بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ ٱتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ وَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمٗا١
33:1. O, Reformist! Fear the evil consequences of acting against the advice of Allah. Never follow those who reject Rabbu's guidance outright and engage in illegal activities. Also, those who are hypocrites (see 2:27). Nothing you do will go unnoticed by Allah. Allah has the power to cause their consequences.
وَٱتَّبِعۡ مَا يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَيۡكَ مِن رَّبِّكَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٗا٢
33:2. So, follow the guidance of revelation from your Rabbu - this Quran alone (see 6:19). Surely Allah knows all your activities.
وَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلٗا٣
33:3. Trust in His inspired guidance and act accordingly. The guidance of Allah is sufficient to fulfill your life goals.
So, the hypocrites who reject His guidance and engage in illegal activities are spreading various hoaxes and causing chaos in the country. They are telling people unnecessary things and making them incompatible with the guidance. (See 31:6) For example, there is a saying that if the wife is compared to one’s mother, she turns to be his mother. These are all vain talks. The reason,
مَّا جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لِرَجُلٖ مِّن قَلۡبَيۡنِ فِي جَوۡفِهِۦۚ وَمَا جَعَلَ أَزۡوَٰجَكُمُ ٱلَّٰٓـِٔي تُظَٰهِرُونَ مِنۡهُنَّ أُمَّهَٰتِكُمۡۚ وَمَا جَعَلَ أَدۡعِيَآءَكُمۡ أَبۡنَآءَكُمۡۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ قَوۡلُكُم بِأَفۡوَٰهِكُمۡۖ وَٱللَّهُ يَقُولُ ٱلۡحَقَّ وَهُوَ يَهۡدِي ٱلسَّبِيلَ٤
33:4. No human being has two hearts. So also there can be no two mothers as well. She will not become a mother by just saying that she is like your mother. In the same way, looking at pretty children and mentioning them as a son or a daughter will not make them your own son or daughter. These are the words that you call out of a pet. Allah's guidelines only state what applies to your real life. And He takes you on a straight path.
So, saying anything sportive is not a big offense. But if it is something intentional to harm someone, (See 2:226 & 58:2-3). it is a punishable offense. So, it is not a big crime to say that a child is his child with love. But legally speaking
ٱدۡعُوهُمۡ لِأٓبَآئِهِمۡ هُوَ أَقۡسَطُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِۚ فَإِن لَّمۡ تَعۡلَمُوٓاْ ءَابَآءَهُمۡ فَإِخۡوَٰنُكُمۡ فِي ٱلدِّينِ وَمَوَٰلِيكُمۡۚ وَلَيۡسَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ جُنَاحٞ فِيمَآ أَخۡطَأۡتُم بِهِۦ وَلَٰكِن مَّا تَعَمَّدَتۡ قُلُوبُكُمۡۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمًا٥
33:5. Register them as “son of or daughter of” using the name of the fostering father or *mother. This is the best by the law of Allah. But if he or she is an orphan who does not know the name of his/her father, consider them as your brothers and sisters. Make them your friends. If you have made mistakes before, do not continue them. Make sure that it doesn't happen again. So, it is a crime if you deliberately say it intentionally. This is how the best guidelines are laid out for the safe life of all of you. This is a reflection of the Most Merciful attribute of Allah.
For example, Reformist Easa Nabi is called by his mother's name. His father's name is not mentioned. So, you can also register in the government register using the mother's name. Furthermore, universal brotherhood is a relationship based on inseparable affection. (See 8:63)
ٱلنَّبِيُّ أَوۡلَىٰ بِٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ مِنۡ أَنفُسِهِمۡۖ وَأَزۡوَٰجُهُۥٓ أُمَّهَٰتُهُمۡۗ وَأُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَرۡحَامِ بَعۡضُهُمۡ أَوۡلَىٰ بِبَعۡضٖ
33:6. The Reformist Nabi is considered dearer to the Islamic activists than their life. The Reformist is also too affectionate towards them. (See 9:128) Because they promised to sacrifice their lives in carrying out programs of Allah’s regime. (See 9:111 & 48:10) And the wives of the Reformists were like mothers to the social activists. (See 33:53) The blood relationship between activists is different.
فِي كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُهَٰجِرِينَ إِلَّآ أَن تَفۡعَلُوٓاْ إِلَىٰٓ أَوۡلِيَآئِكُم مَّعۡرُوفٗاۚ كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مَسۡطُورٗا٦
When it comes to relationships on the basis of guidance, intimacy is more important than blood ties. (Ref 8:63) The Muhajireen, who renounced their home to serve in the way of Allah, become more entitled than the Mu'min, the local social activists. But there is nothing wrong with helping out on the basis of friendship. These are also established laws.
وَإِذۡ أَخَذۡنَا مِنَ ٱلنَّبِيِّۧنَ مِيثَٰقَهُمۡ وَمِنكَ وَمِن نُّوحٖ وَإِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَى ٱبۡنِ مَرۡيَمَۖ وَأَخَذۡنَا مِنۡهُم مِّيثَٰقًا غَلِيظٗا٧
33:7. Thus, it is not new to have such firmness between social activists and reformists and to enter into strong agreements. From the beginning, all the Reformists received such promises from the social activists who lived in their time. In particular, they made similar promises to Reformist Nooh, Reformist Ibrahim, Reformist Moosa, and Reformist Easa, son of Mary. It is on this basis that the oath is also taken from you. All such vows that take place according to the framed laws of Rabbu are irrevocable. (See also 3: 81,48: 10,48: 18)
Thus, the details of the promises they make are very broad. But their theme is as follows:
لِّيَسَۡٔلَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ عَن صِدۡقِهِمۡۚ وَأَعَدَّ لِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمٗا٨
33:8. They must act according to the promise made with the Reformists to uphold the code of justice. Those who act contrary to the promise they have made must be accountable to Allah. (48:10) The torments that afflict such people will surely come. This is the treasury of promises made between them.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذۡ جَآءَتۡكُمۡ جُنُودٞ فَأَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ رِيحٗا وَجُنُودٗا لَّمۡ تَرَوۡهَاۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِيرًا٩
33:9. O followers of Our guidance! Think about how Our help came in that difficult situation when the enemy invaded against you. Didn't the storm blow at that time, which is one of the unseen forces of nature in the universe so that it could weaken the enemy and revive you? (See 8:11 & 12) And Rabbu is fully aware of everything you do. So you will still get the help of Allah.
