بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)
تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ١
39:1. This is a Scripture with unchangeable laws bestowed by Allah, the Almighty, the Wise, who controls all the universes.
إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ فَٱعۡبُدِ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصٗا لَّهُ ٱلدِّينَ٢
39:2. The Scripture Which We have revealed is the one that can show the most perfect path to the better life of man. So, follow only the Scriptures in total. Those who accept Allah will never follow other means equating to the teachings contained therein.
أَلَا لِلَّهِ ٱلدِّينُ ٱلۡخَالِصُۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُواْ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ أَوۡلِيَآءَ مَا نَعۡبُدُهُمۡ إِلَّا لِيُقَرِّبُونَآ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ زُلۡفَىٰٓ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَهُمۡ فِي مَا هُمۡ فِيهِ يَخۡتَلِفُونَۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي مَنۡ هُوَ كَٰذِبٞ كَفَّارٞ٣
39:3. Know it well. We announce once again. Ethics are something to be practiced under Our guidance. Some people take saints and imaginary gods as guardians of their lives instead of Allah. They say that they worship them in order to take their prayers to Allah. This Scripture has removed their difference of opinions about Allah. So those who give such false information about Allah and deviate from His guidance can never be right. This is the truth.
Some people are immersed in the superstition that the saints (Auliyas) are alive and make the people worth nothing. They quote verses from Quran 2:154 and say that Allah has blessed the Auliya with eternal life and they should be worshipped. But the text speaks about the martyrs who laid down their lives in the way of Allah. And it has been said many times in the Quran that you cannot convey your needs to the dead. (See 7:189-190; 16: 20-21) So worshiping the dead saints (Auliyas) is tantamount to associating partners with Allah. This is an unforgivable crime. Such people will never be guided.
Some say that awliyas are required to submit their claims to Allah just as lawyers are required to present their case to a judge in the world system. Does Allah, the Almighty, who knows the thoughts that penetrate everyone’s mind, need such companions?
لَّوۡ أَرَادَ ٱللَّهُ أَن يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدٗا لَّٱصۡطَفَىٰ مِمَّا يَخۡلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُۚ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥۖ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡوَٰحِدُ ٱلۡقَهَّارُ٤
39:4. Still, others say that Allah has a son. (See 18: 5) By saying this, they have brought Allah to the human level. If Allah had intended to take a son, He could have created it directly! The powers of Allah are beyond their imagination. There is no one else in the world of management equal to Allah. He alone is equal to His power.
That is, instead of creating Easa directly, why should he choose a woman, make her conceive, and give birth to him? (See 19:22)? So, the fact that Reformist Eesa is the son of Allah is a Christian myth. Or that he was born without a father (see Chapter 3:35-51.
خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ يُكَوِّرُ ٱلَّيۡلَ عَلَى ٱلنَّهَارِ وَيُكَوِّرُ ٱلنَّهَارَ عَلَى ٱلَّيۡلِۖ وَسَخَّرَ ٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَۖ كُلّٞ يَجۡرِي لِأَجَلٖ مُّسَمًّىۗ أَلَا هُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡغَفَّٰرُ٥
39:5. Allah, the Almighty, created the universe and the earth for constructive purposes without any material support. (See 6: 101) He is the One who alternates the night and the day. And He created the sun and the moon to revolve in a particular orbit to benefit you. Each of the universal creations revolves around its fixed path as per the time frame. Allah is the One who created all things, He is the One Who has the power to protect them and to guide them.
Does such Almighty Allah need a son for help? When Allah is the Almighty who knows even the thoughts that penetrate the human heart, is it necessary for a person to take his prayers up to Him? By cultivating such superstitions in the people, the society itself lags without making any progress.
خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفۡسٖ وَٰحِدَةٖ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنۡهَا زَوۡجَهَا وَأَنزَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ ثَمَٰنِيَةَ أَزۡوَٰجٖۚ
39:6. Think about human creation. He created you from a single cell. He divides the cell into two types, the male and the female, and makes a pair for you. He has created eight kinds of cattle for you. (See 6: 144-146)
يَخۡلُقُكُمۡ فِي بُطُونِ أُمَّهَٰتِكُمۡ خَلۡقٗا مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ خَلۡقٖ فِي ظُلُمَٰتٖ ثَلَٰثٖۚ ذَٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّكُمۡ لَهُ ٱلۡمُلۡكُۖ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُصۡرَفُونَ٦
When you are a fetus in your mother's womb, He creates you through three stages. He also makes you grow safely in three types of membrane room*. Thus, Allah is the Almighty Rabbu who created all of you. No one but only He can ever create like this. The reason is that the universes are all operating under His authority.
There are three compartments: the mother's womb, the baby's feeding bag called the placenta, and the membrane covering the baby.
إِن تَكۡفُرُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنكُمۡۖ وَلَا يَرۡضَىٰ لِعِبَادِهِ ٱلۡكُفۡرَۖ
39:7. Even after all these facts of creation have been clearly explained, if anyone wants to act against the guidance of Allah, let him know that the harm caused by such attitude is never on Allah but mankind. Still, if he acts against His guidance and can never find lasting happiness in his life. It is the will of Allah that you should live with lasting happiness.
