The Reformists
Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)
21:1. The activities of all the people of the world are according to their own will and pleasure. No one cares that the time is fast approaching when its disastrous effects will appear. They leave the straight path shown by Rabbu and go astray.
21:2. Whenever counsel comes with advices from Rabbu, they do not think deeply about it. They take them all sportive.
21:3. Even if they hear the guidance, they do not give due importance to the counsel of Rabbu. Not only that, they talk among themselves, “He is just an ordinary man like you! Knowing this, are you going to be deceived by his speech?”
21:4. Reformist said, “My Rabbu is the Almighty, the Knower of all that is spoken in the galaxies and the earth. Nothing is beyond His hearing or knowing.”
21:5. The people who heard it say, “Not so. He is very much confused. He is imagining and saying something as His guidance.” Some say, “He is a poet.” But it is only such people who are really confused. Some of them ask, “Shouldn't he have performed some miracle for us as the previous Reformists did?”
This is what happened to all the Reformists from the beginning. How many societies have spoken so negatively before?
21:6. Thus, those who refused to accept the guidance of Allah faced destruction according to the framed laws of Rabbu. Even if you tell them repeatedly about this, they will not accept the facts.
21:7. And all the previous Reformists are none but human beings. They had the exceptional power to receive the message of revelation from Allah. If you have any doubt about this fact, ask the people of the previous Scriptures.
21:8. Not only that but all of those Reformists had appetite and thirst just as any other human being. They too did not live forever in this world.
21:9. And the promise made by the Reformist that a secure life would be available to the society that followed Allah's guidance was fulfilled. Societies that acted out of bounds against it were doomed.
21:10. This Scripture, the Qur’an, is revealed to you on the same basis. If you follow the instructions in it, you too will have a dignified life. Won't you think about this and act?
21:11. Ask them to explore world history. They will come to realize the fact that many societies that acted against His guidance were doomed. Those who remained after their destruction re-emerged as a society.
21:12. When the time for such torment approached, they tried to flee from it.
That is, they do not seem to realize the consequences of their actions in the early stages. Unaware of it, when those effects come in the form of miseries, they will wander in search of ways to escape from it.
21:13. What is the use of running at that time? Where can you go and escape? “Go back to the same place where you enjoyed the comforts. You will be asked, “From whose efforts you received the blessings and how you used them.? (See also 102:8)
21:14. Then, they will admit their mistake with no other way, “Alas! We were really unjust!”
21:15. What is the use of realizing their mistake at that time? The cries and screams of torment caused as per the Laws of Rabbu will continue. Their condition will be like fields that have lost all their luster after harvest.
This is because they have taken worldly life sportive. As a result, indifference and greed among them developed. But
21:16. The universe, the earth, and all that are between them were not for futile games. They were created with a grand purpose. Accordingly, every action committed by an individual or a society will have its own consequences.
21:17. If it were Allah's plan to create such a vain game, it would have been created that way. Rabbu too would have been playing the same way. But the plan of Rabbu is not so.
So according to Allah's law of creation, there are two kinds of attractions that influence human actions. They are creative forces and destructive forces.
21:18. Allah's plan is to defeat the destructive forces by creative forces. When that happens, the plight of those who take life as sportive becomes miserable.
21:19. These are the action plans ordained by Allah. No one can change these plans at any time. This is because the universe and everything on earth exists to fulfill Allah's plans. None of them disobey the command of Allah. None of them break or change. There is no fatigue in carrying out His plans.
21:20. Performing their duties as prescribed by Rabbu continuously day and night reflects the glory of Rabbu's supremacy.
But the condition of man is different. It is left to his choice whether to accept the guidance of Rabbu or not, as He has given him complete freedom and power of intelligence as per His Laws. (See 18:29)
21:21. People generally accept the fact that it is Allah who created the universe and the earth. (See 39:38 &. 43:9) But they believe that their life will be problem-free only if they worship the manmade deities. This is their greatest ignorance.
That is, man must live in obedience to His command, just as everything in the universe obeys Allah. But instead, they create deities for themselves, thinking that Allah will not interfere in their lives.
21:22. If these universes had been controlled by different forces, as they guess, all the universes would have perished. But that is not happening. It is only Allah who created them and controls them all. So, there is no conflict anywhere in the galaxies. He is far superior to man's imagination about Allah.
21:23. And no one can question His plans. But man is accountable for what all he does.