إِذۡ جَآءُوكُم مِّن فَوۡقِكُمۡ وَمِنۡ أَسۡفَلَ مِنكُمۡ وَإِذۡ زَاغَتِ ٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرُ وَبَلَغَتِ ٱلۡقُلُوبُ ٱلۡحَنَاجِرَ وَتَظُنُّونَ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلظُّنُونَا۠١٠
33:10. What an embarrassing situation it was when the enemies were surrounding you on all four sides. Your eyes were gloomy out of fear. Your heartbeat clogged your throat with trembling. You had various doubts and disbeliefs about the promise given by Allah. Remember that Allah's help came to you in such a difficult situation. (See also 2:214, 3:142, 9:16 & 29:2)
هُنَالِكَ ٱبۡتُلِيَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ وَزُلۡزِلُواْ زِلۡزَالٗا شَدِيدٗا١١
33:11. Then the Islamic soldiers, the armies of Allah, were in a state of shock and terror. Did not Allah's help come to them in such a dire situation?
وَإِذۡ يَقُولُ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٞ مَّا وَعَدَنَا ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ إِلَّا غُرُورٗا١٢
33:12. Consider also how the hypocrites and the evil-minded who spread rumors and tried to deceive the activists, saying, “Allah and His Reformist will give you nothing but disappointment.”
وَإِذۡ قَالَت طَّآئِفَةٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ يَٰٓأَهۡلَ يَثۡرِبَ لَا مُقَامَ لَكُمۡ فَٱرۡجِعُواْۚ وَيَسۡتَٔۡذِنُ فَرِيقٞ مِّنۡهُمُ ٱلنَّبِيَّ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ بُيُوتَنَا عَوۡرَةٞ وَمَا هِيَ بِعَوۡرَةٍۖ إِن يُرِيدُونَ إِلَّا فِرَارٗا١٣
33:13. They were telling to the people of Madinah, “Opposing the forces of the enemy is impossible. You can never win over them. So, you run away from here.” Some who heard this threat came to the Reformist and asked permission to take leave from the field, citing the insecurity of their homes. That is not true. They are all lame excuses to escape.
وَلَوۡ دُخِلَتۡ عَلَيۡهِم مِّنۡ أَقۡطَارِهَا ثُمَّ سُئِلُواْ ٱلۡفِتۡنَةَ لَأٓتَوۡهَا وَمَا تَلَبَّثُواْ بِهَآ إِلَّا يَسِيرٗا١٤
33:14. Perhaps if the enemy forces had surrounded the city on all four sides and told the hypocrites to fight against the Mu'min, then they would not have bothered at all about the insecurity of their homes. They would have immediately gone down to the field and left their houses to defeat the Islamic soldiers.
وَلَقَدۡ كَانُواْ عَٰهَدُواْ ٱللَّهَ مِن قَبۡلُ لَا يُوَلُّونَ ٱلۡأَدۡبَٰرَۚ وَكَانَ عَهۡدُ ٱللَّهِ مَسُۡٔولٗا١٥
33:15. So before the commencement of the war, they promised Allah through the Reformist that they would not run away from the battlefield. So is it not their responsibility to keep their promise? Will Allah not a question about their treachery?
قُل لَّن يَنفَعَكُمُ ٱلۡفِرَارُ إِن فَرَرۡتُم مِّنَ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ أَوِ ٱلۡقَتۡلِ وَإِذٗا لَّا تُمَتَّعُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا١٦
33:16. O, Social Activists! Tell them, “We have been instructed by the Reformist, not to run away from the battlefield. Because running away from the field out of fear of death or being killed will not bring any good to them. Even if you run away, you are not going to live comfortably for long, except for a short time.
قُلۡ مَن ذَا ٱلَّذِي يَعۡصِمُكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ إِنۡ أَرَادَ بِكُمۡ سُوٓءًا أَوۡ أَرَادَ بِكُمۡ رَحۡمَةٗۚ وَلَا يَجِدُونَ لَهُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيّٗا وَلَا نَصِيرٗا١٧
33:17. And who can save you from the punishment, if anyone works to harm the regime of Allah? On the contrary, if you support His regime, it will bring many good things to you. If the regime brings such benefits, who can stop it? If you lose the support of this unique regime, there will be no one else to help you. Make this clear to them as well.
۞قَدۡ يَعۡلَمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُعَوِّقِينَ مِنكُمۡ وَٱلۡقَآئِلِينَ لِإِخۡوَٰنِهِمۡ هَلُمَّ إِلَيۡنَاۖ وَلَا يَأۡتُونَ ٱلۡبَأۡسَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا١٨
33:18. Those who want to refrain from war, advise the Islamic soldiers to return to them without taking part in the battle. Tell them that Allah's regime is well aware of them too. It is also known to the regime that only a few of them will come forward to take part in the war.
أَشِحَّةً عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ فَإِذَا جَآءَ ٱلۡخَوۡفُ رَأَيۡتَهُمۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيۡكَ تَدُورُ أَعۡيُنُهُمۡ كَٱلَّذِي يُغۡشَىٰ عَلَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلۡمَوۡتِۖ
33:19. Just notice how selfish and greedy they are! Perhaps even if they had gone to war with you, you would have seen them trembling in fear of death just, as the eyes of the bewildered on the brink of death would roll and spin.
فَإِذَا ذَهَبَ ٱلۡخَوۡفُ سَلَقُوكُم بِأَلۡسِنَةٍ حِدَادٍ أَشِحَّةً عَلَى ٱلۡخَيۡرِۚ
Even if they had won the war, they would have tried to amass the war materials. If they do not get them, they would have scolded you.
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَمۡ يُؤۡمِنُواْ فَأَحۡبَطَ ٱللَّهُ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡۚ وَكَانَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرٗا١٩
This is because they do not really follow Allah. They have been saying that “Eeman” is just for confession. So, all the benefits of the good deeds they have done so far will be wasted. It is easy for Allah to waste them in this way. Explain this to them.
