Muhammad

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)

ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ أَضَلَّ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ١

47:1. Those who act against the laws of the Constitution of Allah and obstruct its implementation, their efforts will be in vain. Let them know that they can never succeed in their project.

That is, a system of government that safeguards the interests of the total community is guaranteed. No one can stop it. (See 46:32)

وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَءَامَنُواْ بِمَا نُزِّلَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمۡ كَفَّرَ عَنۡهُمۡ سَيِّ‍َٔاتِهِمۡ وَأَصۡلَحَ بَالَهُمۡ٢

47:2. On the contrary, those who accept the guidance revealed to the Reformist Muhammad and do creative good deeds will be considered to be in the true followers of guidance of Rabbu. Evil thoughts and habits among such people will be completely eradicated and their capabilities will grow rapidly and reach a higher level.

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ٱتَّبَعُواْ ٱلۡبَٰطِلَ وَأَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّبَعُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ مِن رَّبِّهِمۡۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يَضۡرِبُ ٱللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ أَمۡثَٰلَهُمۡ٣

47:3. These are the differences between the followers of guidance and the opposers. The reason is that refuters of guidance follow fiction and live in an imaginary world. But the followers of guidance will work for the betterment of the society as per the guidance given by their Rabbu. Allah gives such examples so that all the people of the world can easily understand this.

When the guidance is implemented in this way, society is divided into two groups and becomes the enemy of each other.

فَإِذَا لَقِيتُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فَضَرۡبَ ٱلرِّقَابِ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَثۡخَنتُمُوهُمۡ فَشُدُّواْ ٱلۡوَثَاقَ فَإِمَّا مَنَّۢا بَعۡدُ وَإِمَّا فِدَآءً حَتَّىٰ تَضَعَ ٱلۡحَرۡبُ أَوۡزَارَهَاۚ ذَٰلِكَۖ

47:4. O Social activist who build and defend His regime! If you find the criminal on the battlefield, do not leave them alive. Thus, contain them with full force. If they surrender, arrest them and imprison them. (See Explanation 8:67) Perhaps, if they surrender their weapons to the regime and apologize, grant them a general pardon, charge them a certain amount for damages, and release them.

وَلَوۡ يَشَآءُ ٱللَّهُ لَٱنتَصَرَ مِنۡهُمۡ وَلَٰكِن لِّيَبۡلُوَاْ بَعۡضَكُم بِبَعۡضٖۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ قُتِلُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَلَن يُضِلَّ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ٤

Some of them may be involved in fights without knowing the truth. Conduct thorough inquiries about them and release them without any compensation. It is the plan of Allah that His Regime should take appropriate action against the wicked. If those who took part in such a conflict were killed in support of the rule of Allah, their heroic deeds would never be in vain according to the law of Allah. (See 2: 154)

That is, death according to Rabbu's plan for man is the gateway to his next stage of life. The saying goes that if he dies for high ideals, it will never be in vain. Shu’hadhas - will attain the high status of martyrs.

سَيَهۡدِيهِمۡ وَيُصۡلِحُ بَالَهُمۡ٥

47:5. Thus they find ways to oppress the wicked and advance.

وَيُدۡخِلُهُمُ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ عَرَّفَهَا لَهُمۡ٦

47:6. And if it is ruled in the best way, it will turn to be heavenly country. This has been mentioned many times in this Quran.

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِن تَنصُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ يَنصُرۡكُمۡ وَيُثَبِّتۡ أَقۡدَامَكُمۡ٧

47:7. O Followers of Guidance! If you support and help Allah's constitutional welfare schemes, Allah's help will surely be available to you. That is, the government will protect your interests. Your determination and ability to act will grow easily.

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فَتَعۡسٗا لَّهُمۡ وَأَضَلَّ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ٨

47:8. At the time when the regime becomes active according to His guidance, those who act against it will embrace failure. And they will be surrounded by harm.