وَإِن تَشۡكُرُواْ يَرۡضَهُ لَكُمۡۗ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٞ وِزۡرَ أُخۡرَىٰۚ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُم مَّرۡجِعُكُمۡ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ٧
If a person works and lives better, the benefits are available to him. If he lives according to his desires and commits wrong deeds, the consequences will befall him. No one can bear the burden of other's sins. This is how Allah has established the laws. The good deeds or evil deeds that you do will have their good results and consequences according to the rules prescribed by Allah. This Scripture is given to inform the rules of Rabbu. This Scripture also clarifies whether what you do is right or wrong. And none of your deeds go unnoticed by Allah and also He knows the thoughts that arise in your mind.
۞وَإِذَا مَسَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ ضُرّٞ دَعَا رَبَّهُۥ مُنِيبًا إِلَيۡهِ ثُمَّ إِذَا خَوَّلَهُۥ نِعۡمَةٗ مِّنۡهُ نَسِيَ مَا كَانَ يَدۡعُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِ مِن قَبۡلُ وَجَعَلَ لِلَّهِ أَندَادٗا لِّيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦۚ قُلۡ تَمَتَّعۡ بِكُفۡرِكَ قَلِيلًا إِنَّكَ مِنۡ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلنَّارِ٨
39:8. But also know what the condition of man is. Whenever he suffers, he immediately prays to the Rabbu inwardly. Later when he is freed from suffering according to the arrangement of the Rabbu and begins to receive blessings, he forgets the hardships he suffered and the efforts he took to get rid of them. (See 6: 40-41) He then, as in the past, considers saints and imaginary gods as equals to Allah and worships them. That is, he wants to live in a state of mindlessness. Such people can only live comfortably for a short time. Eventually, they will have to suffer the torments of hell as a result of their wrongdoings.
أَمَّنۡ هُوَ قَٰنِتٌ ءَانَآءَ ٱلَّيۡلِ سَاجِدٗا وَقَآئِمٗا يَحۡذَرُ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةَ وَيَرۡجُواْ رَحۡمَةَ رَبِّهِۦۗ قُلۡ هَلۡ يَسۡتَوِي ٱلَّذِينَ يَعۡلَمُونَ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَۗ إِنَّمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ٩
39:9. Those who accept the laws of “The ultimate result of human deeds” prescribed by the Rabbu, abstain from wrongdoing, obey the laws of Rabbu completely, work day and night, and receive His blessings. On the other hand, there are those who worship idols and Saints besides Allah. Are these two types of people equal? Would you say that the wise and the ignorant are equal? So, thinkers who use knowledge will accept the advice of the Rabbu and act on it.
قُلۡ يَٰعِبَادِ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ رَبَّكُمۡۚ لِلَّذِينَ أَحۡسَنُواْ فِي هَٰذِهِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةٞۗ وَأَرۡضُ ٱللَّهِ وَٰسِعَةٌۗ إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى ٱلصَّٰبِرُونَ أَجۡرَهُم بِغَيۡرِ حِسَابٖ١٠
39:10. O, Reformist! Advise those who have accepted the above facts to follow only the guidance of Allah. All the beautiful things you do for the betterment of the community will pay off. This earth that Allah has created is vast. Everything necessary for human life has been created on earth. (See 2:29) Those who work tirelessly by exploring their system of functioning day and night, receive innumerable benefits from the Rabbu. (See 3: 190-191) Make this clear to them.
قُلۡ إِنِّيٓ أُمِرۡتُ أَنۡ أَعۡبُدَ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصٗا لَّهُ ٱلدِّينَ١١
39:11. Tell them, “It is the commandment of the Rabbu that I should obey only His commands. Therefore, I am acting to fulfill the commandments that Rabbu has ordained.” Make it clear to them. (See 9:33)
وَأُمِرۡتُ لِأَنۡ أَكُونَ أَوَّلَ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ١٢
39:12. And tell them, “I am the foremost among the Muslims who protect the welfare of the people as a whole by His command.”
قُلۡ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ إِنۡ عَصَيۡتُ رَبِّي عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ١٣
39:13. Tell them that I have been warned by Him that I would suffer a great punishment if I disobey Him.
قُلِ ٱللَّهَ أَعۡبُدُ مُخۡلِصٗا لَّهُۥ دِينِي١٤
39:14. So, I obey only the command that Allah has revealed. This is the way of life I declare.
فَٱعۡبُدُواْ مَا شِئۡتُم مِّن دُونِهِۦۗ قُلۡ إِنَّ ٱلۡخَٰسِرِينَ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ وَأَهۡلِيهِمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۗ أَلَا ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلۡخُسۡرَانُ ٱلۡمُبِينُ١٥
39:15. If you reject His commandment and seek other means, it is your choice. But keep only one thing in mind. You and your dependents will be the biggest losers in the future due to the effects of your misdeeds. Their outcome will clarify what you do is good or bad.
لَهُم مِّن فَوۡقِهِمۡ ظُلَلٞ مِّنَ ٱلنَّارِ وَمِن تَحۡتِهِمۡ ظُلَلٞۚ ذَٰلِكَ يُخَوِّفُ ٱللَّهُ بِهِۦ عِبَادَهُۥۚ يَٰعِبَادِ فَٱتَّقُونِ١٦
39:16. In such societies sometimes problems arise from the upper class. Sometimes problems arise from the grass-root level. Its impact will affect the middle class as well. In this way, problems will arise from the top and bottom and damages will continue to occur. All such precautions are communicated to you from Allah. If you want to save yourself from such dangers, then follow the guidance of Allah.
وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱجۡتَنَبُواْ ٱلطَّٰغُوتَ أَن يَعۡبُدُوهَا وَأَنَابُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ لَهُمُ ٱلۡبُشۡرَىٰۚ فَبَشِّرۡ عِبَادِ١٧
39:17. So, the good news is that there will be a better future for those who turn away from following those who act on the basis of mental desires and turn towards the guidance of Allah. Declare that this ethics applies only to those who act according to His command.
ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَمِعُونَ ٱلۡقَوۡلَ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ أَحۡسَنَهُۥٓۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ هَدَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمۡ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ١٨
39:18. Let them hear this Qur’an which has been given to them by Allah and know its advices. Let them put forward those advices and act in the best way possible to resolve the issues among themselves. Only such people will have the opportunity to go in the right direction. (See also 7: 145 & 39: 55) They will be on the witness list.
أَفَمَنۡ حَقَّ عَلَيۡهِ كَلِمَةُ ٱلۡعَذَابِ أَفَأَنتَ تُنقِذُ مَن فِي ٱلنَّارِ١٩
39:19. Whoever acts against this guidance is doomed to destruction. Then who can save him from that destruction?
لَٰكِنِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوۡاْ رَبَّهُمۡ لَهُمۡ غُرَفٞ مِّن فَوۡقِهَا غُرَفٞ مَّبۡنِيَّةٞ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۖ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ لَا يُخۡلِفُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمِيعَادَ٢٠
39:20. But, those who act as per the guidance of Rabbu, will get more and more dignity. And their living conditions will improve. The livelihood will continue to be available like perennial rivers. This is the promise of Allah. You will never see any change in this promise of Allah.
أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَسَلَكَهُۥ يَنَٰبِيعَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ثُمَّ يُخۡرِجُ بِهِۦ زَرۡعٗا مُّخۡتَلِفًا أَلۡوَٰنُهُۥ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَىٰهُ مُصۡفَرّٗا ثُمَّ يَجۡعَلُهُۥ حُطَٰمًاۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَذِكۡرَىٰ لِأُوْلِي ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ٢١
39:21. If you want proof of Allah's law of transition, look at the practical laws that He has created to keep this world under excellent functioning. Rainwater from the sky flows into the earth as streams and rivers. They go deep into the earth and flow into the fountain. It also produces multi-colored grains. The same grains dry out and turn into pulp. There are many lessons to be learned from this.
If people work hard and cultivate using rainwater, they get many benefits from that land. If left unmanaged, the loss will be only to him. Similarly, if you build and maintain society as per Rabbu’s guidance, you will be better off with wealth and prosperity along with social harmony. If left unmanaged, they can be left astray and lose the right path.
أَفَمَن شَرَحَ ٱللَّهُ صَدۡرَهُۥ لِلۡإِسۡلَٰمِ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ نُورٖ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦۚ فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلۡقَٰسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُم مِّن ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٍ٢٢
39:22. So, any society which accepts and acts according to the Islamic policy which is in the interest of the total community, their knowledge will continue to expand according to the framed laws of Rabbu. On the contrary, those who live in a society that ignores the counsel of the Rabbu, will harden their hearts like rocks over time. (See 2:74) Such ones will go astray.
ٱللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحۡسَنَ ٱلۡحَدِيثِ كِتَٰبٗا مُّتَشَٰبِهٗا مَّثَانِيَ تَقۡشَعِرُّ مِنۡهُ جُلُودُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخۡشَوۡنَ رَبَّهُمۡ ثُمَّ تَلِينُ جُلُودُهُمۡ وَقُلُوبُهُمۡ إِلَىٰ ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ
39:23. Thus, Allah has bestowed ethical truths most beautifully with the historical background. Know that similar events will happen again and again in this world. When you compare those historical facts with modern times, you will find that they are still happening today. These facts will thrill you.
ذَٰلِكَ هُدَى ٱللَّهِ يَهۡدِي بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَمَن يُضۡلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِنۡ هَادٍ٢٣
They will act inwardly, fearing the perverse consequences of acting against Allah. So, whoever is eager to follow the path shown by Allah will be guided. And whoever deviates from the guidance of Allah, there won’t be any guide for him.
When you look at the historical facts, you will find that the same events happen again and again. That is, the people living without His guidance in the wrong path, the reformist trying to correct them, those who accepted him got beautiful living facilities, and those who went against him in the course of their minds were doomed. These are referred to as the “Historical Cycle.”
When Moosa Nabi taught to the people, the emperor of Fira’un who lived in his time, the wealthy Haroon, and the religious leader Haman opposed him. (See 28:6) In the same way, protests intensified during the time of the Reformist Muhammad Nabi. (See 95:1-3) If Rabbu's guidance is preached even today, all these three forces will oppose. We have to struggle against these forces. Only the support of the poor people will be available in the initial stages. (See 26: 111) We should not relinquish this responsibility by saying that Imam ‘Mehdi’ will come or that Easa Nabi will come back. Just as Muhammad Nabisal tried to do good to the people of the Arab world who were a corrupt society, we too should try our best.
أَفَمَن يَتَّقِي بِوَجۡهِهِۦ سُوٓءَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۚ وَقِيلَ لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ ذُوقُواْ مَا كُنتُمۡ تَكۡسِبُونَ٢٤
39:24. At a time when the consequences of evil deeds turn into deadly pain, can anyone stop them? Those torments will mean to say, “Experience the evil consequences of the evil deeds you have been doing to this day.” So, the purpose of quoting historical evidence is to rescue you from such torments before it happens. As human life continues after death, similar sufferings will be much more severe.
كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ فَأَتَىٰهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ٢٥
39:25. As the communities of the past had lived regardless of historical precautions, the consequences of their evil deeds gradually surrounded them without their knowledge.
فَأَذَاقَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡخِزۡيَ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ أَكۡبَرُۚ لَوۡ كَانُواْ يَعۡلَمُونَ٢٦
39:26. In the end, those consequences took the form of terrible torments as per the framed laws of Allah. Thus, the pain for them continued to increase. Those sufferings will be multiplied even after death. How much better it would have been if they had known these facts!
وَلَقَدۡ ضَرَبۡنَا لِلنَّاسِ فِي هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ مِن كُلِّ مَثَلٖ لَّعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ٢٧
39:27. Therefore, all kinds of examples and evidences are given in this Quran so that the world community could understand the instructions of Rabbu and live better.
قُرۡءَانًا عَرَبِيًّا غَيۡرَ ذِي عِوَجٖ لَّعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُونَ٢٨
39:28. The Qur'an is given in clear terms in their mother tongue so that they may understand easily the guidance of Rabbu and live better. There are no conflicting views or misguidance. (See 4: 82, 18: 1)
Here is one example mentioned to you to study and follow.
ضَرَبَ ٱللَّهُ مَثَلٗا رَّجُلٗا فِيهِ شُرَكَآءُ مُتَشَٰكِسُونَ وَرَجُلٗا سَلَمٗا لِّرَجُلٍ هَلۡ يَسۡتَوِيَانِ مَثَلًاۚ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِۚ بَلۡ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَايَعۡلَمُونَ٢٩
39:29. One works with many masters with different policies and principles. Another works for a single master with unique principles. Are these two equal? Praise be to Allah who has shown the right path to a better life for man. But most people are not aware of this fact.
Similarly, if a society is immersed in polytheism, differences and conflicts erupt between them, will it be a better society? How excellent a society would be if the principle of “one Rabbu”, “one leader” who leads the society, integrated as a “one community”, on the basis of “All happiness for all”? Only in such a society will the praise of Allah be sounded everywhere.
Alas! We Muslims claim to follow ONE ALLAH. But we follow the Qur’an, Hadhees, and Fiq (religious sanctions of the past Imams) just as Christians say: Pidha, Sudhan, and Parisudha Aavi. (Ref: 4:171)
إِنَّكَ مَيِّتٞ وَإِنَّهُم مَّيِّتُونَ٣٠
39:30. So no individual is going to have eternal life in this world. Will they get eternal life, if you happen to die? They too are going to die.
ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ عِندَ رَبِّكُمۡ تَخۡتَصِمُونَ٣١
39:31. Then begins the period of reaping the rewards for the deeds you have done. Can anyone stop this? So, leave them on their course if they do not come before to accept the guidance.
Here the word “Qayamat” has been used which means permanent laws enacted by Almighty Allah. Therefore, everyone has to face good results or adverse consequences as per their good or bad deeds.
Part: 24
۞فَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَبَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ وَكَذَّبَ بِٱلصِّدۡقِ إِذۡ جَآءَهُۥٓۚ أَلَيۡسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثۡوٗى لِّلۡكَٰفِرِينَ٣٢
39:32. These are the fact revealed by Allah. Even after this, if anyone preaches those things which Allah has not said (see 7:33) or hides without revealing the truth that Allah has said (see 2:164), will he not be considered a criminal? Let the people of the community who follow them know that hell is their destination.
وَٱلَّذِي جَآءَ بِٱلصِّدۡقِ وَصَدَّقَ بِهِۦٓ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُتَّقُونَ٣٣
39:33. On the contrary, those who preach the guidance revealed by Allah to the people and put them into practice, are considered to be the right persons who follow the guidance of Rabbu.
لَهُم مَّا يَشَآءُونَ عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ جَزَآءُ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ٣٤
39:34. Thus they will act according to what Rabbu desires. So, they will work and get what they want according to the canon of the Rabbu. These are the rewards for those who work hard to create a beautiful society.
لِيُكَفِّرَ ٱللَّهُ عَنۡهُمۡ أَسۡوَأَ ٱلَّذِي عَمِلُواْ وَيَجۡزِيَهُمۡ أَجۡرَهُم بِأَحۡسَنِ ٱلَّذِي كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ٣٥
39:35. For those who come forward to do so, the Rabbu makes way for them to put away from their evil deeds which they have been so far doing, and use their energies for good. He makes a way to reward them with many times more beautiful things than they got when they were doing evil deeds.
أَلَيۡسَ ٱللَّهُ بِكَافٍ عَبۡدَهُۥۖ وَيُخَوِّفُونَكَ بِٱلَّذِينَ مِن دُونِهِۦۚ وَمَن يُضۡلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِنۡ هَادٖ٣٦
39:36. O, Reformist! Is not the guidance of Allah sufficient for the social activists? But those who oppose you, fear that you would fall under the curse of the deities which they worship. How can those who live in such superstition find guidance? So, whoever goes astray, he goes astray as per the framed laws of Allah. After that, no one else can guide such people.
وَمَن يَهۡدِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن مُّضِلٍّۗ أَلَيۡسَ ٱللَّهُ بِعَزِيزٖ ذِي ٱنتِقَامٖ٣٧
39:37. Those who abandon such superstitions, think, and act in the straight path shown by Allah will never be misled. These are the strength and stability of Allah's guidance. Those who act against this will fall into the trap of their evil deeds and perish. They cannot stop this.