يَحۡسَبُونَ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابَ لَمۡ يَذۡهَبُواْۖ وَإِن يَأۡتِ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابُ يَوَدُّواْ لَوۡ أَنَّهُم بَادُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَعۡرَابِ يَسَۡٔلُونَ عَنۡ أَنۢبَآئِكُمۡۖ
33:20. The extent to which their fear of death is rooted can be analyzed by their mental status. Even after the defeat of the enemy, they still think that the enemy is on the field. They have the pre-plan to escape to the countryside and disappear, if the enemies come back to attack them again. They think they can stay in the remote villages and get information about the war situation.
وَلَوۡ كَانُواْ فِيكُم مَّا قَٰتَلُوٓاْ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا٢٠
So, even if such people had fought along with you, it would not have been of any benefit to you. Even if they had participated in the war, very few would have taken part in it.
These are the dilemmas that have come up since the declaration of war. Let alone the enemies who are invading against the formation of Islamic rule. On the other hand, some hypocrites are actively involved in conspiracies against the regime. Even though the Messenger of Allah, the commander-in-chief – Mohammed Nabi is facing such mounting problems, he acts calmly and with unshakable faith in Allah without any tension. Have you ever noticed how swiftly he acts with all his efforts and shines as a beacon for the warriors? This is what would have given them thousands of satisfactions.
لَّقَدۡ كَانَ لَكُمۡ فِي رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسۡوَةٌ حَسَنَةٞ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرۡجُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلۡيَوۡمَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَ وَذَكَرَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرٗا٢١
33:21. Thus, the Reformist sets an example for you in bringing out beautiful social reforms with unshakable faith in the guidance of Allah. He was able to act so well and succeed because he had an unshakable faith in the laws of good deeds prescribed by Allah. He was able to prove to the world that the counsel of Rabbu is the best.
وَلَمَّا رَءَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ ٱلۡأَحۡزَابَ قَالُواْ هَٰذَا مَا وَعَدَنَا ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَصَدَقَ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥۚ وَمَا زَادَهُمۡ إِلَّآ إِيمَٰنٗا وَتَسۡلِيمٗا٢٢
33:22. So the Islamic warriors are not afraid of seeing the combined forces of the enemy. Rather, they declare, “The time has come for the promise of Allah and the Reformist to be fulfilled. Now everyone will reap the benefits of their actions.” That is, the life of the hypocrites who tremble in fear of death on one side and increase in the determination of the warriors on the other side will come to the fore.
مِّنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ رِجَالٞ صَدَقُواْ مَا عَٰهَدُواْ ٱللَّهَ عَلَيۡهِۖ فَمِنۡهُم مَّن قَضَىٰ نَحۡبَهُۥ وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُۖ وَمَا بَدَّلُواْ تَبۡدِيلٗا٢٣
33:23. Because the Islamic soldiers kept up their promise and proved themselves to be truthful. (See 9:111) Some of them even sacrificed their lives and proved themselves to be idealists. And some are anxious to see when the order for war will come again and to share the name of the idealists themselves. Thus, they were firm in their promises to Allah in any situation. They never deviated from that.
لِّيَجۡزِيَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ بِصِدۡقِهِمۡ وَيُعَذِّبَ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ إِن شَآءَ أَوۡ يَتُوبَ عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمٗا٢٤
33:24. Thus those who persevere to keep up their promises will receive the due rewards as ordained by the Rabbu. As well as hypocrites will get painful punishment. If they change, they will be given a general pardon. All the guidelines of Allah are for the welfare of people from all walks of life. This is the great mercy of Allah.
وَرَدَّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِغَيۡظِهِمۡ لَمۡ يَنَالُواْ خَيۡرٗاۚ وَكَفَى ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ٱلۡقِتَالَۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ قَوِيًّا عَزِيزٗا٢٥
33:25. Those who fought against the regime of Allah were defeated and became the victim of public anger and resentful in many ways. And they did not get any benefit. Thus, the guidance of Allah was sufficient to lead the followers to victory, as all His plans are most powerful and almighty.
وَأَنزَلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَٰهَرُوهُم مِّنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِن صَيَاصِيهِمۡ وَقَذَفَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ ٱلرُّعۡبَ فَرِيقٗا تَقۡتُلُونَ وَتَأۡسِرُونَ فَرِيقٗا٢
33:26. And the scribes who helped the armies of the enemy were ousted by you from their strongholds and made their minds tremble. And some of them were killed in the battle and some were imprisoned.
وَأَوۡرَثَكُمۡ أَرۡضَهُمۡ وَدِيَٰرَهُمۡ وَأَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ وَأَرۡضٗا لَّمۡ تَطَُٔوهَاۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٗا٢٧
33:27. Thus all their lands, houses, and riches have come under your control. Thus, you have become heirs of lands where you never visited so far. This is proof that the strength of Allah's guidance is excellent in controlling everything.
That is, all events took place in accordance with the guidance of Allah. They did not act against or in favor of anyone. The rewards and pains come according to everyone’s actions. This is how Allah's promise that the followers of guidance will have a better life when His rule (see 24:55) is fulfilled.
The purpose of all these war activities is to weaken the strength of the enemy and to fulfill the plans of Rabbu's regime smoothly. (See 48:1-3). The main focus of those projects is to provide the people with the proper education as per the guidance and to make them lead pleasant life. Only then will the chaos in the country be removed and fair rule will take place. It is not enough if men alone participate in social service for the betterment of the country. Women too should take part on an equal footing with men. So first of all, you need to give the His advice to the women in your home.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزۡوَٰجِكَ إِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدۡنَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَزِينَتَهَا فَتَعَالَيۡنَ أُمَتِّعۡكُنَّ وَأُسَرِّحۡكُنَّ سَرَاحٗا جَمِيلٗا٢٨
33:28. O, Reformist! Explain the above facts to your spouses in your home. If they want to live with you, they must come forward to support you in social programs. If their focus is on mere physical well-being and the attractions of a temporary pleasure of life, they will lose the chance to live with you. If they want to depart from you, allow them to leave decently.
وَإِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدۡنَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَٱلدَّارَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَعَدَّ لِلۡمُحۡسِنَٰتِ مِنكُنَّ أَجۡرًا عَظِيمٗا٢٩
33:29. And if they accept the guidance of Allah and the constitutional laws framed on basis of His guidance and wish for a better future, let them continue to do good deeds beautifully. Then point out that this Regime will give them the best possible reward. Let them know that their life after death will also be pleasant. (See 33:33)
يَٰنِسَآءَ ٱلنَّبِيِّ مَن يَأۡتِ مِنكُنَّ بِفَٰحِشَةٖ مُّبَيِّنَةٖ يُضَٰعَفۡ لَهَا ٱلۡعَذَابُ ضِعۡفَيۡنِۚ وَكَانَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرٗا٣٠
33:30. Women who have come forward to participate in social reformation works along with the reformist should set an example for others. So, they have to protect themselves from doing any improper act. Beyond that, if any irregular activity is found in them, they will get double punishment. There is very easy for the regime of Allah to inflict such punishment.