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ كَرِهُواْ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأَحۡبَطَ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ٩

47:9. The reason is that all the welfare schemes announced by the Regime of Allah are for the benefit of all sections of the people. But these go against the luxurious life of the rejecters, they hate and try to defeat the schemes. But all their efforts will go in vain.

۞أَفَلَمۡ يَسِيرُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَيَنظُرُواْ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡۖ دَمَّرَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِمۡۖ وَلِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ أَمۡثَٰلُهَا١٠

47:10. Those who want to know this greatness, let them have a look around the world. Many of the communities that lived before them were destroyed by their wrongdoings. Let them see how they have all perished as per the framed laws of Allah. This is how the fate of social enemies who refuse to accept His guidance now can end. Because this is an open secret of all.

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَوۡلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَأَنَّ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ لَا مَوۡلَىٰ لَهُمۡ١١

47:11. Thus the regime of Allah will support only those who accept and act on the guidance of Rabb. This government will never support those who act against the sovereign system.

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُدۡخِلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ جَنَّٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۖ

47:12. So any society that accepts Rabbu's guidance and works on creative welfare schemes will have more economic facilities in their country. The followers of guidance will lead such a society.

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يَتَمَتَّعُونَ وَيَأۡكُلُونَ كَمَا تَأۡكُلُ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمُ وَٱلنَّارُ مَثۡوٗى لَّهُمۡ١٢

On the contrary, all who reject His guidance will pursue temporary pleasures. So, the level of their life will be just like other living beings. That is to say, their best life is to enjoy and be happy temporarily. They will have no future welfare plans. So, the problems of such societies will become more and more painful.

وَكَأَيِّن مِّن قَرۡيَةٍ هِيَ أَشَدُّ قُوَّةٗ مِّن قَرۡيَتِكَ ٱلَّتِيٓ أَخۡرَجَتۡكَ أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُمۡ فَلَا نَاصِرَ لَهُمۡ١٣

47:13. O, Reformist! The leaders of Macca aimed at evicting you (see 8:30). They do not know that those who were more powerful than these people were doomed because of their sinful deeds. When that destruction occurred, no one could save them.

أَفَمَن كَانَ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٖ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦ كَمَن زُيِّنَ لَهُۥ سُوٓءُ عَمَلِهِۦ وَٱتَّبَعُوٓاْ أَهۡوَآءَهُم١٤

47:14. So, on one side - those who are on the right path following the clear guidance of Rabbu. On the other side, those who follow their desires, think that whatever they do are beautiful and are indulged in wrong things. So, will these two be equal? ​​(See 45:21)

مَّثَلُ ٱلۡجَنَّةِ ٱلَّتِي وُعِدَ ٱلۡمُتَّقُونَۖ فِيهَآ أَنۡهَٰرٞ مِّن مَّآءٍ غَيۡرِ ءَاسِنٖ وَأَنۡهَٰرٞ مِّن لَّبَنٖ لَّمۡ يَتَغَيَّرۡ طَعۡمُهُۥ وَأَنۡهَٰرٞ مِّنۡ خَمۡرٖ لَّذَّةٖ لِّلشَّٰرِبِينَ وَأَنۡهَٰرٞ مِّنۡ عَسَلٖ مُّصَفّٗىۖ وَلَهُمۡ فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ وَمَغۡفِرَةٞ مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡۖ

47:15. It is promised that those who act according to Rabbu’s guidance will be in a heavenly society. The similarity of their heavenly life will be like this: A country with perennial rivers with crystal clear waters, inexhaustible lakes, rivers of hygienic soft drinks that delight drinkers? That’s how they get a masterpiece life. They will have the means of subsistence and a secure life from Rabbu.

كَمَنۡ هُوَ خَٰلِدٞ فِي ٱلنَّارِ وَسُقُواْ مَآءً حَمِيمٗا فَقَطَّعَ أَمۡعَآءَهُمۡ١٥

Would it be better to stop having such a wonderful life and travel towards a life of intestinal ulcers and painful life? Will these people be equal to those who are in heaven?

وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَسۡتَمِعُ إِلَيۡكَ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا خَرَجُواْ مِنۡ عِندِكَ قَالُواْ لِلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡعِلۡمَ مَاذَا قَالَ ءَانِفًاۚ

47:16. And of those who come to you, there are those who, after listening to your advice, go out and meet their clergies and mock it saying, “He says something which we do not understand at all.”

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ وَٱتَّبَعُوٓاْ أَهۡوَآءَهُمۡ١٦

Such are the ones who miss the opportunity to be guided. The reason is that they follow their desires and the blockade becomes incomprehensible in their hearts as per the established laws of Allah. (See 2:7, 6:46,16:108 & 17:46)

وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱهۡتَدَوۡاْ زَادَهُمۡ هُدٗى وَءَاتَىٰهُمۡ تَقۡوَىٰهُمۡ١٧

47:17. But also there are some who are eager to hear your advice and seek guidance. They are the ones who get Our guidance and they are on the right path.

فَهَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا ٱلسَّاعَةَ أَن تَأۡتِيَهُم بَغۡتَةٗۖ فَقَدۡ جَآءَ أَشۡرَاطُهَاۚ فَأَنَّىٰ لَهُمۡ إِذَا جَآءَتۡهُمۡ ذِكۡرَىٰهُمۡ١٨

47:18. On the contrary, do the refuters look forward to the moment when the consequences of their evil deeds will be apparent? Those ill effects will take place little by little in such a way that they are not aware of their symptoms? So, when those effects occur in full swing, can they be countered? Will these advices be effective at that time? Don’t they think about this?

فَٱعۡلَمۡ أَنَّهُۥ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لِذَنۢبِكَ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ مُتَقَلَّبَكُمۡ وَمَثۡوَىٰكُمۡ١٩

47:19. You always have one thing to remember. The laws prescribed by Allah are applicable in all universes. So, you can never escape the consequences of the evil deeds you do. O Reformist! Social enemies are working against you and those who accept Rabbu's guidance. So, protect vulnerable men and women. Bring relief and safety measures. (See 40:55) Rabbu is fully cognizant of all of you who act briskly and of those who stay at home lazily.

وَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَتۡ سُورَةٞۖ فَإِذَآ أُنزِلَتۡ سُورَةٞ مُّحۡكَمَةٞ وَذُكِرَ فِيهَا ٱلۡقِتَالُ

47:20. Activists who have accepted the guidance of Rabbu have been asking whether there is permission from Allah to crush the social enemies. Immediately after receiving permission for war, the soldiers enthusiastically prepare for it.

رَأَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٞ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيۡكَ نَظَرَ ٱلۡمَغۡشِيِّ عَلَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلۡمَوۡتِۖ فَأَوۡلَىٰ لَهُمۡ٢٠

But you will find that the hypocrites in them will tremble in fear. So, they will show some reason or the other for not participating in the war. (See 9:41 & 45) Woe to such people!

طَاعَةٞ وَقَوۡلٞ مَّعۡرُوفٞۚ فَإِذَا عَزَمَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ فَلَوۡ صَدَقُواْ ٱللَّهَ لَكَانَ خَيۡرٗا لَّهُمۡ٢١

47:21. When the war was proclaimed, they should have been ready for it by preparing themselves according to His command. They should have taken part in it and proved that there are loyal to Rabbu. Only then they will be able to control the enemies and perform better. (See 48: 2)

If you are to tremble in fear when the war is declared, how can you carry out the plans of Rabbu?

فَهَلۡ عَسَيۡتُمۡ إِن تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ أَن تُفۡسِدُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَتُقَطِّعُوٓاْ أَرۡحَامَكُمۡ٢٢

47:22. If you retreat without taking part in the war, it means that you are acting in favor of the social enemies who are committing unjust acts. You will have to sever your ties with the social activists who accept His guidance.