If you want to know the sustainability of Allah's plans and the strength of His management, let them examine the universes that He has created, leads, and the activities of the earth.
وَلَئِن سَأَلۡتَهُم مَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُۚ قُلۡ أَفَرَءَيۡتُم مَّا تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ إِنۡ أَرَادَنِيَ ٱللَّهُ بِضُرٍّ هَلۡ هُنَّ كَٰشِفَٰتُ ضُرِّهِۦٓ أَوۡ أَرَادَنِي بِرَحۡمَةٍ هَلۡ هُنَّ مُمۡسِكَٰتُ رَحۡمَتِهِۦۚ قُلۡ حَسۡبِيَ ٱللَّهُۖ عَلَيۡهِ يَتَوَكَّلُ ٱلۡمُتَوَكِّلُونَ٣٨
39:38. If you ask them who created the galaxies and the earth, they will answer, "Allah." Ask them, “If misfortunes befall me in my life as per the framed laws of Allah, can your imaginary deities fix it? Or if I get the blessings of Allah, can your imaginary gods stop them? Have you ever noticed this? Allah is sufficient for me. I act with complete confidence in His guidance. All those who come forward to act in this way should act with full confidence in His guidance.”
If you act on this principle, you will get high status. Otherwise, you will have to suffer.
قُلۡ يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱعۡمَلُواْ عَلَىٰ مَكَانَتِكُمۡ إِنِّي عَٰمِلٞۖ فَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ٣٩
39:39. “O, My people! If you are not prepared to follow the guidance, you continue your life as your tradition. I am too acting according to His guidance. You will soon come to know as to who is what.”
مَن يَأۡتِيهِ عَذَابٞ يُخۡزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيۡهِ عَذَابٞ مُّقِيمٌ٤٠
39:40. “That is to say, to whom shall the torment of humiliation come? You will see who is going to be caught up in the eternal tragedy. (See also 6: 136,11:93 & 20:135)
إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ لِلنَّاسِ بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ فَمَنِ ٱهۡتَدَىٰ فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيۡهَاۖ وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيۡهِم بِوَكِيلٍ٤١
39:41. These are facts that have been going on for a long time, are still happening, and will continue to happen. There will never be any change in this. The Scriptures are meant to speak to the people of the world about stable laws of transition. So, any society or individual, who works in the right way shown by the Rabbu, works for his good. Whoever leaves this advice and goes astray, their consequences will come to him. No one can ever change this. O, Reformist! It is your job to reveal these facts to them. You are not for supervising them or to shoulder the responsibilities of
their deeds.
ٱللَّهُ يَتَوَفَّى ٱلۡأَنفُسَ حِينَ مَوۡتِهَا وَٱلَّتِي لَمۡ تَمُتۡ فِي مَنَامِهَاۖ فَيُمۡسِكُ ٱلَّتِي قَضَىٰ عَلَيۡهَا ٱلۡمَوۡتَ وَيُرۡسِلُ ٱلۡأُخۡرَىٰٓ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمًّىۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّقَوۡمٖ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ٤٢
39:42. Observe the state of human life. He dies as per the framed laws of Allah. When he dies, he loses the right to live in this world. But he sleeps every night. That too is like a temporary death. (See 6:60) But he is able to wake up. Thus, he lives in this world for a certain period. There are many signs in this for people who think.
That is to say, those who are immersed in superstition and live as mere corpses cannot understand the truth of this Qur’an. Because there is no meaning for his life. He is more or less dead. The second is to knock the sleeper awake. Thirdly about the hypocrite. He can never be awakened because he pretends as if he is asleep. You just have to beat him to wake him up.
You can make one understand if he is sleeping carelessly without receiving His guidance. But anyone who pretends to know everything without knowing anything can never be brought to the right path. And he who knows the truth and pretends as if he knows nothing cannot be guided. He must be punished and corrected.
أَمِ ٱتَّخَذُواْ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ شُفَعَآءَۚ قُلۡ أَوَلَوۡ كَانُواْ لَا يَمۡلِكُونَ شَيۡٔٗا وَلَا يَعۡقِلُونَ٤٣
39:43. So they ignorantly hope that their imaginary gods other than Allah will solve the problems in their lives. Explain to them that they have no such power or wisdom to solve them.
قُل لِّلَّهِ ٱلشَّفَٰعَةُ جَمِيعٗاۖ لَّهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ ثُمَّ إِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ٤٤
39:44. All the problems in their lives will be solved only by following the instructions of Allah. If they reject this, they will have no other choice. Because everything in the universe and on earth operates under the authority of Allah. Every action you take is having consequences according to the goal He has set. (See 6: 40-41)
وَإِذَا ذُكِرَ ٱللَّهُ وَحۡدَهُ ٱشۡمَأَزَّتۡ قُلُوبُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِۖ وَإِذَا ذُكِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ إِذَا هُمۡ يَسۡتَبۡشِرُونَ٤٥
39:45. When you explain only such things in this Qur’an which Allah has revealed, they become disgusted and bored. It makes them very happy to combine the stories of other greats with these Quranic things. This is due to a lack of faith in the “Ultimate result of human actions”. (See also 17:46, 18:57 & 40:12).
قُلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ عَٰلِمَ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ أَنتَ تَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَ عِبَادِكَ فِي مَا كَانُواْ فِيهِ يَخۡتَلِفُونَ٤٦
39:46. The question may arise in their minds as to who Allah is. Explain to them that Allah is the One who created and sustains the universe, the earth without any support. (See 6:101) He is not unaware of the hidden and the obvious in this world. So, make them understand that the power to resolve differences between people is possible only through the guidance of Allah. So human problems can be solved by the means he shows.
وَلَوۡ أَنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعٗا وَمِثۡلَهُۥ مَعَهُۥ لَٱفۡتَدَوۡاْ بِهِۦ مِن سُوٓءِ ٱلۡعَذَابِ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۚ وَبَدَا لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَمۡ يَكُونُواْ يَحۡتَسِبُونَ٤٧
39:47. The advice of Allah is that they should abstain from unjust acts. If they do not stop that, their consequences will come before them as terrible torments. Then no one can stop them. Even if all the wealth they have earned in the world is to be spent more and more, then too they could not stop those torments. They would never have imagined that such suffering would come. The same situation will continue in life after death. (See also 3:91)
وَبَدَا لَهُمۡ سَئَِّاتُ مَا كَسَبُواْ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ٤٨
39:48. Thus the evil deeds that they do will come to them as a reaction. If you tell them this, they will only make fun of you. So, whatever they mocked will be the cause of their suffering.
فَإِذَا مَسَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ ضُرّٞ دَعَانَا ثُمَّ إِذَا خَوَّلۡنَٰهُ نِعۡمَةٗ مِّنَّا قَالَ إِنَّمَآ أُوتِيتُهُۥ عَلَىٰ عِلۡمِۢۚ بَلۡ هِيَ فِتۡنَةٞ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ٤٩
39:49. Thus, when misfortunes befall them in their life, they seek relief from the natural creations created by Allah. (See 6:40-41) If they get relief from those sufferings by the blessings of Allah, they think that they got relief out of their own knowledge. That is not true. This is the confusion in them. Most people do not pay attention to know the truth.
That is, he can get the sustenance he needs only with the help of the natural creations created by Rabbu. So, the raw materials are from Allah and labor is from man. So only the share of his hard work does belong to him. The rest belongs to Allah. It is the advice of Allah to make them available to people of all walks of life. This is the special feature of the rule of Allah. Telling them this fact only leads to confusion. They think that it is not right for Allah to interfere in their affairs. Thus, the confusion between them is not new.
قَدۡ قَالَهَا ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ فَمَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ٥٠
39:50. Those who lived before them were thus confused. We have advised them many times in this Qur’an. The attitude that develops in capitalist societies (See 28:78) paves the way to develop inequality in such social systems and it is those riches that bring them destruction. In times of destruction, those riches do not benefit them at all.
فَأَصَابَهُمۡ سَئَِّاتُ مَا كَسَبُواْۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنۡ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ سَيُصِيبُهُمۡ سَئَِّاتُ مَا كَسَبُواْ وَمَا هُم بِمُعۡجِزِينَ٥١
39:51. So they faced the consequences of their wrongdoing. This is what has been going on for a long time. Even nowadays in societies living with such a misguided view, unjust acts are rampant. Eventually, they seek their destruction. This is the immutable law established by Allah. No one can overcome this rule set by Allah.
If you want to safeguard from such destructions, you have to bring about social equality according to the advice of Allah. Due care should be taken to see that no ups and downs take place.
أَوَ لَمۡ يَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّقَوۡمٖ يُؤۡمِنُونَ٥٢
39:52. The generous availability of livelihood and its shrinkage occurs according to the rules prescribed by Allah. So those who study and work according to the natural laws in the creations of the Rabbu, their livelihoods expand. Those who think of living without labor and are ignorant, their livelihoods will shrink. (See 53:39) Do they not think about these things? So those who gladly accept the guidance of Rabbu will be well aware of this and act accordingly.
۞قُلۡ يَٰعِبَادِيَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسۡرَفُواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ لَا تَقۡنَطُواْ مِن رَّحۡمَةِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَغۡفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًاۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ٥٣
39:53. O, Reformist! Advise the social activists, “You need not worry about the harm you have done yourselves out of ignorance. There is no need to despair in the guidance of Allah. If you have creative plans now, you will get rid of your bad habits and you will have a safe life. It is a mercy of Allah to have created a means of protection for those who wish to live in this way.”
وَأَنِيبُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمۡ وَأَسۡلِمُواْ لَهُۥ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَكُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ ثُمَّ لَا تُنصَرُونَ٥٤
39:54. O Mankind! The treasury of His guidance is to save all from dangers before it occurs. Turn to the way the Rabbu has shown to you before calamities come upon you and act in complete obedience to them. Failure to do so may result in a set of risks. Then there will be no one to save you.
وَٱتَّبِعُوٓاْ أَحۡسَنَ مَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُم مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَكُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ بَغۡتَةٗ وَأَنتُمۡ لَا تَشۡعُرُونَ٥٥
39:55. So act creatively in a beautiful manner as instructed by Allah. Otherwise, the consequences of your misdeeds will occur all of a sudden. At some point, they will suddenly come to you as aches and pains.