The question arises as to why those who work with the reformists will be rewarded with double punishments. If any irregularities are found in the good office of the Reformist who is engaged in the task of reforming the people, the country will be greatly affected. Corruption will be rampant in the country as well. There is a proverb: As is the king, so are the subjects. So, here are some of the guidelines to be followed by those in the good office of the Reformist.
Part: 22
۞وَمَن يَقۡنُتۡ مِنكُنَّ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَتَعۡمَلۡ صَٰلِحٗا نُّؤۡتِهَآ أَجۡرَهَا مَرَّتَيۡنِ وَأَعۡتَدۡنَا لَهَا رِزۡقٗا كَرِيمٗا٣١
33:31. Likewise, whoever submits to the guidance of Allah and the constitutional by-laws and does good deeds, the reward will be double. That is, arrangements have been made on behalf of the government to provide them with a decent living and better livelihoods.
يَٰنِسَآءَ ٱلنَّبِيِّ لَسۡتُنَّ كَأَحَدٖ مِّنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ إِنِ ٱتَّقَيۡتُنَّۚ فَلَا تَخۡضَعۡنَ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ فَيَطۡمَعَ ٱلَّذِي فِي قَلۡبِهِۦ مَرَضٞ وَقُلۡنَ قَوۡلٗا مَّعۡرُوفٗا٣٢
33:32. O Women Companions of the Reformist! You are not like other women. If you are really following His laws, do not be complacent while talking to the strangers visiting your office/residence. Because you may not know the intentions of those who come to talk to you. Some of them may induce you differently. So, when you talk to strangers, be perfect and straightforward.
Dear Intellectuals! The commandment placed on the women of the Reformist applies to all other women at all times. And that's there is no restriction for them to talking to strangers. They are just taught how to talk.
وَقَرۡنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجۡنَ تَبَرُّجَ ٱلۡجَٰهِلِيَّةِ ٱلۡأُولَىٰۖ
33:33. O Women Companions of the Reformist! It does not matter how was your previous behavior. What matters is how you behave now. So, continue to do good deeds as you would in your residence/social service centers. Do not wander here and there as you were doing in the past out of ignorance. (See also 24:31 &24: 60)
وَأَقِمۡنَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتِينَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَطِعۡنَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُذۡهِبَ عَنكُمُ ٱلرِّجۡسَ أَهۡلَ ٱلۡبَيۡتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمۡ تَطۡهِيرٗا٣٣
Establish the Salath system that teaches guidance and participates in community welfare programs. Extend financial helps to the needy from the Extend extra income you receive for it. And act in obedience to the constitutional laws of the Rabbu. O Women Companions of the Reformist! Rabbu's guidance seeks to rid you of bad habits and make you a better woman.
Dear Intellectuals! Did you notice? It is said that the women who supported the Reformist in his social works had more money than they needed. This shows that the Reformist and his Companions did not suffer from any financial crisis. 33:28 says “If your intentions are towards worldly attractions.” This does not mean just clothes, jewelry, and other luxuries. These include marital relationships. The Reformist would not have any chance for this. The reason is that during the tenure of his life in Medina, he had to face many turbulences and wars. He did not have enough time even to solve social problems (73:1-7)
وَٱذۡكُرۡنَ مَا يُتۡلَىٰ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ مِنۡ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ لَطِيفًا خَبِيرًا٣٤
33:34. O Women Activists! Explain to the people the wise guidance of Allah and the reasoning behind that guidance while you are in their good office. Tell people that Allah has the power to know minutely every action you take.
Dear Intellectuals! Here the word ‘alhikma’ is used to refer to the teachings of wisdom. It is also said to spread them to the people. Some scholars claim that Hikma is the sayings of the Messenger of Rabbu to explain the Quran. This verse denies this. Because Quran is referred to as ‘Qur’anul Hakeem’. (See 36:2) It means “Qur’an, a Book of wisdom”. That is to say, Hikma is to clarify the benefits one derives by following Rabbu's instructions and the adverse effects of acting against them. In English, this is called wisdom.
And the purpose of giving such advice to the close associates of the reformist is that others in the country can follow their pattern. These tips apply to both men and women. Although there are physical differences between the two, the functional, cognitive, and moral values need to be uniform. Only then the nation will become a civilized one. So, consider what are the characteristics that should be present in both males and females in Islamic society.
33:35. Explanation read as follows:
إِنَّ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ وَٱلۡمُسۡلِمَٰتِ
1. Men and women who accept Rabbu's guidance wholeheartedly -
وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ
2. Men and women who are active in devising and rendering social services, rather than just accepting them verbally -
وَٱلۡقَٰنِتِينَ وَٱلۡقَٰنِتَٰتِ
3. Men and women who know the intricacies of the legal schemes laid down by Rabbu and act on them - (Lawyers and judges)
وَٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ وَٱلصَّٰدِقَٰتِ
4. Men and women who prove themselves to be faithful by keeping up the promise given to Rabbu (see 9: 111) -
وَٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ وَٱلصَّٰبِرَٰتِ
5. Men and women who support each other in the event of unforeseen dangers and tragedies, if any, in the country -
وَٱلۡخَٰشِعِينَ وَٱلۡخَٰشِعَٰتِ
6. Men and women who come forward to do their best for the betterment of the community -
وَٱلۡمُتَصَدِّقِينَ وَٱلۡمُتَصَدِّقَٰتِ
7. Men and women who dedicate themselves to realizing His grand programs
وَٱلصَّٰٓئِمِينَ وَٱلصَّٰٓئِمَٰتِ
8. Men and women who act according to His command and forbid those which are banned-
وَٱلۡحَٰفِظِينَ فُرُوجَهُمۡ وَٱلۡحَٰفِظَٰتِ
9. Men and women who safeguard their chastity -
وَٱلذَّٰكِرِينَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرٗا وَٱلذَّٰكِرَٰتِ
10. In short, both men and women must work together to perform as per Rabbu's guidance as a whole at every stage of life.
