Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)

To Mankind.سٓۚ Clear Cut Guidance ط

27:1

27:1. The Book containing crystal clear guidance is revealed to Mankind. This Book calls all the people of the world towards the right path! So, all the Quranic verses that are bestowed upon you are clear scriptural advice.

27:2

27:2. These instructions are meant to guide those who accept them wholeheartedly and to give them the good news that their good deeds will surely be rewarded.

27:3

27:3. In order to uphold the moral values of the community, such people will organize social welfare forums for the upliftment of the oppressed, extend financial help for it and also teach the principles of guidance to the people (see 29:45). (See 2:219) They will also firmly accept Allah's Pre-Directed Laws, “Ultimate result of human deeds” and act creatively.

27:4

27:4. To those who do not accept the rules of “The ultimate result of human deeds” set by Rabbu, all the wrong deeds they do will appear very excellent to them. Therefore, according to the Pre-Directed Laws of Rabbu, such people will eventually have to wander finding no way for a peaceful life.

27:5

27:5. The consequences of the evil deeds they commit will be painful. In the end, they will be at a great loss.

27:6

27:6. So the ultimate result of human deeds is revealed in this Quran from Rabbu and is based on clear wisdom. These clear-cut instructions are given to you to save man from suffering.

Such guidance has been given to the Reformists since ancient times. Communities that did not accept them were doomed. In that order, the guidance was given to Reformist Moosa Nabi also. He also made various attempts to guide the people of his community and the dictator Fir’aun. His historical facts begin with the incident in which he received His guidance.

27:7

27:7. When Reformist Moosa Nabi was on travel with his family, darkness surrounded on the way. So, he told them to wait until he would bring a flame of fire that had appeared at the foot of the mountain in the distance. They could find a way by carrying it or spending the night in the cold. (See previous incident 20: 37-40)

27:8

27:8. Similarly, when Reformist Moosa reached there, he heard a voice, “The foothills of the mountain Thoor (see 7:137) where the fire is located and the surrounding area (Palestine) are very fertile. Not only this place but all the other parts of the world are well maintained and protected by Allah, the One and Only Rabbu beyond human imagination.”

Reformist Moosa Nabi was deep in thought as to where that sound was coming from.

27:9

27:9. Further, he heard that the sound was from Allah, the Almighty, who rules all the universes.

Following that, Reformist Moosa Nabi was given guidance. He was instructed to understand them well. One day he was asked about the status of guidance he had on hand to see if he had understood it correctly. (see 20:17) He replied that he was going to lead the community with it and that he would stand by it to solve all other problems. (See 20:18)

27:10

27:10. The command came from Rabbu to submit His guidance which he had in his hand to the people. (See 26:10) Similarly, when he submitted to the people, opposition from all quarters intensified. So, Reformist Moosa Nabi feared as if one fears seeing the mountain serpent scrawling. So, he thought if he could step down from that job. Then came the reassuring message from Rabbu that there was no need to be so afraid and that none of the reformists would run away in such fear.

27:11

27:11. “Those who are indulged in evil deeds will flee in fear. But if the people give up evil deeds and do beautiful good deeds, they could surely find ways to have a safe life. We are gracious and merciful, as We do not punish immediately for wrongdoing, but give ample opportunity to man to correct himself.

27:12

27:12. So present the guidance of Allah in your possession to the people in a simple manner with all evidences. The intellectuals in them will understand that they are the immaculate guide to the enlightened life of the people. (See also 20:22 & 28:32) The commandments given to him are divided into nine sections. Mention them to Fir’aun and his council. Because those people are sinners who go astray.

27:13

27:13. In the same way, when guidelines for the enlightened life of man were presented to them, instead of accepting them, they said that they were all tricks to deceive people.

That is, they said that Reformist Moosa Nabi's warning that if they did not accept Allah's guidance, they would all perish was nothing but lies.