أَن تَقُولَ نَفۡسٞ يَٰحَسۡرَتَىٰ عَلَىٰ مَا فَرَّطتُ فِي جَنۢبِ ٱللَّهِ وَإِن كُنتُ لَمِنَ ٱلسَّٰخِرِينَ٥٦
39:56. Then unable to bear the torments you will cry, “How foolish was I! I have failed to fulfill my commitments as Allah has instructed! When I was advised, I was one of the mockers! As a result, I have to suffer now!” You will be lamenting like that. These tips are given to you so that you do not have to deal with such a situation.
أَوۡ تَقُولَ لَوۡ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هَدَىٰنِي لَكُنتُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ٥٧
39:57. Or then you will be awful, “Had Allah guided me, I too would have followed them.” I would have been one of those who protected from such catastrophic consequences!” You will be crying from the suffering. These guidelines are given so that you do not fall into such a situation.
أَوۡ تَقُولَ حِينَ تَرَى ٱلۡعَذَابَ لَوۡ أَنَّ لِي كَرَّةٗ فَأَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ٥٨
39:58. Or you will not be able to bear the torment and wish in vain, “If I am given a chance again, I will return from here and become one of those who do beautiful good deeds.” There is no chance for that. This pre-information is given to you so that such a miserable situation does not occur.
بَلَىٰ قَدۡ جَآءَتۡكَ ءَايَٰتِي فَكَذَّبۡتَ بِهَا وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرۡتَ وَكُنتَ مِنَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ٥٩
39:59. Then you will hear the voice, “My guidance surely came to you. But you just tried only to ignore them. It is because of your arrogance that you denied them.”
وَيَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ تَرَى ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَبُواْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ وُجُوهُهُم مُّسۡوَدَّةٌۚ أَلَيۡسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثۡوٗى لِّلۡمُتَكَبِّرِينَ٦٠
39:60. And some people used to give wrong information to the people about Allah which He did not say at all. At the time, when the consequences of human deeds would appear, if you happen to see them, their faces would be shrunken in fear. This is because of the hell where they to go.
وَيُنَجِّي ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوۡاْ بِمَفَازَتِهِمۡ لَا يَمَسُّهُمُ ٱلسُّوٓءُ وَلَا هُمۡ يَحۡزَنُونَ٦١
39:61. Those who act in fear of the adverse consequences of acting against the guidance of Allah will have the help of Allah and will be sure to succeed in their goal. No harm will come to such people. There will be no sorrow in their lives.
ٱللَّهُ خَٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَكِيلٞ٦٢
39:62. For Allah is not only the Creator of all things in this world but also, He is the One who determines how each of them should function and oversees their activities.
لَّهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بَِٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ٦٣
39:63. And it is Allah Who has set the rules for how all the creation of the universe should function. That is, their control is with Allah. So those communities which do not act according to the guidance of Allah are the losers.
It is said here that the lock and keys of the creation of the universe belong to Allah. That is, it is Allah who has determined which creation should act according to which rules. If man examines those rules and obtains their keys, he can use them according to his need. Similarly, Allah has laid down rules on which principle the social system should operate. If the social system is formed according to that key, then that society will become a happy society without any shortcomings.
قُلۡ أَفَغَيۡرَ ٱللَّهِ تَأۡمُرُوٓنِّيٓ أَعۡبُدُ أَيُّهَا ٱلۡجَٰهِلُونَ٦٤
39:64. Is it possible for a person to be considered wise if he wants to set aside the guidance of Almighty Allah and follow other means?
وَلَقَدۡ أُوحِيَ إِلَيۡكَ وَإِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِكَ لَئِنۡ أَشۡرَكۡتَ لَيَحۡبَطَنَّ عَمَلُكَ وَلَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡخَٰسِرِينَ٦٥
39:65. And the purpose of guidance that has been revealed to you and to the people who lived before you is that everyone should act in accordance with the instructions of Allah and that destruction will befall those who set up other means equating with His guidance and that all their good deeds will be in vain.
بَلِ ٱللَّهَ فَٱعۡبُدۡ وَكُن مِّنَ ٱلشَّٰكِرِينَ٦٦
39:66. So, obey only the guidance of Allah. Thus, live in the way He showed and be thankful to him.
وَمَا قَدَرُواْ ٱللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدۡرِهِۦ وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ جَمِيعٗا قَبۡضَتُهُۥ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ مَطۡوِيَّٰتُۢ بِيَمِينِهِۦۚ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ٦٧
39:67. The truth is that people do not value Allah’s guidance in the way they should. And they do not give due importance to His guidance. (See 6:91 & 22:75) If it is known and acted upon, everyone in the country will come under His Regime. Thus, on the one hand the people will be in the grip of guidance and on the other hand, all the universal resources will function under that Regime. People who do not know all these facts imagine Rabbu and associate it in many ways. But His plans are beyond their imagination.
In this verse, it is said that on the Day of Resurrection the earth and the skies will come under the control of Allah. If the words are taken in the literal sense, it would mean the time when the existence of the world will come to end and human affairs will be accounted for. But if taken in a deep sense, it is clear that if the man gives due importance to the guidance of Rabbu, the people and the treasures of the universe will function under His rule in this world. Therefore, we have given the meaning of these words, based on the period of Islamic rule in this world.
So, the conflict between good and evil will intensify in the times when a just democracy is formed according to Rabbu’s guidance. Both groups will have to meet on the battlefield.
وَنُفِخَ فِي ٱلصُّورِ فَصَعِقَ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَّا مَن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۖ ثُمَّ نُفِخَ فِيهِ أُخۡرَىٰ فَإِذَا هُمۡ قِيَامٞ يَنظُرُونَ٦٨
39:68. When the warning alarm is blown, those at the top and those at the bottom level will tremble in fear of failure. But those who are educated according to the will of Allah will not have such trembling or anxiety. All of them will head towards the field as soon as the siren wakes up to meet them on the field.