أَعَدَّ ٱللَّهُ لَهُم مَّغۡفِرَةٗ وَأَجۡرًا عَظِيمٗا٣٥
They are the people who can protect themselves from evil. Let those who act with these in mind know that there is a better future. This is the promise of Allah. There will be no discrimination between males or females. (See 3:195 & 4:124)
وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤۡمِنٖ وَلَا مُؤۡمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ أَمۡرًا أَن يَكُونَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡخِيَرَةُ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِمۡۗ وَمَن يَعۡصِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَقَدۡ ضَلَّ ضَلَٰلٗا مُّبِينٗا٣٦
33:36. Therefore, neither men nor women have a right to have an alternative opinion on the guidance of Allah and the resolutions brought by the regime based on it. So, if they act against the guidance of Allah and the constitutional laws based on it, it will lead them astray. Such people will be subjected to severe suffering.
So, all should live in obedience to the resolutions brought by Rabbu's Regime. These decisions are not made by the reformist by himself. They are the ones that were enacted after due consultation with the associates based on His guidance. (See 42:38) So it is the duty of the followers to submit to them. (4:65) But there is no obligation to follow the personal views of the Messenger of Rabbu. An example of this, in the case of the adopted son of the reformist, Zaidhu.
وَإِذۡ تَقُولُ لِلَّذِيٓ أَنۡعَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِ وَأَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيۡهِ أَمۡسِكۡ عَلَيۡكَ زَوۡجَكَ وَٱتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ وَتُخۡفِي فِي نَفۡسِكَ مَا ٱللَّهُ مُبۡدِيهِ وَتَخۡشَى ٱلنَّاسَ وَٱللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخۡشَىٰهُۖ
33:37. Zaidhu had the support of Allah. He also enjoyed more facilities on behalf of the reformist. When he intended to divorce his wife, the reformist advised, “Maintain the marital relationship that has been made according to the law of Allah. Tell me what you have hidden in your mind. Don't worry about people. That means don't worry about the people’s comments if you get divorced. If you are to fear, you should fear only Allah.”
فَلَمَّا قَضَىٰ زَيۡدٞ مِّنۡهَا وَطَرٗا زَوَّجۡنَٰكَهَا لِكَيۡ لَا يَكُونَ عَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ حَرَجٞ فِيٓ أَزۡوَٰجِ أَدۡعِيَآئِهِمۡ إِذَا قَضَوۡاْ مِنۡهُنَّ وَطَرٗاۚ وَكَانَ أَمۡرُ ٱللَّهِ مَفۡعُولٗا٣٧
Following that, Zaidhu divorced his wife. We then arranged for you to marry the divorced woman. Because the adopted son will not become anyone’s own son. It is forbidden to marry one's own son's wife (daughter-in-law) (see 4:23) and this law is also applicable to all the followers. That is, there is nothing wrong with marrying the wife of the adopted son if he divorces her. These are legal definitions determined by Allah.
What is clear from this is that (1) there is no need to follow the personal views of the reformist or the people. (2) It is not right to force dissenting couples to live together. (3) Foster children do not become anyone’s own children.
مَّا كَانَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِيِّ مِنۡ حَرَجٖ فِيمَا فَرَضَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُۥۖ سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ فِي ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوۡاْ مِن قَبۡلُۚ وَكَانَ أَمۡرُ ٱللَّهِ قَدَرٗا مَّقۡدُورًا٣٨
33:38. So, there is nothing wrong with the Messenger acting in accordance with the rules prescribed by Allah. Do not think that these explanations are given only to this reformist alone. From the beginning, the same laws of Allah were made in the case of all the Reformists. These are defined as legal provisions.
ٱلَّذِينَ يُبَلِّغُونَ رِسَٰلَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَخۡشَوۡنَهُۥ وَلَا يَخۡشَوۡنَ أَحَدًا إِلَّا ٱللَّهَۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ حَسِيبٗا٣٩
33:39. We have bestowed similar guidance to the previous reformists too. They also took them to the people. And performing out of fear of the adverse consequences of acting against the advice of Allah. Because they knew that the power of Allah alone is sufficient to question every action of man.
Learn one more thing. We must convey to the people the same Scriptural truths that were blessed by the Rabbu, just as the reformists did. And after Zidhu divorced his wife, the Reformist married her. Because
مَّا كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَبَآ أَحَدٖ مِّن رِّجَالِكُمۡ وَلَٰكِن رَّسُولَ ٱللَّهِ وَخَاتَمَ ٱلنَّبِيِّۧنَۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٗا٤٠
33:40. You know that none of the children born to the Reformist Muhammad had a son. And he is the final Nabi who got direct revelations from Allah. And know that Allah has the power to know all the events of the world. (See explanation 5:3)
Thus, from the beginning to the time of Muhammad Nabisal, when the man crossed many levels and stepped into the scientific age, the program of guidance from the Rabbu came to an end. So, man can make his life better based on this guidance (Quran) in the future. (See explanation 5: 3) Therefore
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱذۡكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ ذِكۡرٗا كَثِيرٗا٤١
33:41. O followers of Our guidance! Don’t expect direct guidance to come to anyone anymore. Explain to the people the advice in this Quran. That is why you are the ones appointed. (See 3: 110 & 35: 32)
وَسَبِّحُوهُ بُكۡرَةٗ وَأَصِيلًا٤٢
33:42. Set a time for this in the morning and the evening (4:103) and convey the advice of the Rabbi to the people and advise them to live under the guidance of Rabbu. (See 48:9)
هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُصَلِّي عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَمَلَٰٓئِكَتُهُۥ لِيُخۡرِجَكُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِۚ وَكَانَ بِٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ رَحِيمٗا٤٣
33:43. Do not think that you are alone without anyone's help. Allah and all His natural sources are always with you. (See 33:56) If you act according to Rabbu's guidance, the darkness out of ignorance among you will diminish and you will be enlightened towards a bright future. (See also 14:1&14: 5) And as per the Pre-Directed Laws of Allah, all your progressive plans will grow rapidly. (See 2: 155-157)
Currently, you are facing some hardships and sorrows. But
تَحِيَّتُهُمۡ يَوۡمَ يَلۡقَوۡنَهُۥ سَلَٰمٞۚ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرٗا كَرِيمٗا٤٤
33:44. In times when you reap the rewards of the good deeds you do, a safe, peaceful, and happy atmosphere will develop. And the decent living opportunities promised to you will increase.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ شَٰهِدٗا وَمُبَشِّرٗا وَنَذِيرٗا٤٥
33:45. O, Reformist! The purpose of deputing you to the people is to create a better social system according to Our guidance, to select the good people from them, and to hand over the responsibility of governance to them. In this way, create a better world and prove to the world that Our guidance is the best (9:36). Your main task is to point out the evil deeds and take precautionary measures against the adverse effects of acting as a substitute for His guidance.