27:14

27:14. They knew that all the evidence quoted by Reformist Moosa Nabi was true. But their arrogance and pride prevented them from accepting them and acting accordingly. Notice what happened to those arrogant later on. (7: 136-137)

27:15

27:15. Likewise, We gave Reformists Dhawood and Sulaiman Our guidance full of wisdom. There were many who accepted Our guidance in the country which they ruled. They all received the blessings of Rabbu and lived a glorious life. Both of them always remembered those blessings and were praising Rabbu and glorifying Him. (See also 28:31)

27:16

27:16. After the death of Reformist Dhawod, his son Sulaiman took over the reign of that country. During his reign, he trained the horses well and prepared the cavalry to use them properly. Not only that, he had all kinds of facilities in that country. Seeing all this, Reformist Sulaiman proudly told the people that all these facilities were the blessings of Allah.

In this verse comes the word ‘Thyran’. Usually, it means bird. But because the horses also go fast, the Arabs called the horse also Thyran. We also call horse running a “flying horse”. That is why we have given the word “Thyran” to the cavalry.

27:17

27:17. Thus, Reformist Sulaiman had prepared separately the armies of the tribes, the guards of the urban people, and the cavalry.

With these soldiers, he was able to maintain the law and order in his country and the neighboring countries. He saw to it that no injustice was done anywhere. For this, it was his habit to visit neighboring countries with troops and find out the situation there. Once when he was on such a mission,

27:18

27:18. He went through the valley of “Namal.” Upon hearing of the arrival of King Sulaiman, the queen of that country said, “O my people! You all stay in your homes. It is not known at this time what for he and his soldiers are coming. It is not known whether they are coming to fight us or to attack another country. Not knowing this fact, you can attack them and they will counter attack and crush you.”

Usually, when kings invade, it was natural to destroy villages and towns along the way. In the same way even today, innocent people are often attacked during the war. So, it is common that the people in that are scared. But the invasion of the rulers of Allah is not for the sake of massacring innocent people but, for the sake of saving the oppressed. So, the queen did not know about the kind Sulaiman and his army.

27:19

27:19. The Reformist Sulaiman smiled when he heard this report. He said, “Ya Rabbi! You have given me and my parents such vast blessings and authority. I use these for the benefit of the people of the world as per Your guidance and be thankful to You by doing good deeds! He prayed, “May I follow Your guidance and join me in the list of those who have done great achievements in world history!”

Dear Intellectuals! Did you notice? Although Reformist Sulaiman was an emperor, he did not pray to Allah to rule according to his own will. He intended to use his ruling power and the blessings he had received to work for the good of the people of the world. These are the proofs that the one who has received the guidance of Rabbu lived with such lofty ideals even though he was on the throne. So, he informed the rulers of 'Namal' about his ideal journey and left the place instructing them to rule according to His guidance.

Thus, Sulaiman, who ruled in the best possible way, maintained the cavalry and warriors at his disposal. Because they are important for a secure government. And named each division of the army. In today's world, it is customary to name armies like this.

27:20

27:20. He once supervised cavalry and armies. He interrogated about the Secret Agent, Hudh Hudhu, as he was found missing. The fact that he had not been on duty for a long time made him angry.

27:21

27:21. Emperor Sulaiman also said, “It is illegal to be absent long without sending any information to the government and it is severely punishable under martial law. He could face the death penalty if he does not produce proper evidence for his absence from duty.”

27:22

27:22. On hearing this, the Secret Agent, Hudh Hudhu, arrived at the king in a few days. He said to the king, “I have brought some information which you do not know. It is about the country of Sabah. All the information I submit is genuine,”

27:23

27:23. “The country is ruled by a woman. That country is self-sufficient and is ruled with all kinds of resources and facilities. So, they do not reach out to other countrymen to fulfill their needs. So, the country is strong and fine.

27:24

27:24. “But the queen and the people of that country have forsaken the guidance of Allah. They have taken the sun as a god and worshiped it. And all the wrong things they do seem beautiful to them. So, their mental inclination is driving them astray. So, they are not on the right track.”

That is because the government and the people of that country do not follow Allah's guidance, they all act arbitrarily. So, there is inequality in their society. And their moral values are deteriorating. So, the country is heading towards destruction. We need to save them from that degeneration. Otherwise, they will perish.

27:25

27:25. “Should they not have acted in accordance with the guidance of Allah, the One, the Creator of the galaxies and the earth, and the One who yields from the unseen things in them according to need?” Even when they were told that any activity done secretly or openly was not hidden from Allah, they are prepared to accept it.”