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فَأَصَمَّهُمۡ وَأَعۡمَىٰٓ أَبۡصَٰرَهُمۡ٢٣

47:23. It also means that they want to live blindly like the deaf, instead of living the ideal life as guided by Allah. According to the canon of Rabbu, only despicable life will be available to them.

It has been stated many times in this Quran that such people have got a disgraceful life.

أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ أَمۡ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقۡفَالُهَآ٢٤

47:24. Should they not have thoroughly examined what is said in this Quran? (See 4:82) Have their mindsets been locked forever?

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱرۡتَدُّواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَدۡبَٰرِهِم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡهُدَى ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ سَوَّلَ لَهُمۡ وَأَمۡلَىٰ لَهُمۡ٢٥

47:25. Even after clearly explaining the guidance, if they turn away, it does mean that they all want to follow their own desires? And everything they do may seem to be beautiful to them. But they are unaware that attitudes of selfishness and evil deeds are on the rise.

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ قَالُواْ لِلَّذِينَ كَرِهُواْ مَا نَزَّلَ ٱللَّهُ سَنُطِيعُكُمۡ فِي بَعۡضِ ٱلۡأَمۡرِۖ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ إِسۡرَارَهُمۡ٢٦

47:26. Thus, they also have a secret relationship with those who hate the Scriptures revealed from Allah. Then they say that we will follow only some of the instructions of Allah. But they do not know that all their secrets are not hidden from Allah.

فَكَيۡفَ إِذَا تَوَفَّتۡهُمُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ يَضۡرِبُونَ وُجُوهَهُمۡ وَأَدۡبَٰرَهُمۡ٢٧

47:27. They rejoice in the fancy that everything they do is beautiful. But when it comes to the painful reaction from all sides, don’t they think how worst their situation will be? The forces of misery will haunt them.

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمُ ٱتَّبَعُواْ مَآ أَسۡخَطَ ٱللَّهَ وَكَرِهُواْ رِضۡوَٰنَهُۥ فَأَحۡبَطَ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ٢٨

47:28. This is because they are acting exactly against the advice of Allah. They hate to do anything according to the instructions of Allah. So, all their activities go waste.

أَمۡ حَسِبَ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ أَن لَّن يُخۡرِجَ ٱللَّهُ أَضۡغَٰنَهُمۡ٢٩

47:29. But they will look like great saints in appearance. They think that the disease of “evil thoughts” hidden in their hearts is unlikely to be known to anyone else. But will all their hypocrisy go unnoticed by Allah?

وَلَوۡ نَشَآءُ لَأَرَيۡنَٰكَهُمۡ فَلَعَرَفۡتَهُم بِسِيمَٰهُمۡۚ وَلَتَعۡرِفَنَّهُمۡ فِي لَحۡنِ ٱلۡقَوۡلِۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ أَعۡمَٰلَكُمۡ٣٠

47:30. We can bring these hypocrites and make them stand before you. But doing so is not on Our agenda. The reason is that Allah never interferes in the personal decisions of man. But you can identify them by their facial expressions. Not only that, but you can also learn about them with their manipulative speech. Tell them that Allah knows best what they do. That is, the consequences of their actions are certain to happen.

If Allah reveals the truth about who the hypocrites are, it will become the guidance for a specific period of time. Allah will not inform those who come later stages about them, because Allah does not speak directly to anyone. Therefore

وَلَنَبۡلُوَنَّكُمۡ حَتَّىٰ نَعۡلَمَ ٱلۡمُجَٰهِدِينَ مِنكُمۡ وَٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ وَنَبۡلُوَاْ أَخۡبَارَكُمۡ٣١

47:31. One can find out them by their activities and intentions as to who are the ones who come forward to dedicate their lives to uphold the regime that has been established in the way of Allah, and who are the ones who stand firm in His policy. Thus, the world itself will see the renaissance taking place as a result of their sacrifices and energetic actions.