وَدَاعِيًا إِلَى ٱللَّهِ بِإِذۡنِهِۦ وَسِرَاجٗا مُّنِيرٗا٤٦
33:46. For this purpose, the foremost task you undertake is to convey to the people details of the guidance of Allah and to invite them towards progressive plans as directed by Allah. Those who act according to His guidance will have a bright future.
وَبَشِّرِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ بِأَنَّ لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ فَضۡلٗا كَبِيرٗا٤٧
33:47. So inform good tidings to your associates who follow you that Allah’s guidance will always yield good results for all your progressive deeds.
وَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَدَعۡ أَذَىٰهُمۡ وَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلٗا٤٨
33:48. So keep on telling the people about the purposes of Rabbu's guidance. Ignore those who refuse to accept His guidance and engage in illegal activities. And if they harm you, do not care about it at present. Have complete faith in the guidance of Allah. His guidance alone is sufficient to accomplish your goals.
We have already stated in 33:35 that both men and women should participate in social good deeds. So, you need to know the laws related to domestic affairs as well. We have already informed the details about this in 2:228-241. We give further clarifications.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِذَا نَكَحۡتُمُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقۡتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ فَمَا لَكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِنَّ مِنۡ عِدَّةٖ تَعۡتَدُّونَهَاۖ فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ سَرَاحٗا جَمِيلٗا٤٩
33:49. O Followers of Allah’s Guidance! Generally, the law of three-months “Idha duration” has to be observed by the couple in case of divorce. (Ref: 2:228) If you happen to divorce your wife before you have touched her, this law is not applicable. If you are affluent, make the necessary living arrangements for them. Also, free them from the bond of marriage in a beautiful way. (Ref: 2:236&237)
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ إِنَّآ أَحۡلَلۡنَا لَكَ أَزۡوَٰجَكَ ٱلَّٰتِيٓ ءَاتَيۡتَ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَمَا مَلَكَتۡ يَمِينُكَ مِمَّآ أَفَآءَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمِّكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمَّٰتِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَالِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَٰلَٰتِكَ ٱلَّٰتِي هَاجَرۡنَ مَعَكَ وَٱمۡرَأَةٗ مُّؤۡمِنَةً إِن وَهَبَتۡ نَفۡسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ
33:50. O, Reformist! We have given you permission to select women as your spouse by donating Mahar. Also, there is nothing wrong with incorporating women who have been liberated from the enemies (see 60:10) and those who have migrated with you, including your cousin sisters such as the daughter of your father’s brother, the daughter of your aunt, the daughter of your mother's uncle, the daughter of your mother's sister. And if a believing woman wants to dedicate herself to living with you and supporting your programs, then it is permissible to include such a woman.
إِنۡ أَرَادَ ٱلنَّبِيُّ أَن يَسۡتَنكِحَهَا خَالِصَةٗ لَّكَ مِن دُونِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَۗ قَدۡ عَلِمۡنَا مَا فَرَضۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ فِيٓ أَزۡوَٰجِهِمۡ وَمَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُهُمۡ لِكَيۡلَا يَكُونَ عَلَيۡكَ حَرَجٞۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمٗا٥٠
Joining them without Maher is the exemption given only to you. As for other followers, we have already announced rules and regulations. (See 4: 23-25 & 5: 5 and there are many more references.) The purpose of making such an exception is to avoid causing you trouble in this matter. Of course, all of Allah's plans are designed for the protection of people from all walks of life. This is the great mercy of Allah.
As already mentioned, the safety of women is one of the most important aspects of wartime relief efforts. (See Explanation 4: 3) After that, when other young people convert to Islam, they can release the women who are in the marriage bond of the followers of guidance and allow them to marry a young man who has converted to Islam. That too only if the women want to get remarried.
۞تُرۡجِي مَن تَشَآءُ مِنۡهُنَّ وَتُٔۡوِيٓ إِلَيۡكَ مَن تَشَآءُۖ وَمَنِ ٱبۡتَغَيۡتَ مِمَّنۡ عَزَلۡتَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكَۚ
33:51. O, Reformist! You can also exclude whomever you want from your bond. You can also allow them to stay with you as long as you want. If those who are excluded from living with you realize their mistake and seek to reconcile with you, you can allow them to stay. There is nothing wrong with that. And it will console them.
ذَٰلِكَ أَدۡنَىٰٓ أَن تَقَرَّ أَعۡيُنُهُنَّ وَلَا يَحۡزَنَّ وَيَرۡضَيۡنَ بِمَآ ءَاتَيۡتَهُنَّ كُلُّهُنَّۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي قُلُوبِكُمۡۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَلِيمٗا٥١
But there are certain conditions. They should not cause any impediment in your programs. And be satisfied with the amount they get from you. Only then can they all live and work smoothly with you. They should also keep in mind that Allah knows best what is in their hearts. Because all of Allah's plans are based on wisdom.
So, in order to protect the women and refugee women who came to the Reformist during the war and took refuge, he had to marry them. The social situation will develop in the future. Therefore,
لَّا يَحِلُّ لَكَ ٱلنِّسَآءُ مِنۢ بَعۡدُ وَلَآ أَن تَبَدَّلَ بِهِنَّ مِنۡ أَزۡوَٰجٖ وَلَوۡ أَعۡجَبَكَ حُسۡنُهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتۡ يَمِينُكَۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ رَّقِيبٗا٥٢
33:52. O, Reformist! You should no longer associate with anyone other than women who are already with you. It is also forbidden to exclude those who are currently in your agreement to join another woman. No matter how energetic and beautiful their appearance is! Do not associate with any woman other than those who are in bondage to you. Do not forget that Allah is watching over every event.