27:26

27:26. “There is no ruling authority except Allah, the Creator of the universes, Who properly maintains them, and Who controls them. Is it right for them to worship the sun, the creation of Allah?”

Thus, the leader of the Intelligence Agency, “Hudh Hudhu,” knew all about the country and submitted a report to King Sulaiman.

27:27

27:27. Upon hearing this news, Kind Sulaiman said, “Is there anything false in your statement? If that is a lie, then the truth will come out soon.”

It is generally said that the Hudh Hudhu is a bird that gave the above information to Reformist Sulaiman. We need to think about whether this is possible for a bird to furnish such information.

Reformist Sulaiman sent to the ruler of that country a Scripture containing notes explaining what the laws of the land should be like if a country was to continue to function well.

27:28

27:28. He said, “Take these guidance notes of mine. Submit this to the concerned government officials. Stay there for a few days and then observe what happens there.”

Similarly, the intelligence chief “Hudh Hudhu” took the guidance notes containing the scriptural instructions and submitted them to the government. The guidance notes reached the queen. She convened the council immediately after reading them from Reformist Sulaiman.

27:29

27:29. She said, “O Ministers! I have received guidance notes written in a polite manner.”

27:30

27:30. “They have come from Sulaiman. And in it are written the broad Benevolent attributes of Allah and His method of functioning.”

27:31

27:31. She brought to the attention of the members of the councilors, “it is written in the note to accept the contents and completely be obedient to the guidance of Allah, the One and Only Rabbu.

That is to say, it was written in those notes that all should think and accept the bountiful arrangements made by Allah to live and rule in the way He has shown. No one in this world should rule arbitrarily and selfishly. The gist of the notes is that if not so ruled, it will have to face the consequences.

27:32

27:32. “So Member of Council! Please advise what to do with this matter! You know that I will not take a decision on any matter unless you give me heartfelt advice. “

27:33

27:33. On hearing this the ministers said, “It is true that we are mighty and able to fight hard. However, the decision you make about this is final. So, think for yourself and come up with a good solution.”

That is, if we do not listen to Reformist Sulaiman, he will wage war against us. We are ready for anything in return. But the content of the letter is different. That is a matter bound to Rabbu. So, they decided that it was up to the queen to decide on this and left the responsibility to her.

27:34

27:34. The queen, thinking about this said, “Whenever kings invade a country, they will destroy everything there. The dignitaries in that country will be humiliated and disfigured by everything. So even if there is a war now, a similar situation will arise.”

27:35

27:35. And she said, “So I intend to give them some gifts. I'm going to see what happens after that.”

27:36

27:36. Similarly, when the messengers brought the gifts to the Reformist Sulaiman, he said, “Do you intend to console me with the gifts? We have received much more wealth from Allah than you have. Only you people will be happy with this. We don't need all this.”

27:37

27:37. “So take all this back with you. Since they did not accept my advice, I do not know that there was any other way but to invade against them. They will be defeated by the strong army we have. We will then oust them from power and humiliate them as slaves. You have to convey this message to the rulers of your country.”

Thus, Sulaiman decided to invade Sabah. The reason is that the poor people there are suffering a lot due to misrule. If the rule of law is followed, they will get all the ways to live happily. The queen of the country was not ready to accept this. However, he thought that instead of attacking on a large scale, he could only attack their fort and capture the queen. The reason is that it does not cause great loss of life and property to the general public.

27:38

27:38. So he summoned the army commanders and consulted with them. Can anyone of you capture the fort and bring her surrender. Who can fulfill this task.?”

27:39

27:39. Ifreeth, the commando of the mighty army of tribes, promised to complete this task well. He said to Reformist Sulaiman, “Before you get ready for war and leave, I will overthrow her regime and bring her down at your feet. I have all kinds of manpower and full confidence to carry out this task.”

27:40

27:40. A talented general with wisdom and mastery in war tactics said, “This is not a difficult thing at all. I will finish it in the blink of an eye. So, hand over the task to me.”

Observing the strength and facilities available to him, Reformist Sulaiman said to his troops, “These are all blessings of Rabbu. The question before me is whether I am obedient to the guidance of Rabbu in keeping these things, acting in faithfulness, or turning away from Rabbu and acting in self-interest. He who obeys Rabbu and acts in the faithfulness of thanks will reap the fruits of it. Whoever disobeys the command of Rabbu, its evil consequences will accrue to him. My Rabbu is needless and is in an exalted position. Keep these things in mind and go to war.”