Thus, the unjust and those who have engaged in the anti-social activity will perish. Reasonable moral governance will occur. All the problems of the people will be solved when that system is functioning better according to His guidance
وَأَشۡرَقَتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ بِنُورِ رَبِّهَا وَوُضِعَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ وَجِاْيٓءَ بِٱلنَّبِيِّۧنَ وَٱلشُّهَدَآءِ وَقُضِيَ بَيۡنَهُم بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَهُمۡ لَا يُظۡلَمُونَ٦٩
39:69. That nation will glitter with the enlightenment of His guidance. During that time, each one will reap the rewards of his actions. That is, according to this Scripture, they will receive judgments in a just manner. No one will ever be wronged there. In this way, the plans of life similar to the paradise aforesaid by the Reformists and witnesses will come true.
In the present social system, one will be working hard and the other will be enjoying its benefits. But in the Quranic social system, such things will not happen (see 2:48)
وَوُفِّيَتۡ كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ مَّا عَمِلَتۡ وَهُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا يَفۡعَلُونَ٧٠
39:70 Everyone will receive the full benefits of his hard work. In this way, the regime will preserve the records of everyone’s achievements.
Those who refuse to accept His guidance and engage in illegal activities are not entitled to any privileges under this Regime. On the contrary
وَسِيقَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ زُمَرًاۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءُوهَا فُتِحَتۡ أَبۡوَٰبُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمۡ خَزَنَتُهَآ أَلَمۡ يَأۡتِكُمۡ رُسُلٞ مِّنكُمۡ يَتۡلُونَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ ءَايَٰتِ رَبِّكُمۡ وَيُنذِرُونَكُمۡ لِقَآءَ يَوۡمِكُمۡ هَٰذَاۚ قَالُواْ بَلَىٰ وَلَٰكِنۡ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَةُ ٱلۡعَذَابِ عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ٧١
39:71. Such Wicked people will be dragged into the prisons of hell as a whole. The gates of the prisons will be opened as soon as they go over there. The guards there would say to them, “Did not the reformist among you inform the guidance of the Rabbu? Did they not warn you that if you reject them and act illegally, you would face such a dire situation?” To which they would reply, “Yes. They came.” What is the use of them realizing their mistake then? They must have to face the torments that were destined for them.
قِيلَ ٱدۡخُلُوٓاْ أَبۡوَٰبَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَاۖ فَبِئۡسَ مَثۡوَى ٱلۡمُتَكَبِّرِينَ٧٢
39:72. So the guards would tell them, “Let all of you go to the dungeons of hell. You just have to be there for the rest of your life. Those who act arrogantly without respecting Rabbu’s guidance are sure that the worst shelter. (See 6: 131)
Dear Intellectuals! It has been said many times in this Qur’an that the universe and the earth operate under the authority of Allah. Do not forget that the same constitutional laws that are being followed in this world under the guidance of Rabbu are applicable in other worlds. So, if such a regime does not occur here, you will get heavenly life or hellish torments according to your deeds in the life that continues after death. No one can stop this.
وَسِيقَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوۡاْ رَبَّهُمۡ إِلَى ٱلۡجَنَّةِ زُمَرًاۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءُوهَا وَفُتِحَتۡ أَبۡوَٰبُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمۡ خَزَنَتُهَا سَلَٰمٌ عَلَيۡكُمۡ طِبۡتُمۡ فَٱدۡخُلُوهَا خَٰلِدِينَ٧٣
39:73. Therefore, the community of those who fear the consequences of acting against the guidance of Allah will move towards Paradise. That is, the gates of the heavenly life will be opened. The Universal Forces of Nature will be wishing them for their eternal peaceful life. Because these are the ones who act as per His guidance. So, such people alone deserve such life (23: 1-11)
وَقَالُواْ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي صَدَقَنَا وَعۡدَهُۥ وَأَوۡرَثَنَا ٱلۡأَرۡضَ نَتَبَوَّأُ مِنَ ٱلۡجَنَّةِ حَيۡثُ نَشَآءُۖ فَنِعۡمَ أَجۡرُ ٱلۡعَٰمِلِينَ٧٤
39:74. The follower of guidance will observe the formation of such a heavenly community will be always saying, “All praise and admiration be to Allah Who guides us.” They will know that what was promised to them is true if they act in the way He has shown. All praise is due to Allah who made them worthy of this country to go wherever they want and live comfortably. So, the benefits will come only to those who do good according to the rules prescribed by Allah.
وَتَرَى ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ حَآفِّينَ مِنۡ حَوۡلِ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ يُسَبِّحُونَ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّهِمۡۚ وَقُضِيَ بَيۡنَهُم بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ وَقِيلَ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ٧٥
39:75. In this way, you will see that Universal Forces of Nature are cooperating with the rule of Rabbu created by the followers of guidance and that they are acting as strong forces in protecting it and making the projects of Rabbu praiseworthy. At such a time, the regime will devise and implement creative welfare schemes for the benefit of the people there. Thus, the community will realize that all praise is due to Allah, the Nourisher of the world.
That is, the governing body will take care of all conservation strategies through research of the cosmic natural forces. It will use them for the benefit of the people and never to the detriment of mankind.