The reason is that the idea that the Reformist is associating with a large number of women spread among the people. So many women may want to join him. This shows that there is no room for this. And these commandments are personal commands given only to the Reformist. This does not apply to other followers of guidance. Learn about the rules of discipline that other followers of guidance must follow.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَدۡخُلُواْ بُيُوتَ ٱلنَّبِيِّ إِلَّآ أَن يُؤۡذَنَ لَكُمۡ إِلَىٰ طَعَامٍ غَيۡرَ نَٰظِرِينَ إِنَىٰهُ وَلَٰكِنۡ إِذَا دُعِيتُمۡ فَٱدۡخُلُواْ فَإِذَا طَعِمۡتُمۡ فَٱنتَشِرُواْ وَلَا مُسۡتَٔۡنِسِينَ لِحَدِيثٍۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكُمۡ كَانَ يُؤۡذِي ٱلنَّبِيَّ فَيَسۡتَحۡيِۦ مِنكُمۡۖ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَسۡتَحۡيِۦ مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّۚ
33:53. O Followers of Allah’s guidance! It is not proper for you to go to the reformist's house without an invitation. So, you have to get prior permission to meet him. The reason is he will have other programs. So, your visit will affect them. As well as inviting yourself to a dinner party, don’t go there and wait for food before it’s ready. You only go there if you are called on time. And do not sit there after you have finished your meals. This will cause disturbance to the Reformist’s other programs. He may hesitate to tell you this.
وَإِذَا سَأَلۡتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَٰعٗا فَسَۡٔلُوهُنَّ مِن وَرَآءِ حِجَابٖۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ أَطۡهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمۡ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّۚ وَمَا كَانَ لَكُمۡ أَن تُؤۡذُواْ رَسُولَ ٱللَّهِ وَلَآ أَن تَنكِحُوٓاْ أَزۡوَٰجَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦٓ أَبَدًاۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكُمۡ كَانَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ عَظِيمًا٥٣
Also, learn how to behave with the reformist’s wife. If you need something from her, do not shout at her. Stand behind the screen and request respectfully and humbly. Such attitudes will purify your hearts and their souls. It is not proper for you, as the followers of guidance to offend the Reformist Nabi in his way. And his wives are like your mother. Therefore, it is forbidden for the followers to marry any of his wives after the death of the reformist. Marrying his wife is the greatest crime under the law of Allah.
Mutual relations between followers of guidance are purified by such virtues. The habit of behaving in others’ homes will improve just as one behaves in the homes of the Reformist. (See 24: 27-29)
إِن تُبۡدُواْ شَيًۡٔا أَوۡ تُخۡفُوهُ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٗا٥٤
33:54. And keep one thing in mind. You will think that you will go unnoticed by Allah if you act secretly. But the truth is different. Do not forget that Allah has the power to know everything, whether you act openly or indirectly. Allah has the power to know the things that penetrate the mind.
لَّا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِنَّ فِيٓ ءَابَآئِهِنَّ وَلَآ أَبۡنَآئِهِنَّ وَلَآ إِخۡوَٰنِهِنَّ وَلَآ أَبۡنَآءِ إِخۡوَٰنِهِنَّ وَلَآ أَبۡنَآءِ أَخَوَٰتِهِنَّ وَلَا نِسَآئِهِنَّ وَلَا مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُهُنَّۗ وَٱتَّقِينَ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدًا٥٥
33:55. Let the women know how they should behave. There is nothing wrong with them appearing in from of their fathers, brothers, nephews, nieces, nephews, and those men who are under their service. As for the other men, instructions are already given in 33:32. So let them fear Allah and abide by His limits. Know that your every deed will be proved by the witnesses of Allah.
O followers of Allah’s guidance! The reformist has a grand mission in his life for the benefit of all sections of the people. He has been working tirelessly to implement them and create a better modern world. (See 14:47-48 & 39:69) Do not assume that he is alone in accomplishing this plan.
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَٰٓئِكَتَهُۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِيِّۚ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ صَلُّواْ عَلَيۡهِ وَسَلِّمُواْ تَسۡلِيمًا٥٦
33:56. Allah and His universal forces do accomplish the Reformist in his grand mission. So, O followers! You too must stand by him, support his mission wholeheartedly and carry out his commands accordingly. There should be no room for hatred in this.
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡذُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ لَعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٗا مُّهِينٗا٥٧
33:57. So, do not act in a way that is detrimental to the plans of Allah’s Regime and His programs. For those who act in this way, painful torments await them in their present life and the future. And let them know that the Regime forbids such people and that they will be subjected to many insults and sufferings.
وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡذُونَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ بِغَيۡرِ مَا ٱكۡتَسَبُواْ فَقَدِ ٱحۡتَمَلُواْ بُهۡتَٰنٗا وَإِثۡمٗا مُّبِينٗا٥٨
33:58. Likewise, those who slander men and women who work in the ministry and other good offices and those who interfere with their office routines will be severely punished. They will be punished even if they are slander or obstruct. Let me declare this openly.
Dear Intellectuals! These were the commands given to the Reformist during his lifetime and to his Companions, the great Sahabahs. Do not assume that this has nothing to do with us living at present. This responsibility is handed over to the followers after the death of the Reformist (See 3:81,102 & 144). So if we, who have accepted the guidance of Rabbu, also engage in such social reforms, we will get the blessings of Allah and the support of the natural forces of the universe. (See 33:43) For this, social activists must adhere to certain restrictions on their lifestyle. Only then can you perform better. Therefore
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزۡوَٰجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَآءِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يُدۡنِينَ عَلَيۡهِنَّ مِن جَلَٰبِيبِهِنَّۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَدۡنَىٰٓ أَن يُعۡرَفۡنَ فَلَا يُؤۡذَيۡنَۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمٗا٥٩
33:59. O, Reformist! Introduce the Uniform Dress Code to your spouses and women involved in other government officials who participate in your action plan. Thus the miscreants may not misbehave by realizing that these are civil servants. This is the easiest way to be safe from the evil ones. Thus all the instructions of Allah are given for the protection of the people on all sides. This is the great mercy of Allah.
We identify public servants such as the police and those in medical services by their allotted uniforms and treat them with dignity and respect. As well as all the other women should dress beautifully. Because if they come out of the residences without proper dressing, the young men will try to web them. Thus the future of women will be at stake. And such half-dresses can make the minds of young people tingle. They too will fall prey to lust over time. So you can make the country better by coming out wearing nice and beautiful clothes without exposing your body.