That is, according to the plan of Allah, human beings are given Scriptures containing laws. If they do not follow, they will go astray and lose the right path. This causes many problems in human life.
21:24. “Do they want to deviate from the guidance of Allah and follow other ways of life, even after giving such substantiated explanations? Is there any community that lived better by following other ways of life? Can they bring any evidence for this?
Here is the Qur’an with creative good plans and the proof of those who accepted them and lived better with me. We have evidence of communities who lived before with all blessings. If you have any such proof, bring it. Don't bluntly ignore it.”
21:25. All the previous Reformists preached only what was revealed to them by Allah. Everything in the universe and on the earth is operating according to His plans. They taught that man should live only by obeying His guidance.
21:26. But what is the condition of the people today? They have many imaginations about Allah and telling people many things. One of such stories is that Allah has a son. Allah is beyond all such myths. Moreover, the one whom they consider to be His son acted in complete obedience to His guidance.
21:27. None of the Reformists who lived under the guidance of Allah ever spoke over-ruling Him. They never disobeyed His command.
That is, they conveyed to the people only the guidelines of Allah. They acted according to them. They never acted having something in mind and behave other way.
21:28. They knew that Allah was well aware of all happenings before them and behind them. So, they taught to the people only Allah’s rules and regulations. They feared the consequences of acting against it.
21:29. So no reformist has ever said, “I am Allah.” (See 3:78) If any of them had said, they too would have suffered hell. We would have punished them just as We punish other human beings.
Did you notice how the Reformists were warned? It is said that they too could not escape punishment if they acted in violation of the His command. But what is the situation today? There are many who preach all those things about which Allah never mentioned. What will happen to them? (See 33:67-68)
Not only that, many myths about Allah are being spread among the people. Thus, they do not know about His infinite power. Following that they say that Allah has many helpers. But if we think a little about the creations of the world, we can know how infinite the power of Allah is.
21:30. Surely at one time the galaxies and the earth were united together. Then they exploded according to the plan of Rabbu. That is, the Earth split from the other planets to form the Solar System. All the planets in this solar system revolve rapidly in their given orbits under the influence of gravity. (See 21:33 36:40). Don’t the refuters observe this fact?
The earth, in its infancy, was a smoky, fiery furnace (see 41:9-12). The time taken to pass on each of these stages is fifty thousand years. (See 70:4) Thus the water on the earth's surface drained away, giving way to life. (See 79:30-33) And all living things came from the minerals of soil and water. Do they refuse to accept the Supremacy of Allah and His guidance even after exploring these facts of Big Bang Theory, which was created with such grandiose plans?
21:31. Further, even though the earth rotates rapidly in space, the mountains are made like nails in such a way that it never moves here or there. Only by these arrangements, man is able to work without any difficulty. There are also convenient roads to travel from one place to another. (See also 16:15)
This text talks about the cosmic balance. Excessive erosion of mountains can lead to Cosmic Imbalance and catastrophes such as earthquakes and tsunamis as the Earth is stabilized by the gravity of the other eight planets. So, every movement that occurs on this earth affects other planets. Those vulnerabilities return to earth. When the earth adjusts its gravitational pull, events such as earthquakes and tsunamis occur. This, too, is the result of a kind of human action.
21:32. So Allah has created the Balanced Atmospheric Zones to protect the earth according to His plans. Do they refuse to accept His guidance even after placing such intellectual evidence?
21:33. Not only that, because the earth orbits the sun in space, day and night occur. You can keep a monthly calendar out of the moon orbiting the earth. They all are rotating in space in their given orbits. (See 36:40)
Is it hard to create such vast worlds? Or is it hard to create man? (See 79:27) Has the man ever thought about this? Do you not know the supreme power of Allah and accept His guidance? Because
21:34. No man will ever have eternal life on this earth. No one is an exception to this rule. O, Reformist! You too may die one day or the other. Are those who refuse to accept Allah's guidance going to live forever?
21:35. If they think a little, the fact will become clear to them. That is, everyone must face death. In this world, everyone has the opportunity to do both good and bad deeds. Every action you take has consequences according to the goal set by Allah. So, what you do good is only for you (see also 67:2).
When these facts are informed to the people, they just refuse to accept. It would have been better if they had given intellectual evidence for their refusal. They can't bring it up. So, they begin to mock the one who teaches His guidance. And reformist Easa Nabi too was not an exception when no one could have eternal life.