That is, you all should know that the purpose of war is to guide the ruler and the people, not to capture their country. These are the high qualities of rulers who act on the basis of His guidance.

27:41

27:41. “Therefore, act with the aim of suppressing her ruling power. Attack her castle, arrest the palace guards and dismantle the throne. Then, let us see if she knows her position and changes herself or is in a state of unconsciousness.” Thus, he chalked out an action plan for his troops with regards to warfare and gave necessary instructions to be followed there.

According to their plan, they went into her castle, seized her throne, and arrested her. Then Reformist Sulaiman went to Sabah and met her.

27:42

27:42. When the captive queen came before him, he said to her, “Is this the status quo of your regime? Did you rule the country believing in these? Is this not ruining your country?” She replied, “Yes, I have always been of the opinion that power is only like this. The wisdom that such a disgrace would occur was already there. So, I will no longer disobey you.”

27:43

27:43. When she was told to accept the guidance of Allah, the sun she was worshiping was blocking her. That made her refuse to accept the advice of Rabbu.

He then handed over the kingdom to her, instructed her to rule according to His guidance, and returned to his homeland. Reformist Sulaiman invited her to pay a visit to his country to make her know how well the people and the kingdom in his country were doing. She also accepted his invitation. He made many decorative arrangements for her arrival.

27:44

27:44. Her reception was held merrily in the mansion decorated with glass. He had made the site look like a pool of water at the entrance of the mansion. Confused at the thought of it being water, she lifted her dress over her calf legs. Seeing this, Reformist Sulaiman said, “This is a house paved with smooth glass.” The queen was amazed and said, “O, My Rabbu! Of course, I harmed myself. I will act in obedience to Allah, the Rabbu of the worlds, and Sulaiman.”

That is to say, just as she misunderstood the glass-made base as a pool of water, she had misunderstood the creation of Allah, the sun to be God. It has been a tradition for one king to explain the truth to another king with such metaphorical objects.

And this passage also shows us the extent to which scientific development had taken place during that time. So, she was stunned to see the mansion of marble. She learned that with scientific development she too could grow to this level and live better. So, she declared that she would accept Rabbu's great administrative arrangement. The reason is that she understood that not only scientific development but also the guidance of Allah is necessary to maintain social moral values.

These are historical facts of Reformist “Solomon the Great and the Queen of Sheba”. The queen realized her mistake and ruled according to His guidance. So, the people of that country were saved from the disasters that would have befallen the country. In contrast, communities such as Aadhu and Samoodh refused to accept His guidance and faced destruction.

27:45

27:45. Reformist Salih also preached to the community of “Samoodh”. He too belonged to that community. He advised his people to accept and live by the guidance of Allah. Thus, the community was divided into two sections. One was those who accepted Salih and the other were those who opposed him.

He told them about the destruction that would be caused by wrongdoing. But they thought it was just intimidation. So, they asked why those destructions were not coming at once.

27:46

27:46. The Reformist was humbly advising, “O my people! How thoughtless you are! Does anyone want to let the benefits be outweighed by disadvantages? If looked at what you say and do, you seem to like evils instead of good news. How good it will be if you act according to the guidance of Allah and be safe from evil consequences! Do you not wish to have the mercy of Allah?”

27:47

27:47. But they did not listen to his advice. Instead, they said to Reformist Salih, “Whenever you see, you are talking about perishing and destruction. So, if you look at yourself and those who are with you, it seems that they are bad omens.” The Reformist said, “We are not responsible for bad omens and destruction. It is the result of your wrongdoing, according to the rules of “the ultimate result of human deeds” prescribed by Allah. You do not appear to change until that catastrophe arrives.”

27:48

27:48. And nine rich leaders had great power in that city. They were the cause of all the confusion. They never acted for the good of society.

The call of the Reformist Salih centered on justice, honesty, and social cohesion. This call was against the ruling class and caused clashes between those who belonged to the Reformist Salih and those who opposed him.

27:49

27:49. Eventually, they all assembled and plotted against. They said, “By the witness of Allah! We shall kill him and those who depend on him without anyone knowing. Then if their families inquire about them, we can swear that we know nothing about it and that everything we say is true.”

