for the establishment of Islamic rule that protects the welfare of the people as a whole? And Allah never guides those who do such injustice.
يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطۡفُِٔواْ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ وَٱللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِۦ وَلَوۡ كَرِهَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ٨
61:8. They are imagining that the advice of the Quran, which is a beacon of guidance for the enlightened life of the people of the world, can be blown out. Even if such guidance gives hatred to the refuters, Allah's plan will be fulfilled.
هُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَرۡسَلَ رَسُولَهُۥ بِٱلۡهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ ٱلۡحَقِّ لِيُظۡهِرَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلدِّينِ كُلِّهِۦ وَلَوۡ كَرِهَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكُونَ٩
61:9. Similarly, although this guidance may be disgusting to the refuters, Allah, through His Messenger, proclaims the guidance with creative welfare schemes to be established on the global level and proved that Islam is the most excellent ethics in the world. (See 9:36)
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ هَلۡ أَدُلُّكُمۡ عَلَىٰ تِجَٰرَةٖ تُنجِيكُم مِّنۡ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٖ١٠
61:10. O followers of Our guidance! May I inform you of the masterpiece of trade to relieve the suffering of all the peoples of the world?
تُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَتُجَٰهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِأَمۡوَٰلِكُمۡ وَأَنفُسِكُمۡۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ خَيۡرٞ لَّكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ١١
61:11. All you have to do is to accept the guidance of Allah wholeheartedly and to come forward to accept the social governance plans that have emerged based on it. The people must take part to fulfill the welfare programs as announced by Allah and dedicate themselves to them. Only a society that acts like that will get rid of all the problems. If you think about it and think that these are the right path, accept them immediately and come forward to act. (See 9:111)
يَغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡ ذُنُوبَكُمۡ وَيُدۡخِلۡكُمۡ جَنَّٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ وَمَسَٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةٗ فِي جَنَّٰتِ عَدۡنٖۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ١٢
61:12. By doing so, you will get ways to be safe and free from the consequences of your evil deeds. And the economic facilities there will grow like perennial rivers for a lifeline. Not only that, but society will flourish smoothly. Thus, over time, the society in which you live will become heavenly. It is a great privilege to create such a society.
وَأُخۡرَىٰ تُحِبُّونَهَاۖ نَصۡرٞ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَفَتۡحٞ قَرِيبٞۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ١٣
61:13. And there is something else you might want. You want such a great social system to spread not only in the Arab world but also in other countries. (See 33:27) For this too, Allah's help and victory will soon be available. Let the activists know this good news.
O follower of Our guidance! Find out how this is possible. You must come forward in the same way as the activists who wholeheartedly accepted the call of Reformist Easa, the son of Maryam, followed Rabbu's guidance, and came forward to dedicate themselves in carrying out Allah's plans (see 3:52).
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُونُوٓاْ أَنصَارَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَا قَالَ عِيسَى ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ لِلۡحَوَارِيِّۧنَ مَنۡ أَنصَارِيٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۖ قَالَ ٱلۡحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحۡنُ أَنصَارُ ٱللَّهِۖ فََٔامَنَت طَّآئِفَةٞ مِّنۢ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ وَكَفَرَت طَّآئِفَةٞۖ فَأَيَّدۡنَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ عَلَىٰ عَدُوِّهِمۡ فَأَصۡبَحُواْ ظَٰهِرِينَ١٤
61:14. Reformist Easa said to his people, “Who will come forward to dedicate themselves in the way of Allah?” When he announced this, the activists who had accepted him wholeheartedly came forward and said, “We will help to carry out the plans of Allah.” Just like them, come forward to help. However, some of the Israelites then supported it. And many refused to accept his invitation. So, the help of Allah came to those who accepted the guidance of Rabbu and acted against their enemies. So, they had great success.
