بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)
يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ لَهُ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ وَلَهُ ٱلۡحَمۡدُۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ١
64:1. All creation in the universe and on earth is working tirelessly to fulfill the plans set by Allah. So, His rule is under function in the universe and on earth. And they are all admirable. Allah is the Almighty who sets the rules and standard laws for all creation.
هُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُمۡ فَمِنكُمۡ كَافِرٞ وَمِنكُم مُّؤۡمِنٞۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ٢
64:2. The man was created according to the great creative plans of Allah. He has been given complete freedom in this world according to the plan of Allah. So, there are people who refuse the guidance of Allah and some who accept His guidance. (See 18:29) But every action of man is under the watchful eye of Allah. That is, the benefits and consequences will be reaped by his actions.
خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَصَوَّرَكُمۡ فَأَحۡسَنَ صُوَرَكُمۡۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ٣
64:3. So it is not an illusion that the universes and the earth were created. They are created with high intentions and creative plans. (See 16: 3-9) So man was created on a similar basis. Allah created you according to His plan and made you live better. So, every action of yours goes towards the goal He has set.
يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَيَعۡلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّونَ وَمَا تُعۡلِنُونَۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ٤
64:4. As such, He knows everything that happens in the universe and on earth. He is not unaware of what is going on openly and secretly. Why so much? Allah has the power even to know your thoughts and feelings.
أَلَمۡ يَأۡتِكُمۡ نَبَؤُاْ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن قَبۡلُ فَذَاقُواْ وَبَالَ أَمۡرِهِمۡ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ٥
64:5. Have you not received news of previously extinct societies? They were doing evil deeds against Our guidance. They met the consequences. That is, there was a catastrophe and they were in excruciating pain.
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُۥ كَانَت تَّأۡتِيهِمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ فَقَالُوٓاْ أَبَشَرٞ يَهۡدُونَنَا فَكَفَ رُواْ وَتَوَلَّواْۖ وَّٱسۡتَغۡنَى ٱللَّهُۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٞ٦
64:6. The reformist used to give evidence-based guidance to the people of that time. But instead of examining their true condition, they refused to accept them, claiming that the guide was an ordinary man like others. They said they would not accept the advice of such a person. The consequences are not for Allah but for the people who oppose Him. He is in no need of anyone’s support and all of His projects are commendable.
زَعَمَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَن لَّن يُبۡعَثُواْۚ قُلۡ بَلَىٰ وَرَبِّي لَتُبۡعَثُنَّ ثُمَّ لَتُنَبَّؤُنَّ بِمَا عَمِلۡتُمۡۚ وَذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرٞ٧
64:7. And even today the refuters are in the imagination that no one can tap into themselves. So, they are thinking that they can continue to do such evil deeds forever. The Reformist said to them, “The consequences as per Allah’s laws are against your imagination. So, the consequences of the wrong actions you are doing will start to appear. Then you will know about it. Allah has no difficulty in causing such an effect.”
فََٔامِنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَٱلنُّورِ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنزَلۡنَاۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٞ٨
64:8. So, do not act blindly. Explore the realities of Allah’s revelation towards enlightened life and the by-laws enacted by reformist to implement it. Keep in mind that Allah knows best of what all you do.
يَوۡمَ يَجۡمَعُكُمۡ لِيَوۡمِ ٱلۡجَمۡعِۖ ذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمُ ٱلتَّغَابُنِۗ وَمَن يُؤۡمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ وَيَعۡمَلۡ صَٰلِحٗا يُكَفِّرۡ عَنۡهُ سَئَِّاتِهِۦ وَيُدۡخِلۡهُ جَنَّٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدٗاۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ٩
64:9. If you do not come forward to do so, you will eventually have to meet on the battlefield. Then the fact of who is going to be at a huge loss will be known. Then the fact of who had any defect will be known. Those who accept the guidance of Allah and devise creative welfare schemes will get rid of the bad habits that came from them. The society in which they live will become heavenly. And the economic facilities there will be growing like a perennial river of life. In which they will live forever. Is it not a great privilege to have such a life?
وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَكَذَّبُواْ بَِٔايَٰتِنَآ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَاۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ١٠
64:10. On the contrary, for those who refuse to accept the guidance of Allah and commit evil deeds, their lives will be miserable. Their pain is unlikely to subside. Thus, the place where they live would be very bad.
مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۗ وَمَن يُؤۡمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ يَهۡدِ قَلۡبَهُۥۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ١١
64:11. Thus every tragic event that befalls man is the result of his evil deeds according to the rules prescribed by Allah. (See 4:79) So, whoever examines and obeys the laws of Allah, their minds will be enlightened. And will find out the way for their safe life. The guidance of Allah is to inform everything well.
وَأَطِيعُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ ٱلرَّسُولَۚ فَإِن تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَىٰ رَسُولِنَا ٱلۡبَلَٰغُ ٱلۡمُبِينُ١٢
64:12. So follow the guidance of Allah and the laws that govern to implement it. Ignoring any of these two will not guarantee your safe life. You are responsible for the destruction that befalls you. It is the mission of the reformist to make this point clear.
ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلۡيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ١٣
64:13. Remember. If you follow some other means equating with His guidance mentioned above, you can never live in peace. Because the universe and the earth operate under His authority. No authority other than Him is exercised. Therefore, those who accept the guidance of Allah must act with full faith and the by-laws that govern to implement it.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِنَّ مِنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِكُمۡ وَأَوۡلَٰدِكُمۡ عَدُوّٗا لَّكُمۡ فَٱحۡذَرُوهُمۡۚ وَإِن تَعۡفُواْ وَتَصۡفَحُواْ وَتَغۡفِرُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٌ١٤
64:14. O followers of Our guidance! The wives and children of a few people do not like to do community service. So, you have to be very careful in this matter. Even so, if they resist, leave them alone without paying much attention, and you will focus on your work. Surely from the rule of Allah, you will get the ways to make life secure for all people.
إِنَّمَآ أَمۡوَٰلُكُمۡ وَأَوۡلَٰدُكُمۡ فِتۡنَةٞۚ وَٱللَّهُ عِندَهُۥٓ أَجۡرٌ عَظِيمٞ١٥
64:15. Thus the riches you have spearheaded and the wife may come as a great test to you. But by setting these aside, if you act according to the advice of Allah, you are sure to get immense benefits.
فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ مَا ٱسۡتَطَعۡتُمۡ وَٱسۡمَعُواْ وَأَطِيعُواْ وَأَنفِقُواْ خَيۡرٗا لِّأَنفُسِكُمۡۗ وَمَن يُوقَ شُحَّ نَفۡسِهِۦ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ١٦
64:16. So follow the guidance of Allah as much as you can. Listen to the advice of Allah. Act according to them. Spend for the good of the community in the way He shows. Doing so will bring you greater benefits. So those who work tirelessly with generosity will find themselves on the list of “Successful Achievers”.
إِن تُقۡرِضُواْ ٱللَّهَ قَرۡضًا حَسَنٗا يُضَٰعِفۡهُ لَكُمۡ وَيَغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ شَكُورٌ حَلِيمٌ١٧
64:17. According to the advice of Allah, all the wealth, excess to your needs, which you give for the welfare of the common people will be considered as a loan. They would multiply and come back to you. (See 27:11-12) And you will get the ways to have a secure life by all means. Thus, those who work in gratitude and faith will receive long-term benefits from Allah.
عَٰلِمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ١٨
64:18. The power of Allah is infinite. Whether your activities are hidden or obvious, they will not go unnoticed. To that extent, His infinite power to control everything and every action is based on absolute wisdom. So, spend for the good of the community according to His advice.