It is clear from this that the people were believers of Allah. But they acted in defiance of the instructions of Allah and so were Muslims for namesake. So, Reformist Salih tried to correct them.

27:50

27:50. Thus, they secretly plotted. But the Pre-Directed Laws Allah, “the consequences of human actions” worked against them. This fact went unnoticed by them.

27:51

27:51. So, note what was the result of their intrigues. By the information they got from Allah, Salih and his followers escaped. All who opposed him perished.

27:52

27:52. This will be the destruction that will befall the wrongdoers in the world. This is not just a story. The ruined town and houses are right in front of your eyes! Look at them and find out what really happened. There are many lessons for thinking people. (See 26: 158)

27:53

27:53. And those who accepted the guidance of Allah and lived in fear of the adverse consequences of acting against it did not fall into that destruction. They were saved.

27:54

27:54. Similarly, the community of Reformist Looth Nabi was one of the extinct communities. His community was involved in heinous acts. They did it knowing what the consequences would be. So, he strongly condemned it.

27:55

27:55. Not only that, the community was involved in many atrocities. (See 29:29) In addition, they left their wives to pursue homosexuality in order to satisfy their lust. These were completely disgraceful acts. So, Reformist Looth Nabi severely rebuked them.

27:56

27:56. But the community of Looth Nabi did not accept his advice at all. Instead, they focused on expelling him and his associates. They mocked him as if he were very holy. They had no other speech than that.

27:57

27:57. So there came a message of the ensuing destruction. (See 11:81). They fled the scene, but his wife ignored the warning. She was caught up in the catastrophe there because she stayed there.

27:58

27:58. That is, the volcanic eruption and hailstones rained down there as per the laws of Rabbu. All of them were burnt to ashes and buried. So, after the precaution, the volcanic rain that fell on them was very bad.

What is clear from these historical events is that the perpetrators of injustice are doomed in the end. Those who accept His guidance live in safety. If Allah had not made such an arrangement, injustice and atrocities would have continued everywhere in the world. Is it not the great mercy of Allah to prevent this from happening through “Check Point”? (See 2: 251). That's why

27:59

27:59. Explain to the people of the world that all of Allah's grand schemes are worthy of praise and admiration. And declare that those who obey the guidance of Allah and live with dignity will be safe in the world and those who act against His guidance will perish. So, is it better to live according to the advice of Allah? Or is it better to follow other means equating to His guidance?

Let them all think about it and ask them to take the right decision after going through the following passages.

Part: 20

27:60

27:60. Ask the people, “Who created all things in the universe and on earth, and made all living things to get a livelihood by rains down from the sky? Is it not with that rainwater that beautiful orchards and gardens are created? Who creates the trees and vines in them? Did Allah or you make this great arrangement? You have deviated from the guidance of Allah even though you know the truth and are following your desires! Is that right?”

27:61

27:61. Ask the people, “Who created the earth for you to dwell in? Who created the rivers, the mountains, and the barriers between the seas so that the earth does not tilt or vibrate? (See also 25:53). Do you think anyone other than Allah can create these? You are a people who have failed to think!”

27:62

27:62. Ask the people, “When those in distress and dangers call for help, who will answer them and give them relief? Who is responsible for providing relief to those in distress? Does Allah or your imaginary gods make such arrangements?” So those who receive the guidance of Allah are very few.

That is, you get the solutions to all the problems of all the people of the world through this Quran. (See 17:82) This is how Allah responds to the call of the people through this Quran.

Arrangements of medicinal herbs have also been made on earth to provide relief from human disease. It is with them that the physical ailments of man are cured.

The Quran also tells us how to get relief for those who are trapped in the tyrannical rule. Guidance is given through this Quran to grow their energies as well. When a society follows them, special energies grow within them and their sorrows disappear. And they will have the power to rule and all problems will be solved. (See 24:55). Is it right to leave Allah who made all such arrangements and follow other means equating with His guidance?

27:63

27:63. Ask the people, “Who guides you in the light of the stars and the moon, when you travel by desert and sea at night? (See 16:16) Who arranged for water which is a life-saving liquid for all living things on earth? That water rains down like raindrops. The air is pressurized before it rains. Who made all these arrangements? Is this not the great mercy of Allah? Yet you follow other means equating with Allah’s guidance! Allah is beyond all imaginary deities that you worship!”