21:36. Thus, when those who refuse the guidance look at the reformist, they mockingly say, “Is this the one who blames your gods?” This sort of mockery is nothing new This has been the case with all the reformists for a long time. Because this is the lame excuse they give for refusing the advices of the Benevolent.
21:37. When guidance speaks about the consequences of their wrongdoing, they ask in a hurry and mockingly, “When will those consequences occur?” Thus, man has a sense of urgency in every matter. But the consequences of their good deeds or the evil deeds will come at the proper time according to the cannon of Rabbu. So, you have nothing to worry about.
21:38. That is why they say, “If what you often threaten is true, then tell us when will those torments come to us?”
Do they think that those pains are something that could be exhibited to look at and enjoy it? They will be unavoidable torments that will befall them.
21:39. And they will never escape the torment! And there is no one who can prevent or save those sufferings! Would they talk like this, if they knew the truth about it?
21:40. Not so. Those miseries are something they could never have expected! Then they have to wander here and there to escape from it! Can they prevent it? Will they just have time to escape?
21:41. O, Reformist! Thus, it is not new that such mockery happens against the counsel of Rabbu. This has been going on for a long time. The Reformists who came before them were mocked in the same way. Due to their negligence, they faced many problems in life. The ridicule they were doing surrounded them with miseries.
21:42. O, Reformist! Tell them, “If such affliction befalls you by night or by day, who can save you other than the Benefactor?” There will be no response from them because they are ignorant of the law of “Consequences of human actions” which Allah has ordained. (See 10: 107)
21:43. Or will the idols which they worship save them from those torments? How can they save? Those deities cannot save by themselves. How can they save them from Us?
So, everything will happen according to the rules of the law, "the consequences of human actions" set by Rabbu. Are they or their imaginary deities an exception?
21:44. The fact is that their forefathers had generous living facilities as per the Laws of Rabbu. So, they were immersed in the pleasures of life. They thought that those luxurious lives would not be taken away from them, because they had lived a long time without following Allah's guidance. But if they had paid a little attention to Allah’s guidance, they would have realized that their livelihoods were shrinking gradually. (See also 13:41) Do they still think they can maintain their status forever?
For example, in our country, the prosperous life that Muslims had before independence does not exist today. Yet they want to live with their age-old traditions. If this situation continues, they will suffer even more. The guidance of Allah is the only way to save from this. And because Muslim countries do not follow the guidance of Allah, their countries are gradually losing their control and coming under the domination of foreigners. (See 13:41)
21:45. O, Reformist! Tell them, “Know all by this that I am only warning you according to the revelation which has been revealed to me. I do not tell you these things on my own accord.” However, only those who are inclined to think and act will heed this warning and take protective measures accordingly.
21:46. But if the severity of the ensuing torments be so terrible that when it touches them, they will lament in terror, “Oh! The repercussion of our ill deeds has fallen upon us!”
His guidance is given so that such a situation does not occur to man. These sufferings will never occur if the social system accepts them and acts accordingly.
21:47. There will be the best judicial system under the governance of His guidance. So, there will be economic growth and social equilibrium. No one there will ever be wronged. Only those who have committed crimes will be punished. And even the minute misdeeds will not be given up. Our System alone is sufficient to do so.
Establishing such a social system is nothing new. From the beginning, all the Reformists did the same. In that order
21:48. The Scripture which distinguishes between good and evil was revealed to Reformist Moosa Nabi and Haroon Nabi by Rabbu. It was a beacon of enlightenment for those who strictly followed His guidance.
21:49. In that revelation message, it was clearly mentioned that those who strictly follow His advices will always walk in the fear of Rabbu in every matter. There will also be fear about the consequences that result from acting against His rules.
21:50. This Qur’an too has the same basis. It clearly explains that any community that follows this, will have a secure and prosperous life. Do you refuse to accept this Qur’an which is the guide for such a life?
21:51. In the same way, We guided Reformist Ibrahim Nabi long before Moosa Nabi and Haroon Nabi. He performed well with all his might, as directed by Us. Everything he did was according to Our plans.
21:52. He inquired about the inactive idols, worshiped by his father and the community. He inquired about the true state of worship that revolved around them.
21:53. They could not bring any evidence in support of their worship. They could only cite the evidence that their ancestors worshiped.
21:54. How can this be taken as evidence? It seems that you and your forefathers were on the wrong path.”