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَشَآقُّواْ ٱلرَّسُولَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡهُدَىٰ لَن يَضُرُّواْ ٱللَّهَ شَيۡ‍ٔٗا وَسَيُحۡبِطُ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ٣٢

47:32. In the same way, you can identify those who, despite Allah's guidance and clear plans for governance, is causing hindrance in carrying out His schemes. And those who stand against the Reformist. Let them know that such acts do not harm Allah, but their consequences will be upon them only.

۞يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَطِيعُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ ٱلرَّسُولَ وَلَا تُبۡطِلُوٓاْ أَعۡمَٰلَكُمۡ٣٣

47:33. O followers of Our guidance! Obey the guidance of Allah and the constitutional laws based on it. Do not waste your labor in exchange for these.

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ مَاتُواْ وَهُمۡ كُفَّارٞ فَلَن يَغۡفِرَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُمۡ٣٤

47:34. Let those who refuse to accept the guidance of Allah and obstruct the fulfillment of the constitutional welfare schemes formed in its path, change their course. If they continue and die in the same condition, they will be listed as "infidels". Such people will never have protection from Allah.

فَلَا تَهِنُواْ وَتَدۡعُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱلسَّلۡمِ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلۡأَعۡلَوۡنَ وَٱللَّهُ مَعَكُمۡ وَلَن يَتِرَكُمۡ أَعۡمَٰلَكُمۡ٣٥

47:35. O followers of Our guidance! You continue to do social service. Do not be discouraged and make a peace treaty with them for fear of the intimidation of the enemy. If you control your opponents and do your best, you will succeed. The companionship of Allah will always be with you. Thus, Allah will never dishearten those who do good deeds.

إِنَّمَا ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا لَعِبٞ وَلَهۡوٞۚ وَإِن تُؤۡمِنُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ يُؤۡتِكُمۡ أُجُورَكُمۡ وَلَا يَسۡ‍َٔلۡكُمۡ أَمۡوَٰلَكُمۡ٣٦

47:36. This worldly life may be a futile game for refuters of guidance. (See 6:70 & 43:83) But those guided by Rabbu will not be with such an attitude. Remember that all your efforts for the benefit of the people are to seek Rabbu's approval. (See 2: 265) So if you follow the guidance of Allah, its rewards will come to you. Allah does not expect anything from you.

إِن يَسۡ‍َٔلۡكُمُوهَا فَيُحۡفِكُمۡ تَبۡخَلُواْ وَيُخۡرِجۡ أَضۡغَٰنَكُمۡ٣٧

47:37. Therefore, do your best to help to implement the welfare schemes of the Regime. They are for your benefit. (See 2: 261) You cannot force anyone. Because by forcing niggards to pay, their miser attitude will be exposed to all.

هَٰٓأَنتُمۡ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ تُدۡعَوۡنَ لِتُنفِقُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَمِنكُم مَّن يَبۡخَلُۖ

47:38. Keep one thing in mind. You call on the rich to carry out Allah's constitutional welfare plans. But some of them stubbornly refuse to help. Therefore, they are told, “Whoever is stingy will suffer the consequences.” Its effects are not on Allah. So, neither Allah nor His rule seeks your help.

وَمَن يَبۡخَلۡ فَإِنَّمَا يَبۡخَلُ عَن نَّفۡسِهِۦۚ وَٱللَّهُ ٱلۡغَنِيُّ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلۡفُقَرَآءُۚ

If you do not come forward to help, communities other than you will take the responsibility for the regime. Their culture will be different.”

وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوۡاْ يَسۡتَبۡدِلۡ قَوۡمًا غَيۡرَكُمۡ ثُمَّ لَا يَكُونُوٓاْ أَمۡثَٰلَكُم٣٨

Those rulers will not behave the way you want them to. Then all the wealth you have earned will be snatched away. There is nothing that you can do about it. Thus, it is true that the life and death of society are contained in the way people behave. (See 5:54, 6:89, 6:133, 9:39, 11:57, 14:19, 35: 15-19).

Chapter No: 48 – Soorah: Fathah (Victory over Enemies)