27:64

27:64. Ask the people, “Who created the creatures of the world? Who created them and made them all grow gradually and reach the ultimate goal? Who made for you all kinds of livelihoods from skies and earth? Knowing this fact, you are worshiping the saints and dead ones! If you say they made these arrangements, then bring the appropriate evidence.”

27:65

27:65. Tell the people, “Allah is fully aware of all creations in the universe and the earth and all those which are beyond the reach of human knowledge. No one but Him knows the truths hidden in them. The vanished saints you call for help also do not know. Why so much? They have no idea when they will be raised. (16:21) Such are the people you are calling for help. Will you never think?”

27:66

27:66. And life after death cannot be predicted by man. So, it is announced through His guidance. Yet they are skeptical. In other words, they are blindly acting as they please.

27:67

27:67. So they ask, “Will we be raised again after we and our ancestors died and were buried?”

27:68

27:68. They also say, “Such threats have been made against us and our ancestors before. These are all nothing but myths.”

27:69

27:69. Convince them, “These are not just threats. Travel around the world for yourself to find out what happened to the previous societies that acted in the wrong way. The truth will be understood.”

That is, how many societies have perished in this world according to the rules of “the ultimate result of human deeds” set by Allah. Shreds of evidence of their extinction are still buried in the earth. If you look at them and admit that it is true that such catastrophes have occurred, you know that they are sure to suffer as a result of their wrongdoings even after your death.

27:70

27:70. O, Reformist! Do not worry about those who speak against you. And don't be embarrassed by the intrigues they are doing.

27:71

27:71. You often warn them of the impending doom. They ask you when that destruction will come.

27:72

27:72. Tell them, “Some of those destructions that you are eagerly awaiting may come to you little by little from now on.”

The effects of human actions are time framed to emerge. They will come out accordingly. No one on earth could survive if he were to be punished immediately for his evil deeds. (See 16:61) So he is given the opportunity to change.

27:73

27:73. So Rabbu is most merciful in this matter. But people who do not know the truth are abusing this break time. Thus, they do not make proper use of this privilege of Allah.

27:74

27:74. Allah is fully aware of every thought that penetrates their hearts and their transparent activities. So, the consequences of evil deeds do not go unnoticed.

27:75

27:75. Because none of the events that take place in the skies or the earth is hidden from Allah. He is the One who created the laws that change the course of every human action. No one can ever change them.

27:76

27:76. This Quran states the facts on the same basis. But the Israelites disagree on this point. This Quran has come to remove their differences.

27:77

27:77. And for those who wholeheartedly accept the guidance of Allah, this Quran is a guidance and a guide in every aspect of their lives to prosper.

27:78

27:78. But those who refuse to accept His guidance want to act selfishly as they please. So, the consequences will be in line with their actions. All these are based on the clear wisdom established by Allah. Thus, the plan of Allah is eternal.

27:79

27:79. So act with complete confidence in the guidance of Allah, which will abide forever. Know that they can succeed in their goal only by acting accordingly.

27:80

27:80. Those who live without any capability can never be made to listen to this guidance. The reason is that those who look like deaf people will run away. Your advice will not impress such people.

Similarly, no one can listen to the dead. So, it is useless to go to their graves and place their grievances before them.

27:81

27:81. Nor can the misguided people who live blindly without thinking about anything be brought to the right path. You can make Only those who trust in Allah's guidance and accept it wholeheartedly to listen. Such are the Muslims who act in obedience to Allah.

So, in societies that go astray, suffering and misery occur from many angles. Sometimes there is disorder and destruction within the upper echelons of society. Sometimes problems will arise in the grassroots of a few communities and law and order will be disrupted. Sometimes this becomes the reason for the division. As a result, society gets divided into many sections and many atrocities such as riots, rebels, and conflicts take place. (See 6:65)

27:82

27:82. When such unjust atrocities are rampant, a warrior or a social organization will be formed to defeat them. It will support the victims and take action against the tyrannical regime in that country. The Jamaat will inform the people about the dire situation caused by the government acting against the guidance of Allah.