21:55. They could not give any answer to his accusation. So, they started intimidating him. They said, “Do you know anything about what you speak like this playfully?”
21:56. To which he very calmly replied, “This is not a game at all. Allah, the Creator of the universe and the earth, is the Creator and Sustainer of you. I have come to make this fact clear to you.”
Thus, he repeatedly addressed his community and father and made efforts to correct them politely. (See 6:76-80) But most of them did not seem to listen. So, he said that he was going to use a ploy to make them understand the true condition of the idols.
21:57. “When you all return, I will put an end to your idols. May Allah bear witness to this.”
21:58. So one night, he broke them into pieces without anyone knowing. But he left only the big statue in them. He did this so that they would pay attention to that great idol.
21:59. Then the people who saw the idols of the temple being broken down said, “Who has done such harm to our gods? Surely, he who does this must be very cruel.”
21:60. Some of them said, “We have heard a young man mock at these things. His name is Ibrahim.”
21:61. They said, “Then bring him here to prove in presence of all, whether it was he who did it.”
21:62. Accordingly, when Ibrahim came there, they looked at him and said, “O Ibrahim! You are blamed for doing this to our gods. What is your explanation for this?”
21:63. He said to them, “Why do you ask me who did this? Here it is! There is this big statue. You all question it! That should give you the right answer!”
21:64. And when they heard it, they were astonished at his answer. They murmured to themselves, “Have we wronged ourselves in the wrong way?”
21:65. So their faces were hung with shame. They said politely, “You know well that they don't talk!”
21:66. He asked, “Do you then worship that which can neither do you any good nor harm, setting aside the guidance of Allah?”
That is, all the facilities that are available to man are through the natural creations created by Allah. The laws on how to use them are also announced by Allah. Human life will be better if he lives accordingly. When the truth is like this, what is the benefit of making idols and worshiping them wrapped in a high blanket? He used this method to make the community understand this.
Not only that, but Allah's guidance is to advice people from all walks of life to live together in unity. But this idolatry fosters only misconceptions about Allah among the people. They have no concern for society. Orally, they would say that we want peace. (See 2:11) But their selfishness can only lead to social unrest and chaos. Therefore,
21:67. He publicly announced, “I hate idolatry because it only harms those who deviate from the guidance of Allah and follow other ways. Don't you understand this?”
Some of the people gathered there realized that Ibrahim's statement was true. But most of them did not listen to him. Not only that, but his action spread like wildfire to the neighboring towns. There were fury and turmoil within them.
21:68. “If you want to do something, put him in a fiery furnace and burn him. Thus, you help your gods.”
Dear Intellectuals! Did you notice that instead of god helping man, rioters urge people to help their gods? This is the true state of those imaginary deities. How can they meet the needs of human beings when they cannot sustain themselves? The raging fire between them continued to grow. So, he emigrated and went to Palestine, thinking that his life would be in danger if he stayed there. (See 37:98) So the burning anger of the people subsided.
21:69. Thus, the fire of rage against Ibrahim was quenched as per the law of Allah. From there, the place where he went (Palestine) was cool and secure.
21:70. And they sought to plot against him. But since he emigrated, all their conspiracy plans went in vain. (See also 29:26)
That means they did not really put him on fire. They only plotted for it but did not succeed.
21:71. So, We saved him and his brother Looth Nabi from that calamity and made their way to a fertile region. And that country was blessed with all facilities for a peaceful life.
In the Palestinian territory he visited, he founded the People's Service Centre called Millath-e-Ibrahim and looked after the welfare of the people around him. And for a long time, he was without the privilege of a son. (See 11:71 &. 14:39)
21:72. And later on, he begot a son Ishaq and a grandson Yaquoob. Each of them has done great deeds and left memorable achievements in the history of the world.
21:73. Besides, they were all great leaders, who guided the people as per the guidance of Allah. They instructed their community members to work tirelessly for welfare programs for the betterment of the community in the way Rabbu has shown.
They also advised the people to establish social forums (Salath) to uphold the moral values of the society and to continue to help for the betterment of the society. Thus, all the Reformists were activists who obeyed only Our command.
21:74. On the same basis, Reformist Looth Nabi preached to his people. He also had the wisdom to guide people and the knowledge to put them into practice. But his community people were the ones who were addicted to the most heinous acts.