۞لَّئِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٞ وَٱلۡمُرۡجِفُونَ فِي ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ لَنُغۡرِيَنَّكَ بِهِمۡ ثُمَّ لَا يُجَاوِرُونَكَ فِيهَآ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا٦٠
33:60. Those who are disturbing the social harmony, those who are caprice, and those who are spreading false propaganda in the city against chaste women should change their course. They should no longer slander or tease chaste women (Eve-teasing). If they do not refrain from such evil deeds, severe action will be taken against them. After that, they will have to leave the city soon.
مَّلۡعُونِينَۖ أَيۡنَمَا ثُقِفُوٓاْ أُخِذُواْ وَقُتِّلُواْ تَقۡتِيلٗا٦١
33:61. And all facilities available from the Government shall be barred. If they do not change their course, they will be imprisoned. If any such miscreants try to escape, they will be immediately arrested and put to death. This is the severe punishment they will receive.
سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ فِي ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوۡاْ مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّةِ ٱللَّهِ تَبۡدِيلٗا٦٢
33:62. This law proposed by Allah is not new. The same law has been in force on His part for a long time. So there has never been a change in the practical laws of Allah. There will be no change anymore.
يَسَۡٔلُكَ ٱلنَّاسُ عَنِ ٱلسَّاعَةِۖ قُلۡ إِنَّمَا عِلۡمُهَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِۚ وَمَا يُدۡرِيكَ لَعَلَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ تَكُونُ قَرِيبًا٦٣
33:63. The people ask you as to when such a structured social system will come into existence. Tell them, “Only Allah has the knowledge about when it will happen. Such a renaissance may come soon.”
That is, the destruction or revival of society will depend only on basis of their efforts and hard work. The more they do evil deeds, the sooner those destructions will come. As well as the extent to which they do good deeds, their benefits will soon come to the fore. No one can predict that day, month, or year. But only one thing will surely happen. I.e.
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَعَنَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ سَعِيرًا٦٤
33:64. Those who act against His guidance will lose the blessings of Allah. And their life will turn into hell and they will have to face torment. They are meant for such evildoers.
خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدٗاۖ لَّا يَجِدُونَ وَلِيّٗا وَلَا نَصِيرٗا٦٥
33:65. They will stay in it for a long time and suffer. And there will be no one to support or help such people.
يَوۡمَ تُقَلَّبُ وُجُوهُهُمۡ فِي ٱلنَّارِ يَقُولُونَ يَٰلَيۡتَنَآ أَطَعۡنَا ٱللَّهَ وَأَطَعۡنَا ٱلرَّسُولَا۠٦٦
33:66. At the time when they experience the torments of Hell, they will be lamenting, “We must have followed the instructions of Allah! Must have acted in the way the reformist showed! ”
وَقَالُواْ رَبَّنَآ إِنَّآ أَطَعۡنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَآءَنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا ٱلسَّبِيلَا۠٦٧
33:67. And they will be screaming, “O, Our Rabbu! We obeyed our leaders and saints! But they misled us!”
رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِهِمۡ ضِعۡفَيۡنِ مِنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ وَٱلۡعَنۡهُمۡ لَعۡنٗا كَبِيرٗا٦٨
33:68. And they would cry, “O, Our Rabbu! Award double torments to our leaders who misled us. Let them be thrown into the worst abyss of hell and tormented.”
So, if such a disgusting situation is not to occur then everyone must act with full strength to carry out the action plans brought by the Reformist. And do not harm him in any way (see 33:57). Before this, the Israelite teased the Reformist Moosa Nabi and caused various troubles. As a result, the social welfare programs he brought were hampered many times. Therefore
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَكُونُواْ كَٱلَّذِينَ ءَاذَوۡاْ مُوسَىٰ فَبَرَّأَهُ ٱللَّهُ مِمَّا قَالُواْۚ وَكَانَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَجِيهٗا٦٩
33:69. O Followers of Our Guidance! Do not behave like those who caused trouble to the reformist Moosa Nabi. Rather he was the most honorable and dignified Nabi as per the records.

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَقُولُواْ قَوۡلٗا سَدِيدٗا٧٠
33:70. O Followers of Our Guidance! Fear the evil consequences of acting in defiance of Our instructions. So, always be honest and polite with the people wholeheartedly while expressing your views.
يُصۡلِحۡ لَكُمۡ أَعۡمَٰلَكُمۡ وَيَغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡ ذُنُوبَكُمۡۗ وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَقَدۡ فَازَ فَوۡزًا عَظِيمًا٧١
33:71. By speaking like this, your conduct will be regularized according to the Pre-Directed Laws of Allah. And you will get protection from evil impacts caused by wrongdoing. In short, obey the guidance of Allah and the constitutional laws based on it enacted by the reformist. This will lead to a massive renaissance in your life. Isn't this a huge success?
إِنَّا عَرَضۡنَا ٱلۡأَمَانَةَ عَلَى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلۡجِبَالِ فَأَبَيۡنَ أَن يَحۡمِلۡنَهَا وَأَشۡفَقۡنَ مِنۡهَا
33:72. All that are in the galaxies and the earth, such as the great mountains are, indeed, all willingly obeying Allah's command to carry out His plans. (See 41:11 & 16:49-50) None of them deviates from the command of Allah fearing the consequences of doing so.
وَحَمَلَهَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ ظَلُومٗا جَهُولٗا٧٢
But the situation of man is different. He slips away from the duty given to him. He is unaware that he will have to face the consequences. That is why Man becomes unjust and barbaric.
The question now is why these destructions and sufferings occur only to man. The reason is that man alone is given full freedom. So he becomes responsible for the results of all his deeds whether good or bad. That's why
لِّيُعَذِّبَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكَٰتِ وَيَتُوبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمَۢا٧٣
33:73. According to the rules of law prescribed by Allah, it is inevitable that both men and women, whether males or females or those who live in submission to their desires, will suffer. On the contrary, the provision of Allah leads the followers whether men or women to deviate from the wrong path and go straight to the right path. Thus, their present life and future sustainable life will be better. There is no doubt that the plans of Allah are for the benefit of all sections of the people. It is a reflection of the great mercy of Allah.
So, if the man wants to get the grace of Allah, he must accept His guidance and come forward to act accordingly.