In this text, the word ‘Dhabbathan’ is used. It means living animals. Living animals include man. (See 6:38, 11:56 & 22:18) If an injustice were to occur, we spell out, “Would not a brave man come to question you?” That is what we say in the speech. That is why we have given the meaning of the word ‘Dhabbathan’ in this text as a brave warrior or social organization.

And sometimes such countries are also subject to attack by aliens. Losing the strength to face it, the country will fail. Following that, the community will live in slavery. This is a fact that has been going on since ancient times.

27:83

27:83. Well, Organized Security Forces will be formed against every community that denies the guidance of Allah according to His framed laws. Sometimes, they will combine as multinational forces and take the shape of world wars. One faction will fight to suppress the injustice of the other faction.

27:84

27:84. Such guards will say: “You do not fully understand the true nature of His guidance in totality. You have blindly denied them! Do you now know what the outcome was? Do you now understand what you are doing?”

To this day, we take only one or two verses from the Qur’an and conclude to perform on our own. This is wrong. The position of the Qur’an on each subject should be taken into account and concluded with all the verses about it. Take the case of thalaq for example. We follow what is in practice by keeping only a few sayings from Qur’an without paying attention to all the verses related to it. Doing so is contrary to Allah and His Book, it is, therefore, important to fully explore each subject and the overall wordings of the Qur’an involved and then implement it.

27:85

27:85. At such times, they cannot answer to their wrongdoings. The reason is that the sufferings that came before them were the result of the unjust wrongs they had committed. This is the immutable law of Allah.

All the worldly creations that Allah has created are before their eyes, but they never examine them. They do not even notice that everything is going according to plan!

27:86

27:86. Nor do they observe the alternation of day and night. We have created the night to rest, the day to work and seek a livelihood. (See 78:10-11) Indeed in that are signs for those who accept Our guidance.

That is, the quality of life of communities that work hard will be brighter and the lives of the non-working-class will be darker. None of this happens on the basis of sudden twists. That too will occur over a fixed period. That period can extend from decades to centuries. So dormant societies can only survive for some years. But in the due course, it will be under a state of darkness. This is called as ‘the dead’ society. Riots and conflicts will occur in this world only against those who do not work and live in luxury in the labor of others.

27:87

27:87. When the chains of war are raised according to the same rules set by Rabbu, there will be a terror for those who live at the highest level and those who live at the lowest level. But those who live according to the counsel of Rabbu will have no fear. The reason is that they will be able to cope with such a situation. Thus, all the people of the community will come to the path prescribed by Allah. (See 6:74,18:99, 20:10 & 39:68)

That is to say, people from all walks of life will support the rule of Rabbu as all will be equally treated. No one will live in comforts on labor to others. In the period when such sovereignty occurs,

27:88

27:88. Looking at those who have amassed wealth and power like mountains, you think that all are very strong and so you can never shake them. But in appearance, they are so. They will disappear as the clouds fly away in due course. These are not just simple words. It is the word of Allah who created everything and determined its functional abilities. Likewise, every deed you do will not go unnoticed by Allah. The consequences will surely be felt.

27:89

27:89. Because the law of immutability prescribed by Allah is equal for all. Any society that does beautiful good deeds and strives for social equality has its benefits for that society. And such horrific events will never happen in such societies. (See 21:103 & 27: 87)

27:90

27:90. Conversely, any society that acts in a way that disrupts social equality will have to face its consequences. Such a society would be in dire straits. The question before them would be, “Have you been paid for what you have done?”

27:91

27:91. This city and its environs are honored to safeguard the welfare of the people of the world. And I am inspired to obey only the command of Allah, the One and Only. This is because this is the place where the people of the world came together to maintain peace. (See 5:95) The truth is that all of the world's creations were created to fulfill Allah's plans. So, I have been commanded to obey only His command.

27:92

27:92. That is, I have come to convey to the people the advice contained in this Quran. So, whoever accepts its advice and is guided, it is for his good. And whoever goes astray, the consequences are his own. My job is to warn you of the consequences of any evil deed.

27:93

27:93. Even if you oppose this, it is true that His regime is sure to be established according to His guidance. Proof that all the works of that sovereignty are commendable will soon be fulfilled. Then the truth will be clear to you. And the fact that everything you do does not go unnoticed by Allah will also be understood.