So, he and his followers emigrated from there by His command. They recovered from the misfortune that had befallen them. Because the people of that community were very wicked and great sinners. (See 7:80-81)
21:75. Following this, Reformist Looth Nabi received many blessings from Allah and led a good life. There is no doubt that he was one of those who lived only in obedience to His command.
21:76. Similarly, in the early days, Reformist Nooh Nabi was engaged in the work of guiding the people. His community was also fiercely opposed to him. So, he prayed to Rabbu to save him. He and his followers boarded the ark which was built by His command (see 11:40) and saved from the great flood there.
21:77. Thus, We saved Nooh Nabi from those who ridiculed the guidance as nonsense. When he warned the people of the danger that would befall there, the community did not care. (See 11:39) So, they all were drowned and washed away in that flood.
21:78. Similarly, Reformists Dawood Nabi and Sulaimon Nabi are among those who took efforts to guide the people and the excellent achievement they have attained. Both of them were great rulers.
As the saying goes, “The fence itself grazes the crop.” the government officials there were also complicit in the robbery. So, they both took necessary steps to control such anti-social forces that had mounted huge wealth. All the reformatory measures they took were as per Our guidance.
21:79. Reformist Sulaiman Nabi took over the rule after Dawood Nabi. (See 27:16) During his reign, he brought the anti-social forces under his control.
Thus, We had imparted such wisdom and knowledge in every field.
During his reign, Reformist Dawood established and created cavalry and flying squads from hillside tribes.
They were all carrying out their duty perfectly. All of these arrangements and facilities are available from Us.
21:80. O, Reformist! The armor which you wear to protect yourself from the attack of the enemy in battle was formulated during the regime of Reformist Dawood. Despite having so many facilities, you do not behave with gratitude and loyalty.
21:81. Reformist Sulaiman made arrangements to build sailing ships and took advantage of the strong sea winds. So, the voyage became easier for the people to bring livelihoods to their country from the fertile islands beyond the sea. Thus, We are well aware of what all they did.
21:82. He also engaged in deep-sea research and employed the divers to go into the sea to extract pearls and corals from the sea. They also undertook other hard work. (See 34:14 & 38:37) They all served under the rule of Allah, established by Reformist Sulaiman Nabi
21:83. The biography of Reformist Ayyoob Nabi too is also equally important. He once suffered from severe affliction. He prayed to Rabbu to save him from suffering. He said, “O Rabbu! Surely you are the Most Merciful with all Benevolence.”
That is to say, he tried to get relief from the pain caused to him by medicines available through the natural law of Rabbu. With the help of the medicines, he got relief from it. (See 38 41-44)
21:84. Thus, his prayer was accepted. The suffering was medically treated and removed. His community, which had been separated from him, also returned in search of him. And a big crowd came and joined him. He received all these blessings because he obeyed only Allah's command.
21:85. Similarly, the Reformists Ismail Nabi, Idris Nabi, and Zal Kifli Nabi were included in the list of those who persevered in Our guidance and worked tirelessly to guide the people.
21:86. All of them were blessed with Our guidance. The reason was that they were all reformers who worked for the betterment of society.
21:87. And the Reformist Zannoon (Jonah) cannot be left out here. Unable to cope with the opposition of his community, he angrily left them. He made the decision on his own without waiting for His permission to come. But he was caught in a crisis.
Later on, he realized and said, “O Rabbu! Your framed laws are the ones that stand out above all else. I feel that the decision I made in a hurry was very wrong. Save me from this misery!”
21:88. So, We listened to his prayers. Following it, he was saved from suffering. Thus, all those who follow His guidance will have protection from Rabbu.
These blessings are not limited only to the Reformists. These will surely be available to all those who accept Allah's guidance and come forward to implement it. It is also stated that protection will be given from the difficulties and dangers that arise in carrying out such a plan. And when engaging in social reform work, one must be very sober and careful. It can be dangerous if you make hasty decisions on your own. This is the lesson we get in the case of Reformist Younus.
Similarly, Reformist Zakariah was involved in guiding the people. He did not see any of his relatives who were qualified to continue the community reformatory works after him. So, he was worried about being alone (see 19: 5-7)
21:89. He said, “O Rabbu! Do not leave me alone in this world. I know You are the best in giving heirs. But give me an heir to continue Your work.”
21:90. His prayer was also accepted. He was also old. His wife was also past maternity age. (See 3:40) So medical arrangements were made to remove the defects of the Blessed women. Following that, he had a son by the name Yahya.
Thus, all the Reformists exalted one after another in doing creative good deeds according to His guidance. They knew what guidance was in each of the reform tasks they undertook and acted with intuition. Because they were afraid of the consequences of acting against this.
Maryam, the mother of the Reformist Easa, is also on the list of those involved in the task of reforming the people of the world. She was left as a monk in a Jewish monastery at an early age. (See 3:36-37) When she was grown up, she was frightened to note the Ashram abbots abusing the Ashram nuns. (see 3:42)
21:91. Even in that predicament, she defended her chastity and later on withdrew from there. Reformist Easa was endowed with the same human powers as all other children (see 32:9). Both were the ones who showed to the world how great Rabbu's plans were.
21:92. O, Reformist! The teachings of all the Reformists have been the same from the beginning till now. (See 42:13) They all taught people to live in obedience to Allah’s guidance alone, the Creator and Sustainer of the universe.
21:93. Although the teachings of all were the same, there was a difference of opinion among those who followed them after their demise. This caused a rift between them. But in the end, they will have to return towards Rabbu’s guidance for their peaceful life.
21:94. So those communities, which devise and work for creative social welfare schemes in the way shown by Rabbu will be in the list of ‘Follower’. The efforts of such people will never be in vain. The deeds of every community are recorded in Rabbu's register and the consequences will continue to occur accordingly.
21:95. But development projects are hampered in societies that follow other ways equating with His guidance. Thus, making their destruction inevitable. (See 17:58) So they are left with no chance but to turn to the right path.
That is, they cannot be guided by their own experiences. The only way for them to be guided is through the Holy Quran which has been revealed by Allah. There will be ups and downs in communities. So, the rich and the ruling class will oppress the weak.
21:96. Until the weakened, people will raise and attack the members of this ruling class like monsters to correct their situation and defeat them recklessly. After certain years, their situation will become the same. These are just the things that happen as Yajooju & Majooju in the present days too.
On the same basis, strong nations enslave the weak. A few years later the enslaved will revolt and drive out the aliens to gain freedom. After independence, they will start engaging in illegal activities and oppress the weaker section. The only way to get rid of such a miserable condition is with the guidance of the Holy Quran.
21:97. As stated at the beginning of this chapter, it is true that this change will soon take place as per the Laws of Allah. Then the eyes of those who refused to accept Allah's guidance would widen in horror. They will be lamenting, “It simply came to our notice only now. We have ignored the precaution given to us that such a situation will occur! And as such we have become unjust!”
21:98. “You and your forefathers deviated from the guidance of Allah and followed other means equating with it. So, you are all going to be the fuel for hellfire. That is, all your actions will lead you towards the hell of miseries.”
21:99. “If the imaginary deities you worshiped were really powerful, they would not have gone to hell. But you will find that they are not at all there.
That is, the purpose of His guidance is to protect human life from miseries. But what is the use of the imaginary gods who could not protect anyone? What good is it to have imaginary Gods who do not have the power to solve their problems among those which make them suffer like hell? (Ref: 10:35)
21:100. There will always be lamentation, weeping, and crying to such an extent that the ears will be split by the torments of hell.
Nowadays, grief-stricken songs are sung through loudspeakers which split our ears.
21:101. Rather, these torments of Hell will not come to those who do good deeds according to the decree of Allah.
21:102. In such societies, there is no room for talk of the lamentation of suffering. All their needs will be fulfilled without any difficulty. Such a life will be available forever.
21:103. And nothing terrifying will happen in their lives. To that extent, the natural forces of the universe will contribute to their well-being. This is the happy safe life promised to you.
In absence of His guidance, the rich and rulers will be considered to be “exalted as sky-high”, “saints,” or “individual martyred”. But during the period of formation of the social system under His guidance, this state of ups and downs will change and all will become equal.
21:104. Therefore, those who hold "high office" will be thrown out just as waste paper is being trampled on because there will be no longer any need for "high status" speech.
The reason is that this regime will be handed over to those of high character. The same situation will re-emerge as how man lived in the past with equality. This is the benefits promised for following Allah's guidance. Of course, this promise will be fulfilled.
21:105. The formation of such a social system is not new. The same thing happened in the past. This is also mentioned in the Scripture ‘Zaboor’ which was revealed during the time of Reformist Dawood. It is written that, after giving various advices, only those who are qualified to do energetic deeds are entitled to rule the country (Survival of the Fittest).
